The donuts look a lot smaller and the filled ones were barely filled very fast service and the girls was super sweet at the window! No mask tho!! Nobody had a mask on!

We had a family member visiting from out of the country who wanted to try Krispy Kreme donuts for the first time. We stopped at this location on our way to the mountains and picked up a few donuts at the drive thru. Christian was extremely friendly and helpful in placing our order. After receiving our order we stopped out front for a picture and discovered our order was incorrect. Once brought to the attention of Christan, he immediately apologized for the inconvenience and not only worked to correct the order but provided some additional donuts. Mistakes happen and we were very pleased with how quickly the staff worked to make sure we were satisfied.

We wanted to try the limited time cinnamon rolls. They were clearly stale. Even the cereal on top was stale. Probably were made yesterday and sat in the store all night. Only getting one star because zero isnt an option. Will stick with Hole Lotta Doughnuts. They rarely disappoint. Ps, I do make Doughnuts and cinnamon buns homemade. Dont anybody try coming at me with I dont know what Im talking about.

Wow Dounut Day! Great hot, delicious, fresh, way to start my day. The promotion with buy a dozen get another dozen for 1 dollar was fantastic. Thank You Krispy Cream for lifting up our spirits. Also the long lines of cars and waits was so fast. I saw lots of happy people patiently waiting made me happy.

I just left the facility. I would give this a zero score. The employee by the the name was of katelyn made my ice coffee incorrectly and I asked nicely to remake it while she made it rudely and I still said thank you. But she was talking under her breath about this is not star buck our coffee is trash and I made it the right time and my kids and my younger sister which are all minors and she said she would whoop me and my kids @$$ I then left and she continued to talk and I left

Went today to get chocolate cream fill, The girl at the window was very nice. When I got home I was so disappointed my donuts was very old and not fresh at all! Waste of money

Hey, its Krispy Kreme, the worlds most famous and most recognized donut brand. What more can you say. Many different flavors and fillings, but nothing compares to their fresh, hot, original signature sugar glazed donuts. More like a yeast batter donut, so light and fluffy, almost pillow-like, compared to their competitors, who use a traditional cake batter recipe. They arent Americas Donuts for no reason.

Actual rating would be a 3.5 reasons as follows,Although they had started to shut down early 20+ min before closing, Nate a employee opened the window and told me he would still be happy to take my order. Out of all the employees there he looked as if he was running everything and still doing cleanup. Chaz I believe whom would be the manager I assume was doing paperwork for shutdown. So all in all Nate saved the stars by making sure to keep a customer rather than ignoring me like many places do regardless if shutdown has began or not.As for the doughnuts herself I always believe use a good product and Krispy has always got rid of many amazing trials when keeping them would have kept many customers but what they do have is always a fairly decent doughnut.So I believe if I was a manager I would thank Nate for saving them on there rating.

I always visit this Krispy Kreme location when Im in the area. Its a great stopping point for those traveling anywhere from Charlotte to Boone NC. The staff is courteous. Honestly, is there anything better than a hot Krispy Kreme donut and coffee to get you energized to reach your destination?

There were a bunch of teens playing around, one of them was laughing so hard she was coughing out in the open. It may have just been me but it seemed as though they were laughing because they didn’t give me what I ordered. I don’t even like donuts but I wanted to get some apple fritters for my girls. After working 12 hours with sick people, I was in no mood to go back. Very unprofessional. And even worse unsanitary!!!!

Krispy Kreme is very clean inside and outThey have quick and friendly servers. Its a nice treat to be able to watch how the donuts are made. They have a large variety of flavors and types. Krispy Kreme has the best tasting donuts. If you havent tried Krispy Kreme you are missing out on very fresh, best tasting donut.

Stopped in due to the Hot now light being on only to find no hot donuts. Associate said they make them in the morning and then heat them up upon order. When asked why the light was on the answer was that they turn the light on because it brings in customers.

Im not sure why I keep trying to get donuts from this location. They are usually dried out. I ordered a dozen and had them delivered. I received 4 styles I did not order. The plain glazed werent in there, neither were the chocolate iced creme. Its ok, they will get eaten, except for the crunchy dry ones. Plus I paid extra for delivery and I tipped well. (It isnt the delivery persons fault) Ive had softer donuts from the 6pack you buy at the grocery store.

Out of the doughnuts we went there for, and ended up with doughnuts without filling.

National donut day: Donuts and coffee were great, but staffing was low and ordering was slow.But worse thing to me: loud roar from either the donut processor or a loud Cooler/fridge or whatever. Made eating inside much less than pleasant. Something needs maintenance, or they need to install extra viewing glass panels and/wall to reduce noise.

I LOVE this place. The guys that work here are always SUPER sweet to me and my kids. They dont seem to be annoyed by my childrens indecisiveness. They are always fast, give me exactly what I ask for. Maybe work on hospitality and greeting at the order box/window.

Loved the doughnuts

Out of 7 doughnuts we tried to order they only had one. Disappointed we drove all the way there to try the three new doughnuts released today and they had none of them or anything thing else.

This place never has enough of anything. Stopped by today at 3 pm and attempted to order chocolate iced cream filled doughnuts and for the 5 th time they were out. Last time I was there ordered glazed cream filled and paid for a dozen and none of them were filled. I called and offered to bring them back and the manager acted like I was lying and said sure you bring them back and show me. I did take them back and the person gave me new doughnuts. Hopefully they learn how to make enough doughnuts and stop running out constantly.

