I took my car in on September 22 to have it looked at for the final estimate and was told that they would order the parts for my car and contact the insurance company of the person who hit my car to confirm payment. I was told I would receive a phone call to verify both the parts being ordered and insurance conformation however, it’s now October 13th and I haven’t received a call. I called up to the facility today and was told that they do not do business with the insurance company that was provided from the person who hit me. I then proceeded to tell the employee that that information should have been relayed to me when I went in almost a month ago. Very dissatisfied with the professionalism at this facility. They knew they didn’t do business with that company and they should have informed me while I was physically there at their facility.

I dropped my car on a Friday and it was ready the following Thursday! Best experience ever from the time I dropped my car, receiving daily notifications about the progress and when they predict the car will be ready. They were ahead of their own prediction! Not only they fixed what needed to be fixed due to the accident, they also took care some minor dents in the area. So happy about choosing to take my care to this location !

These guys were so fast and friendly. I took my car in for a repair estimate and the gentleman helping me had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. He took pics of my VIN, odometer, 360Β° of the car, and then damage specific pics as well. He then explained to me that he would send everything to the estimate specialist and I would be receiving an email today with the estimate and all the info necessary to schedule repairs. After 3 weeks of dealing with the at fault drivers insurance company, it was wonderful having this process go so smoothly!!

I was devastated when I had a fender bender in my brand new car. Between dealing with the stress of having an accident and dealing with insurance I am glad the guys at Service King were so nice and understanding. I got my car there about an hour after the accident. They were at the mercy of getting the parts but they still were able to get my car fixed a week before scheduled date. I couldnt believe it, it looked like a brand new car. My experience was great and I highly recommend.

Since September I been trying to have this Service King location replace my defective Back Flip cover on my truck which they replaced for me about 3 years ago because the original one was damaged by hail. I am not happy with the lack of follow-up calls to give me updates of when it will be replace and the General Manager at this location has been made aware several times of this issue and nothing has been done about it. I have called 4 times since September and the person I spoke to that is handling this for me keeps giving me the run around. Well its December and still nothing. This is beyond terrible but now I know when warranty work needs to be done, well be prepared to wait a while. I plan on escalating this if I dont get my cover replaced on my truck soon.

This location was recommended to me by the insurance for my car repair. I left my car here for repair here on July 2019. I had to move during this time so I arranged a shipping company to pick my car up from this location and deliver it to me. I was pretty happy with the service they offered and were going to offer until this point.Then i got my car and they forgot to reattach my step pad rear bumper. I tried to get a hold of John Linskey the person who received my car for repair. He never answers his phone. It always goes to his voice mail and after leaving a message, it takes a day or two for him to get back. After couple of conversations which took over two weeks, he offered me $100 gift card for the part which I accepted. This was around august 2019.Fast forward today, I have not received that gift card yet and I have no idea what happened to it. And today, i finally had the time to call the corporate office who connected me to the branch manager and he offered me to take the car to one of their location near me and have the pad replaced there which is a better solution for me as the cost of this is around $300 based on a quote from one of the body shop which is much higher than the $100 gift card I was offered.Basically, the summary is that they forgot to reattach one of my car accessories and the service king showed no urgency or care to resolve their MISTAKE in a timely manner. And the alternative they provided was lesser in value than the cost of their mistake.

Horrible place! They have no customer service skills and all they care about is collecting money. I dropped off my car on 10/29 for repairs due to a collision where another person ran a stop sign. My rep was KACEE HARRINGTON and I told her that I did not want any repairs started until she or I could confirm with the insurance that they would be paying for the after market bumper that I had replaced because of a PREVIOUS ACCIDENT to which she said she would reach out to them as well as I would. I never heard back from her until I called her after speaking to the insurance which had said they wouldnt pay for the aftermarket and she informed me that they had already disassembled the car and that I would need to pay 128 so I reminded her of our conversation which she remembered but said that since I had signed the paperwork she still went ahead and started it on it (shows her lack of listening skills) after a few days passed the insurance called me back and said they would go ahead and pay for the aftermarket and that the shop was aware (but again they never bothered to call) so I called and sent her the info for the bumper and all was good until she called me back a few days later saying that they werent going to repair the vehicle because of previous damage that the car had and that it had not been repaired correctly so they werent going to touch it because they guarantee their work and I had to pay 138 for the second disassembly so I could get my car back. And once again I told her that she already knew about the previous damage because I had told her the story behind the bumper to which she acknowledged she remembered but again shows how much brain cells she has. So I was forced to pay the 138 and picked up my car and since it had started to drizzle I just did a quick visual to make sure the bumper wasnt falling off as I drove it away and took off. As soon as I get home I see that they had messed up my front signal light, they completely trimmed the wire. They had marked all these things that needed repaired but they had only informed the insurance of the bumper. As soon as I saw this I called and was told she was busy with a client and I left her a voice mail. If they would have had the decency of letting me know that they had trimmed some wires and all these other things they left hanging because they decided they didnt want to repair it, it would have been fine but they decided to try to be slick. This was on 11/9, I am still waiting on a phone call back from this idiot. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY. I will be getting in contact with my insurance to get that $138 back especially with how they left my car. KACEE has hearing problems and no people skills.

