I hate this location because they are always low on stock on everything important. I only go because its close to my house. I am dying for a Family Dollar to be built in Lewisville! Please! And they never seem to accept my mobile coupons which is very frustrating. ☹

This place has three friendliest staff and best selection of products than any other Dollar General Ive ever been to. Honestly love having an excuse to pop in here. I always leave with more than I came for because they have the coolest stuff!

Went here after leaving another dollar general location without buying anything. This store was much cleaner and wasnt cluttered. Everything I wanted was in stock and the manager was extremely helpful with the clearance sale they were having. I actually saved more than I anticipated.

ZERO STARS IF I COULDVE!WORST DOLLAR GENERAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!I cannot even believe what I witnessed.As a customer was asking for help on a return, the young man at the desk went to get another coworker (I assume for help). As the second coworker began making her way to the counter, she was complaining about how the lady had been at the store yesterday.At this point, I was fully invested. I tend to go to that store every once in a while and didnt understand why the coworker had such an issue and felt the need to complain to the surrounding customers. The coworker was acting beyond rude and obviously annoyed without even making it to the customer.I also can honestly say that the customer was fairly respectful during the whole ordeal! I later figured out the lady HAD HER RECIEPT AND WAS WITHIN THE RETURN DATE. My frustration for her began rising with every word the coworker was spewing out at her. The coworker told the lady that she WAS NOT GIVING HER WHAT WAS ON THE RECIEPT and then THREW THE RECIPT DOWN ON THE COUNTER AND MOVED TO THE OTHER REGISTER where SHE CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMERS WHILE THE LADY STOOD RIGHT THERE. At this point the lady had enough and asked the coworker for her name THREE TIME with NO ANSWER! She was completely ignoring her! I was so appalled that I put my stuff down and walked out without purchasing anything.I hope this is resolved in a timely manner because I REFUSE to step foot in a store with such disturbing customer service.

I love this location been going there for years, Even through my bad times and good times ..The cashiers there are always pleasant, They work very hard, they are never rude, I think everyone of them deserve a raise..Live this place they always make it a pleasure coming here💯

Its quick when I need just a couple things . Its a bit crowded but is quick to get in and out of in a rush and service is good

I use the app when shopping at DG and scan everything. You will be surprised when you scan something and its way cheaper than what you thought it would be.

Nice clean store, well organized. The guy cashier is friendly and fast. The others could use some personality. It is a quick easy place to shop. And prices are cheap on name brand detergents, and cleaning supplies.

I was rushed out of the store. Employee said they closed at 6pm it was 6:30 when I arrived. Others still coming in and he told another customer that they had to shut registers down at 6 due to the covid. I have anxiety and being rushed is not good. I couldnt hey the things I wanted. When I got home I looked and store doesnt close until 10 pm.

The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because when people come in the store without a mask they do not say anything to them. That person should be advised at the door to get a mask or no service.

Very friendly employees and I highly recommend downloading the Dollar general app. They will except all coupons from that app. I used a $2.00 off coupon today on tide laundry soap. Im very pleased.

If I didnt like it, I wouldnt have gone. I liked it better before the makeover. Ice cream choices (expletive deleted.) People dont go there for fancy stuff at higher prices. Please go back to Blue Bell/Blue Bunny; they have a good selection of flavors that are handy when you cant shop at Tom Thumb.

Great selection of across the board products, from groceries to clothing. Some national as well as less known brands available ; they often run really good discounts on a variety of gift cards.

Love this location...they have more than the average DG. IT WAS 50 % OFF CLEARANCE day so that rocked! I was looking for things for my elderly dog who is blind and just making her comfortable until she passes. She isnt in pain. Just very old and a rescue from a very abusive puppy mill. I mix cat food with her wet blue so she can smell it. She has been a wonderful and funny shih tzu and still is. She is around 20 or so. I got everything I needed plus some! Everyone was so helpful. I had a seizure a little while before so they were very helpful. Definitely check this store out on Main and Valley!

I just moved over to this part of town and have went into this location a few times. Every time the same woman is there and has a I don’t want to work attitude . I ask her a question andshe huff and puffs about helping me . I asked her if a coffee cup was discounted and she tells me ugh I don’t look at the products when I ring them up. Really?!?!? Then I asked her do you carry coffee cups with lids to take on the go? She says I really don’t know all the products here they might be with the coffee makers aisle 8..We all have bad days but I think I will take my 200 a month somewhere else. I miss my Oakridge location :/

This place will have every thing that you would get at your target or ect... From hair products to cleaning supplies. All of their items and VERY cheap. I hope this helps you.

That little girl on the register closed her line although I was already in her line and when I went to the next line she opened her register and cashed out two other customers, So basicly she profiled me out not to ring me up all this time I hadnt said anything upsetting although I was very upset. This was on 8/21/16 about 6:30eve, If I were to do that same thing at my job you can believe me I would be demoted and written warning, these young adults working now days havent got any good sense that God gave them. And that reflects on the superior that manage them on a daily basis.

Always find fair prices and friendly courteous employees always with a beautiful smile to greet you and help you find what you went looking for .

Mark is a really nice manager.He has been there for yrs for those who think the females on main are mean lol. If I can find what I need old orchard is just up the street so its fine to me.people check your choices if your not happy with main street.There are three dollar general stores in Lewisville. Old orchard and35have the nicest managers.If I cant find what I need there than only than do I resort to main.Tina is the nicest check out person there.

Very seldom go there anymore.The people working there are not very friendly and always look mad.Thats why you need young people doing these jobs.They dont care if their checks are small.Go to dollar tree.They have the same thing everything is a dollar.not$5or$20but a dollar.why do they call it a dollar store?Its clearly not

Very unorganized, the manager was scolding the cashier in front of customers about helium. 2 people in front of me had 10 balloons and thr manager was upset about it. This DG has never been top notch but dang... new low today.

It must be very old. The floors look like it hasnt had a good cleaning in a while. The product is a little messy, but then again people tend to trash things the staff probably cant keep up with.