No donuts in the case beside a few glazed, chocolate, and strawberry, kid behind counter kept head down entire time, we ordered bold coffees and basically got hot water, asked for shots of espresso to try and fix the weak coffee and he had none, so we dumped out coffee outside, hot sign was on, and no hot donuts on conveyor, so I asked to make sure they were hot, and was told they would be. He proceeded to pull some barely warm ones off a rack, and after taking our money proceeded to fill up a box of hot ones off the conveyor just started for the next customer

Arrived at 6:10am to pick up fresh donuts for a early meeting and could not get them from the Lenior location. I walked in and there was no fresh donuts that could be boxed, I asked when they would have fresh glaze donut come out and the two kids running the establishment shrugged their shoulders and said there wont be any. All they would sell is the ones in the case that that they couldnt tell me how long they have been there....thats not good.

I ask for fresh donuts and go alot if attitude was even told to go somewhere they made food to order and then curse words hurled at me when I said I didnt appreciate being spoken to that way. Called corporate and was given the round about. I dont recommend this place at all

Their Hot light is always on, but they never have fresh donuts. I don’t understand why they would run their Hot Light 24/7 if they don’t actually have anything fresh. Kind of defeats the point of having a Hot Light.

Hot, melt in your mouth doughnuts! Love the jelly filled. I liked the old app better, hardly use the new one. They have changed just enough for me to lose my points each time so I am just enjoying the doughnuts!

Came out of my way to get the special birthday cake batter donuts that were special ONLY for this week. To be told there were only a few left. I had wanted to get a dozen along with my friend (to bring home to family) but there werent enough made. The two teen girls behind the counter basically told us that it would be too much trouble to make more and we should have called ahead. Here we were on a spontaneous whim to get something special and bring a lot of business (3 dozen) yet made to feel like we were inconveniencing them to do their job! The only reason I give 2 stars is because the donuts were yummy. But very poor customer service at this store!

Nothing was stocked up. I yelled excuse me several times to get an employees attention and they turn around and walked off. I had never been before and it was the worst experience ever. I asked if they had coffee flavoring and they told me no. After I pay for my coffee I find that they do have multiple flavors. I wont be returning.

Absolutely terrible service. Several employees just stood there today and watched one girl try to help people. They have NO motivation. They move slow and do not attempt move any quicker even if there are six people in line like today. I think well start going to Duncan Doughnuts from now on.

Least pleasant experience I have had at a KK. Wouldnt accept my reward for signing up on their app (BOGO), didnt want to try to help, cashier said it happens sometimes. The light was on so we decided to do a dozen assorted and a dozen original. The selection of assorted donuts were slim, they were out of all the popular ones. I truly hope it was a off day, but they need to step it up.

Just stopped by, door locked, no snow. I knocked on the door, as nice young lady comes to the door and says we closed early for the snow and were sold out of doughnuts. Right behind the empty counter is a really tall shelf sitting full of an assortment of doughnuts. Wonder what they will do with them when it does snow? Did I mention it is 9:30 and they close at 11? Our last trip to the Lenoir store.I just edited this post. It happened on 12/8/18 before the snow even started.

We went when the doughnuts were freshly made and they were delicious! We brought two dozen to a Christmas party and every single one got eaten! They were a big hit.

I would have returned all 12 donuts back if I werent at work. The glaze donuts had a weird taste to the point they were inedible. The crueller donuts were flat and crunchy like a cookie. I have never in my lifetime experienced such horrible donuts from Krispy Kreme. Co-workers also disappointed.

Best doughnut in the world. WORST SERVICE EVER! Everytime I go to Krispy Kreme in Lenoir, theyre out of my favorite doughnut, or out of my backup doughnut. Then tonight they closed 45 minutes early. As a person who lives on a diet and doesnt get these kinds of treats as often, Im TIRED AND FED UP with fooling around with this Krispy Kreme. This is very noticed in the community because I constantly hear others talking about these same problems as well. From now on I will go to Krispy Kreme in Hickory, they are always on point with their food and service. I will not be going back to Krispy Kreme in Lenoir.

Doughnuts were great they always have apple fritters in Lenoir but hardly ever in Boone .

I love this place my kid had a fundraiser and I sold a lot of donuts and they treated me very well.

The Hickory store is a 5 star, however the Lenoir store is just a 4. They both have kind servers, but the Lenoir store does not have the selection Hickory does.

Donuts are obviously good, but if I had another option I would not come here. They open early for a reason, but nothing is ever ready. Going through the drive thru is terrible. It is soooo slow. They hardly ever have what I order available. Once Dunkin’ Donuts is built, I will never return to Krispy Kreme.

If you want a hot now donut in the morning you are going to have to wait until 9:30 or 10 to get it. Placed an order on Sunday for 6 dozen plain and when I went to pick them up 7:00 am the were cold from the night before. Very disappointed.

Small selection but good.

Twice in the last two weeks I have waited over 30 minutes and left empty handed. This morning, I was 4th in line. The lady in front of me left. The guy in front of me was finally being waited on when I got into the car, 30 minutes after I arrived. Same thing happened two weeks ago when I tried to go through the drive through. I called and spoke to the manager this morning. He kept saying, I know you are frustrated but we are short handed. No. The staff was too busy visiting with each other and knocking trays of doughnuts onto the floor.

Staff was nice and friendly but worst glazed doughnuts fro Kristy Kreme I’ve ever had! I was shocked as i usually like these so much. The glaze just broke and fell off all over us. What is this all about?

Was clean, staff was friendly and very understanding of my nine year old who just couldnt seem to make up her mind.