Zero. Shorter Version. Hit a Deer on 1171. Insurance Company made arrangements for me to take my car here. 1 year later engine fan out. Come to find out instead of them ordering the part from BMW they replaced the fan with some trash fan. Now Mechanic wants to charge $700.00 for fan and labor. BEFORE THAT, Air Condition was damaged, and didnt find out until summer. Paid 800.00 for that. They did NOT inspect this vehicle properly. However I take the blame because we should have gotten a 2nd opinion AND had someone we knew to do a REAL PROPER ASSESSMENT.

A friend of mine told me not to use service king, and this is why.I came in after a gate hit my car to get the mirror put back on as well as a few minor scratches done. There was barely anyone there and it still it took forever because only one person in the building half knew what they were doing.Ive gotten two calls since I dropped off my car to say that the price is going to be higher than initially anticipated, and the 2nd was after I had already agreed to the estimate! In fact, they let me know that they forgot to include the work on the mirror, which was the most obvious problem and the one I primarily came in to fix!

Advisor never returned any of my calls. In 3 weeks, I had to personally drive to the shop 5 or 6 times to check on my car or ask questions. Was even hard to get him to the lobby when I arrived there. This place is terrible be aware!!Had to bring my daughters car here for the second time & 4th time in 2 years to get her bumper corrected . Dealt with theGM Mike Gath. He’s an absolute nightmare to deal with. All he wanted to do was argue with me instead of dealing with the current situation. He also stated if he REPLACED the bumper & there were scratches on the under portion & bumper popped off the warranty would be VOIDED. Who says that?He offered to repair not replace the bumper which was the problem in the first place. Then the final draw he wouldn’t even put us in a rental even though it was their fault we were back at Service King.The actual bumper was never replaced only repaired prior 3 times & the left side grommets were in tack (not broke). After some arguing (inappropriate) he put us in a rental. On the way home I got in contact with the Area Director Mike C. I was just appalled. He seemed to ease the current situation.Be aware & stand your ground if you bring your car here.

Never again.The Good: They matched the color and there doesnt appear to be any damage.The Bad: There were many things, missing clips, the rear bumber side isnt clipped in along the wheel well, ETC. The WORST is they didnt replace the weather stripping and just left it sitting on the engine. Had it slipped off it would have been caught in the belts of my car that drive the engine, destroying the engine. Im going to have to purchase new clips, and the correct clips for all the missing and randomly placed one in addition to figuring out how to re-attach the drive side of the rear of my bumper.

I went for an estimate on Thursday afternoon and they said I would receive the estimate by Friday noon. I called them Friday afternoon to confirm if I would have the estimate by the end of the day. They said they are β€˜busy’ and I should have the estimate by the end of the day. When I called again by the end of the day, they said, β€˜she’s working on it now and you should receive it in 30 mins.’ I called Saturday morning to see if they finish the report, the representative told me the estimate report only takes 30 minutes. After she put me on a brief hold, she told me no more picks up the phone. I wonder how β€œbusy” they are. I’m very disappointed because as a full time worker, I only have Saturday to get my car repair.

Well I was directed here by my insurance, and at first I thought that I was entering a pretty sketchy place according to reviews towards Service King and what my friends have said. However, I was pretty wrong. They were able to completely fix my vehicle and it looked pretty much like it did before the accident occurred. After the repairs however, I did have to make 2 return trips to the place because of problems I found with their repairmanship. But they fixed my problems with no questions asked free of charge!Some things you should do before you leave...1) Make sure that your taillights are still working, they burned mine out after the repairs and I didnt know until a cop gave me a warning ticket2) Make sure that basic functions in your car still work. This being things like automatic windows and wipers.3) Make sure that your wipers are on correctly, they put mine in the reverse direction.4) Make sure that your car doesnt have scratches on it... LOOK CLOSELY. I had miscellaneous scratches on my car that I didnt see until my car was under the sun. They, however, buffed out these scratches from my car for free.

They may be detailed, but that detail means nothing when things are simple; as in no complications or issues. The behavior of this establishment when issues arise is sly to say the least. The manager encourages fraud, denies its liabilities and attempts to dodge responsibility. Ive convinced everyone I know not to visit service king, not just this location. You see that dont hurt the company enough. However if because of this location and its customer relations the company experiences a loss in its business.... This company will address the manager and staff here. Boycotting is something that should be brought back. Its the only way to fight against a business that is able to dodge its liability to its own service. This location is from where my expression is derived. Please, people leave this company and in particular this location alone. Their name is commercial and its hard not to think of the name when the time calls for repairs(and some of you will be recommended this place because of their supposed warranty on their work.) But be strong, search a little more and find the smaller business that cares, and doesnt just smile and speak because policy dictates. I guarantee the business with the smile policy will lack a care policy. Down with service king. And to those who wish to post positive replies to counter this one. I say, be gone with you. I have used Service King many times and I have always been happy with there customer service and repair but today this is not true.That changed today when I contacted Service King 800 number, my son had an accident and I contacted the 800 I spoke to a Brenda I gave her all my information to pre register my car for service to find out that once I got to the Service King the only had my name on file all that information that I gave Brenda was a waste of time. After giving the information again and them telling us that Brad was going to see us we waited in the waiting room after about 30 minutes my son went back to the reception desk to find out how long she told my son she would find out, about another 5 minutes past she then proceeded to tell us that Brad had gone to lunch and he would contact my son later. This maybe the last time I use Service King. I am hoping that the repair is better than there customer service.

