This place is expensive and they don’t have a variety of products. They are small. It’s only a good place for picking up something very very very common. My opinion

I love this store PERIODT

I wanted to take a photo from the parking lot for my google review, but an armed thug with a gun chased me off the property. Apparently you are not allowed to take pictures in the parking lot.The manager was most unhelpful when I called in to ask about it. They must have their hands full trying to confiscate all the smart phones around.

The younger girl needs to work on her customer service skills, she walked off as I was choosing earrings and waited on another customer leaving me standing there . I would have spent more because I actually wanted about 10 different pairs but even when she returned to me it seemed I was burdening her for choosing the 3 pairs that I did buy.

Went in to buy a wig. I have never worn one so I started with hairstyles I thought would be flattering.The owner/salesperson explained that I would need to buy a wig cap for a dollar and if I bought the wig, there would be no charge. No problem. I started trying on wigs and on my fourth try, I was told that this would be my last try. I had already tried on 3. Ok. I paid my dollar and left. This may be a good store if you know what you want. I was very disappointed with the service.

I went to visit their business and some guy with a gun was bossing customers around and chasing them off the property. The manager wasnt very helpful at all when I called in to ask about it.

I purchased a wig ($44.00) on 12/13 and within 2 weeks the wig was Matted so bad that there was NO way to wear it!!!I returned to the store in good faith and thinking this Company would stand behind their products!!! They did not and laughed off my complaint.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!I WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS TO SHADY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!

Large selection and friendly staff

The customer service is phenomenal! Ask for Sarah! It was my first time visiting a privately-owned beautiful supply shop instead of Sallys. Sarah guided me through the store and helped me pick out the perfect hair extensions for me! I will never visit another beauty supply store now that i found this gem. Cant beat the price or the personalized customer service at KJ! :))))))))

The service was so freaking awesome today. I brought three wigs and my mother brought two. And Sarah is such a wonderful helpful sweetheart.

The two ladies working there were so nice and friendly! Found some beautiful dramatic lashes for only 2.99! Will be coming back for sure.

I love this store. They always have great deals. They always give you free samples of products to try when you buy something. Not only do they have great bundle of hair but I give them props on the actual quality hair products they have. Its so hard to fine quality black hair products. Overall I drive 30 minutes just to shop here.

I bought a wig yesterday. Only to find out there was lice crawling all in my wig. I asked to switch it out but was told all wig sales are final. Which I know but still. They sold me a wig with lice in it. Do not buy wigs from them!!
