First off I would like to thank Mike for all the time and effort he put in with me throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired. I had a brand new truck that took damage to almost every body panel and smashed in both drivers side doors. When they completed the repairs I was taken back with how close they restored my truck to original quality (its basically perfect). When the accident happened I had every intention of selling it after repairs were finished. After seeing their quality of work I feel like I have a brand new truck again. Lastly, I would like thank all of the rest of the staff for all their help along the way. There is not another body shop in DFW that I would even consider!!!

It all started when my new Golf R covered in hail damage. They restored it to mint condition, I had a car to drive while they completed what ended up to be an impeccable job.From here I began having lots of work done here. From body work and paint, to restoration help on projects to high performance work.Have several projects in the works here still right now. They just finished a ceramic coating on one car....James is a master...hands down. Currently doing an S2000 restore and mod. I stopped by here to get my vehicle looked at for hail damage. I decided to use them and booked an appointment. I called, but couldnt get through to the facility by phone. I will post an update upon completion of my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle and inspected the entire vehicle and found that it was repaired to my visual satisfaction. My vehicle was washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed. The administrative staff also worked hard to get my insurance company to replace my tonneau cover that was also damaged by the storm.You know its an interesting thing that I got a free loaner vehicle from the company with the coupon. It seems like everyday, I was being asked about the company and what I can do for their vehicle damages. I should be a company employee after this experience. After turning in my loaner car and deductible coupon, I am impressed with the staff and the completed work.I had to stop by this location today due to the front end of the grill attachment on the hood had come apart. I also noticed that the air flaps under the hood had not been reattached as they were when I originally brought the vehicle here. The front office staff was shown the items of concern and she took my vehicle into the bay for examination and adjustment without added questions. They also repaired the flaps that were damaged when removed by the technician.They have really earned five stars.

Great folks with a great attitude. When some 6foot guy ran out in front of me at Six Flags entrance in November, he bent my fender, rolled across my hood and busted the glass out.I am so glad I chose Metro Dent. Bonnie and everyone over there is just good honest folks that will help you out and fix your car correctly! I came in knowing I would need a new hood for my car due to an accident several years ago. The quote they gave me was very reasonable and they even painted the replacement part to better match my car, being several years old and a little faded. I liked how honest they were about what needed done and what I would pay for since I was paying out of pocket and not through insurance. It came back just a few days later looking perfect and they detailed my car inside and out. Loved working with them and will be back when I need them again.

Mike and the MetroDent staff did an exceptional job on my wife’s Tahoe - it feels like a brand new car! I had my car in about a month ago to take care of the hail damage that happened last spring. Stephanie, Becky, Justin, and Jonathan were absolutely wonderful to work with.Just like other comments, Metro Dent did an excellent job repairing the hail damage, took care of my deductible, and did a wonderful job cleaning the interior of my car. And it was so handy to have a rental car right there, ready to drive home in--also free of charge.But what totally amazed me was their volunteering to see if they could buff out the scratch left from someone keying my car a few years ago. Justin did such a good job on it that anybody not knowing about it wouldnt be able to spot it on my car. Its like it never happened now.Thanks to Metro Dent it almost feels like I have a new car--and it didnt cost me any money at all. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.I cant recommend Metro Dent highly enough. I was glad to find out they also do collision repair work. I rarely leave reviews, however I have consistently had three great experiences with Metro dent and felt it was worth sharing. Firstly, after the hail storm last year, they did an exceptional job fixing my Buick where it looked almost Factory new. They worked well with my insurance company and provided the rental car allowing for a one-stop-shop convenient solution. 2 months later some teenagers crashed into my parked car with their golf cart and Metro dent worked with me to repair. Finally, I purchased a vehicle with some minor body damage, and Mike the general manager work with me, providing several options. Theyre honest, consistent, and in an age where trust seems to be lacking in many industries, I just want to share how appreciated it was. Easy, fast, hassle free. These guys were able to get my car repaired fast without disrupting my normal day activities. They will even repair non-hail related dents and sings on your car. The process could not be easier and more pleasant. I called around to at least a half a dozen rental car places and they were all sold out. Becky said dont worry about it Ill find you one and sure enough I bring my truck up there and theres a rental car waiting for me. I didnt have a crazy amount of damage but there was quite a bit. They had my truck back to me in just a few days. Not to mention the detailed wash they put on that thing! My truck hasnt looked that clean since the day I drove it off the lot. They even washed and shined the wheel wells... who does that!?!?! IM NOT KIDDING they did a fantastic job! The reviews on here are legit, they really are a 5 star service. I hate dealing with insurance companies. He and the office manager walked me through filing my claim quickly and efficiently. Next, I didnt have to pay a deductible on my claim. Cant beat that! I also was given a very nice SUV to drive while my car was being repaired (at no charge). My car was repaired quickly and in less time than I was promised. My car had extensive hail damage. This place was such a miracle find. They paid for my deductible for my hail damage, which was $500. Then they also have a body shop. So they were able to fix, not only my hail damage but, the damage that I received when I hit a coyote. They also paid my $250 deductible for the animal incident and for me to have a rental car. I ended up not having to pay a single dime. The repairs looked amazing. They work quickly and efficiently! The people there are very friendly. I would only recommend this place to others; if I ever have to receive repairs on my car again I will defiantly be back at this place!

