Amazing place to visit!

Candle Days!!! I was in and out the store in 13 minutes and only stood in line for 10 minutes. They followed all of the CDC guidelines and everything ran perfectly!! The associates were also very nice and friendly!!

My former manager Cat & another lady I believe Samantha was super awesome in explaining their seasonal and daily sales !! Cat helped me pick the perfect gift for my man & my free item that came along with it !! Sam helped me choose the perfect candle !!

I came for the semi annual sale and the staff was so helpful. I havent been in in a while and saw some new products and was curious about them. They saw I had my hands full with 3 large candles and they came over to give me a bag to hold all of it. Super helpful and now I want to go back to get more foam hand soap and candles!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they have a wide selection of products. Just be prepared for the prices, they are pretty high. But they do have a couple of sales going on right now.

Visiting from Atlanta and decided to look around the mall. Couldn’t resist the deals in B&BW. Came in and Cat helped me and my mom pick out everything we were looking for. She was so helpful and sweet ! Unfortunately on my way out I stopped and asked a question about the Christmas box and nelly was VERY RUDE about it. She denied everything I asked her and had a horrible attitude.. even walked away and rolled her eyes mid conversation.. hope she’s not a manager. I apologized to Bre my cashier .. hate that she has to have that snotty energy (bittccchhhhh) as a manager.. I’m sure cat makes up for it though she’s a sweetheart. Nelly get it together

I love this place, even though it is expensive. They always have great customer service, you can smell everything, touch, spray, etc. My only complaint is I find a body wash then the body cream/lotion is out. So I find a different one and same thing. But I ended spending 60$ and got different scents I liked so, what can ya do?

Not too busy around 1pm on a Friday. Very attentive sales persons. One even went online to try to finde a discontinued fragrance. Staff wasnt overly pushy but definitely made their rounds to see if you needed help.The only issue I had was the hand soap I wanted only had 1 in stock (there was a HUGE sale too which sucked).Definitely recommend for candles and air fresheners (when they are having sales lol)

This location in the Music City Mall cant possibly be around for long. Seriously, indoor shopping malls are a dying breed, and this mall in particular is nothing special. Theyre about like any other Bath and Body, however this visit we were ignored by three people at the register as they giggled and chatted for several minutes. It took one of us saying something aloud for them to finally notice. Overall, if youre in the area and you must go to Bath and Body, this one is here just perhaps not for long.
