I’ve gone to about 30 different beauty supply stores throughout the DFW and by far this one is the BEST! They have the best wigs with great colors. The store is huge and has a wide range of products to complete your look!

Come here often for myself and the kids, not bad on there customer service like most afflicted places quick in and out if you know what your going for nice selections plus opens on Sunday can’t lose with that one!

This place has definitely been my favorite beauty supply since they opened here in Lewisville. They have a wide selection of ethnic products that are impossible to find in Sally and smaller beauty suppliers in the area. They are my go-to

A very horrible experience. There is a guy working alone. He was yelling down the aisles at people. He never greeted anyone or said thank you. He kept his eyes on the cameras. He was so busy watching everyone and trying to make sure they are not stealing, he could not focus on ringing up the merchandise. A very rude individual. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience when him. I asked him to help me find an item; he was very rude and apprehensive to help. I will not buy from a store that treat their customers like this. Absolutely not. Take some customer service classes.

Always go here, pretty decent prices depending on what your going for, I always get braiding hair which runs from 4$ on up depending on the brand. They also have clothes, shoes, purses, hats, everything you can think of!

Bought a lace wig that was supposedly human hair. After waiting to get someone to come to the wig area to help me out they sent a guy who told me the wig was human hair but after taking it home I realized it really wasnt. Called them to fix the issue and wasnt given any help and just told the manager isnt there. Will not be buying hair from them again.

Went here with my daughter who needed a few things. She got what she needed quickly and we left. It seems like a decent place with plenty of space and selections. They gave my daughter a few free gifts which she enjoyed saying she would return to shop here again.

Very organized, very hugggeee hair care store with products for black, mixed race, and Latino hair. Weave, pony tails, braids, hair care products, shampoo, perms, brushes, combs, curling irons, flat irons, wigs, makeup, masks, doo rags, bandanas, hats, socks, hair ties, essential oils.... and the list goes on and on. My first visit but it wont be my last. I dont think it was black owned because there was a friendly little asian lady behind the counter. Too bad. Very impressive store.

HORRIBLE customer service. Bought a few items along with an outfit that came as a set. Went home tried it on came back with the receipt and tags still on to return it and was refused a refund. I have no problem with that policy but make it known either by the clothes on a sign or say it at time of check out. This man at the check out counter took the time to look at my receipt look at the clothing to see if the tags were still on and then took a second and then decided that they dont do refunds on clothes. I call BS because Ive seen clothes with NO TAGS RETURNED on the rack. Shame on yall!

I love love love this beauty supply store. They have everything you need and take suggestions if there are products they dont have. The only bad thing is that I usually go in for specific items and come out with more items. They have some nice clothes and hats that are a bit expensive but I just wait until they are on sale😆😆.

Wish I could give them no stars, I came in the store for the first time and was in love and asked for an application. To make a long story short I was told by the manager to put my apron on because he couldnt tell the difference between me and the other customers (who are mostly black .) after that I clocked out and left . Theres no reason that you shouldnt try to remember my face after working there for weeks mind you upon applying I told him my name and he told me that it was too hard to pronounce and that he couldnt remember... ladies do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere where they respect the people putting money in their pockets .

Ive gone here before and the service is usually good. Im writing this after searching my room, bathroom, Bags, Car 2x and asking the friend who went with me. The old lady who checked me out put all my products in a bag out of view. It wasnt till I got home that I noticed she took out my Aleo that I had payed for. Wish it didnt happen but it did and she seemed so nice. Always double check your bag, cause it does feel like you spent more than you should have.This is the first time something has been missing that I have paid for.

In April, I bought my mother a wig from this place that cost $150 and its now matted and its only May. They are selling very cheap product and charging lots of money. Good money is spent on them, so we know when its a good one, and theyre always well taken care of. Their product is just terrible. WILL NOT BE RETURNING or telling me to go.

The store definitely has a wide selection of items but they are rarely in stock. The customer service is okay until you need them to get something for you. Apparently you cannot take videos or pictures in their store I was told by the assistant manager if I continued he would “take my phone”...? There’s no policy within the store that says this. So unless you know where something is, you have access to the item, and you are not taking pictures... It’s perfect... for you. P.S. they give you a tiny brush/comb that’s good for laying wigs for free if you spend more than 10$ but that’s THE ONLY FREE PRODUCT people are referring to.