What a great experience with this company. I checked out 3 other places before deciding to go here. Every other place had a bunch of hoops I needed to jump through to get the repairs done. Metro-dent made it so fast and easy and the results are spectacular. Their rental vehicles are on site and you can just drive off right when you drop off your vehicle. They had my car for 6 weeks. When it was done I went to pick it up I was not happy with some small dents/ripples in the trunk. The fixed them next day and delivered my car to me. After all the hail storms that hit North Texas, I was needing to get some dents repaired on my car. I ran into to Stephanie at work, and she told me about their company and I was sold. I decided to contact them so they could fix my car. They did all of the dealings with my insurance after I had made the initial claim, and even provided a rental car for me to use during the duration of my vehicles repairs. Recently, I ran into them again at work and mentioned a couple new dents I found on my car. They were able to fix the couple dents in my car free of charge. They are such a great couple to work with! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get any dent repairs done on their car!

Thanks to Metro Dent I got my car fixed from the hail storms earlier this year. Ismael helped me call my insurance company and they let me drive one of their metro dent loaners for free. He paid my $500 deductible and I seriously paid $0 out of pocket. I am excited to see my car like it was when I bought it. If it hails again I know who I will call.

Fixed my hail damage but poor finish on all electrical connections and more.Its been 3 years and I am still fining and fixing things in the fly. Currents were made so bad were I see burnt mark on all failed contacts. Looks like it is sparking before it failed. I lost seat controls, bluetooth modules, door controls, roof windows controls and few more.If you have your car taken there make sure to tell them they need to fix all failure at their cost for at least next year.

I got a rental that burns gas like crazy and beeps every time you open the darn door! The ladies in the front office kept me up to date with all the progress, thanks Hollie, Bonny, and of coarse Ashleigh. Dont take the advice of your insurance company they get a discount and you really dont know who really fixed your car. They will tell you its back by a liftime warranty so does Metro Dent. Very professional, top quality service. I ended up getting my car fixed from other shop near them as my car doesnt really need top quality service, and they are pricy than other shops I compared. But, if you drive luxury car, go go go this place first.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Only 2 problems; it took 3 weeks to repair all the dents, but they did give me a free rental car to ease the inconvenience. I live in Plano and had a hard time finding their location.

These guys do a great job, they were super easy to work with and the turnaround was quicker than most places I looked into.

This place was amazing. The staff was nice, the estimator and owner were both very kind. I went in for Hail repair and unfortunately my car got Totaled. The process was a bit more complicated than the Ad made it seem and involved a lot of driving back and forth, but that was mostly due to Geico. The owner of the shop helped me understand the totaling process in these cosmetic situations and my options. She was also very accommodating with the loaner car. The only reason for the 4 star was the shop was not able to work out a deal with Geico to at least get some of the hail damage fixed so it ended up being a bit of a waste of time and inconvenience for me(not to mention it got my car totaled by Geico). Overall solid experience though, would definitely recommend this place