Went in for a quote, was made to wait a good while without any communication. The representative that helped me walked out to my car without saying much of anything, looked at the scratches for a good 5 seconds and asked me to wait while he made the quote. Not outwardly rude but I got the impression my small scratches were not of much importance to them. I called last Saturday and booked an appointment for 8am today for an estimate. The person I talked with on the phone said I should be in and out in 30 minutes because I was concerned about being late for work. I arrived at 8 and waited for 20+ minutes before asking how much longer Ill have to wait. Why book appointments when your customers still have to wait 20 minutes or more? Dont bring your vehicle here. When you first get there, theyre all smiles and eager to please. Now that I had to return to have work done to the under carriage that they didnt fix the first time, theyre not smiling. My vehicle looked good, on the outside (seams were not even or aligned ) and I was glad to take it home. A couple of weeks later, I drove it and heard knocking on the impact side. Couldnt take it back right away because of icy conditions. Then my warranty ran out. Went to have some work done at the dealership and they found alot of bent and damaged parts on the impact side under carriage. Service King will not stand behind theyre work and now they chalk it up to NORMAL wear and tear. I am out $800 so far and still looking at another $800 more to fix what they didnt. I have a paper trail months long to show Ive been having problems, still not good enough.

Service King in Lewisville has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was to call them per my insurance company and called right at 7:00 am (when they opened). I sat on the line for 20 minutes and then just started driving to their establishment - 10 minutes later (still on hold), beginning to pull into their site and they finally answered and told me that they were too busy. Well, so am I. I have turned them into my insurance company and have asked them NOT to refer their clients there. They even tried to call me and when I tried to explain why I wasnt going to use them - I was told - thats your choice. DO NOT USE Service King especially the ones in Lewisville!!! Luckily, my insurance company cares about me and I have a reputable company that has fantastic customer service that will be helping me!

Very pleasant staff, handled everything very quickly and provided status updates through text, phone and email. The Enterprise rental staff is also very nice, helped me quickly and had me out the door in 10 minutes.

No communication, Travelers claim concierge service is a joke, the staff and services advisors at this location are all new, per there own personal admission. First time I tried to get car, all lights were flashing on dash, had to leave car another day to get that fixed. Then, no one QCd my car, and the paint didnt match. Back in it went a week later, supposed to be a day and a half to repaint, Im on day three and still no information as to the status of my car. Avoid this store!!!

I was rear-ended and scheduled my repair through Service King and the other partys insurance. Called today to confirm my appointment, and the customer service rep (Aaron) who answered simply transferred me to a voicemail. I called back and got the same person, only to have him tell me that the shop had no record of me making an appointment, even though they had all my information on file (I have never used Service King before). Aaron couldnt give me a straight answer as to how the people who were going to be repairing my vehicle didnt know about my appointment, yet had all my information. All he could pull out of the air was that I needed to schedule an estimate with the other partys insurance, even though Ive already received an official estimate from them. You can guarantee I will NOT use Service King for my repair and will be taking my business somewhere that has their stuff together.

On 6/8/18 I reported my damage to my insurance when it happened. My front bumper on my Infiniti was damaged due to dubre on the freeway. The grill was messed up. There was a bulge on the passenger side bumper next to the headlight, the lower part of the grill was droopy scraping the ground. I dropped my vehicle off to Service Kings per my insurance recommendation, which I shouldve NEVER LISTEN TO! I didnt get my vehicle back from them until 7/14/18 ( paid my $1000.00 deductible) and it wasnt until I drove off the lot I noticed my car repair was not complete!!! I called Heath and advised I had a missing piece in my bumper. His words and I quote I will check with my tech on Monday to see if he still has it and will let you know when to bring the vehicle back so I could put it in. Well....lets just say 7/18/18 I made a trip to Service King to check the status of the conversation we had on Saturday, then, I was told I have to order the part by Heath. I did do a bad survey that same day because this is ridiculous! Then he calls !?! Just to give me the same information he just told me in person. There is still a bulge on the passenger side bumper, and the piece is still missing from my car it is now 8/1/2018. I never felt so robbed in my life!

Took my sons car to this location after a wreck where he was hit on the drivers side rear tire. it took them 3 weeks! to let my insurance know that they werent going to fix it cuz it would cost more than the car was worth. how much can car parts for a ford cost! they are just lazy and they just dont care. Im tired of the customer service is a priority especially the person in charge of our car. Ive never used them before and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have had nothing but issues after having my truck to the Lewisville location. My truck was left outside in the rain with the driver side door off and passenger window down. Im now having issues with my drivers side speaker behind the seat working. (where sheet metal was removed)