I really like this beauty supply store. It caters to all ethnicities but primarily African Americans. Its in a safe a d clean location and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable overall. Largest selection in Lewisville of wigs and hair care products and accessories and apparel. Highly recommend.

I like that they have a huge selection generally, but due to the increasing popularity of crochet braiding and faux dreds the quantity isnt always available

Everybody wants a extravagant experience but ive been going here for months and never have seen anything wrong with them or there “attitudes”. Just go in get what you need and get out its honestly not that serious, one of the workers could not smile and heres someone writing a review saying oh they were SO RUDE. This is a great store for what you need especially for lashes! I always get my lashes here and i love them and the store!

I use to enjoy shopping at this store, but I’m always finding myself waiting for a cashier to check me out. They’re always busy doing other things. I told the owner that I was ready to check out and she looked at me and continued to finish with what she was doing before checking me out. I knew then that I would never shop there again.

This use to be my favorite hair store but there is a new young lady that works there that is seem to be very racist. I picked up an ring that was at the front... At checkout, the ring was $1.99. and I put the ring back. She came from around the counter as if she wanted to look at the ring and then told me, You didnt put the ring back... I told her actually I did, please go look at your camera and Ill be more then happy to wait here to see the stupid look on your face when you come back. Then she tried to joke with me. That was the first encounter... The second and the last, I was in line and I noticed how every purchase she had something to say about the price. Lady the price is on the item. If you dont like the prices then change it before someone purchase it.

My recent visit to the local beauty supply store, Beauty Avenue, was very disappointing. I concluded that you would get more satisfaction rolling your window down and throwing your whole paycheck out. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!!! My husband and I always come to this local beauty supply for hair related items. Today we came in for a GTX clipper. We stood in line and was advised by the cashier that we should get assistance from another worker within the store. We got out of line, went to the gentleman behind the counter, asked for assistance. We informed him that we needed the GTX clipper, he said hold on, went to the register and proceeded to check out other customers. As a loyal paying customer/hairstylist we should be provided with superb customer service. After all it is our clientele that keeps their business a float. Neither one of the gentleman wanted to provide their names, and when I asked for the manager they pointed at each-other. Beauty Avenue poor business practices has forced me to take my business elsewhere.

I had originally given 5 stars, but they dont deserve it. They are genuinely rude, and I cant understand how you can sale a product that you are not willing to learn about. I have spent alot of money in this store, and never really had to ask any questions, but today we had a question, and the guy thats there all the time said I dont know and walked away. Basically said ask someone else, so we put our items back, and so kindly went elsewhere. I wont spend another dime there period

First of all...I am NOT a racist or prejudice person!!! I googled Beauty supply store near me and this place showed up. So I thought Id go check it out and look for hair products for myself. As I walked down every aisle I began to notice that most if not ALL of their products are geared towards African American women. I dont have a problem with a store focusing on a specific hair type...but it should most definitely advertise itself as such! Needless to say I didnt find what I was looking for. I will however give props to how clean and organized the store was!!

I purchased a dress from the store and the policy clearly states they accept returns. I went home and tried the dress on. The item didn’t fit so in less than 24 hours I went to rerun the dress. The women at the counter said that she wound not return the item since it had been work and smelled like sweat. I asked 5 other customers if it smelled and she said she wouldn’t return it. I didn’t want to argue so I asked what other items on my receipt could be returned. She stated everything as long as it has not been used. I went home and returned every item that I purchases from them based of the principle.The entire time I was checking out she tried to dispute unused items that were still in the packaging. She said you lie and ended my return. I would never shop here again just because of that experience.

I didnt know what to expect upon driving up but the inventory from ceiling to floor was AMAZING if you want to feel like you are in a huge walk in WOMENS CLOSET this is your store.. the selection is unbelievable the staff so knowledgeable about product and the selection OUT OF THIS WORLD.. The huge open aisles the lighting the quality I can go on and on... Best BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE hands down

I have been in this store a couple of times no issue, found good items. The 2 stars is because when you go on to the website it automatically logs into your facebook account. I bought a wig on Sat December 24th, later the following week I went to wear it and realized the security tag was on it. I took it back today to have the tag removed and this man really tried to act like I had possibly stolen the wig and told me next time I needed to have a receipt. No how about I just dont support your business any longer. I encourage black consumers to stop shopping with businesses that really think so low of us that we cant afford and would have to steal a synthetic wig.
