I went in, I Ordered my Milk Boba, I payed and got my Boba. I Left and Enjoyed my Boba it was Very Good. NO issues or Complaints. Good Boba= Me Happy.

We like coming here but haven’t been here for a few months and we went by yesterday on a Sunday with my family and friends. We didn’t knew the hours had changed so when we arrived at 11:40 we decided to wait til noon when they open as they’re the only place around. Once their opening hours arrived still no one was there so we decided to wait 10 more minutes since other customers waiting ended up leaving. Eventually no one came and we decided to leave but thankfully we found out this new yoghurt place just down the street that just open in the area called Sweetfrog which they have been open since 11am and from now on this will be our new frozen yogurt place which also has bigger selection and it’s much bigger than Yogurt Zone.

They always have a variety of flavors and toppings as well as non-dairy options.

We had not been here in a while, and on a whim I stopped by. The place was unkept - dirty floor, messy counter, bins were unstocked. Made me wonder how old their merchandise was. AC was out so they had window fans roaring in the store.My fellow Lewisville friends, go down the street to Sweet Frog for a newer cleaner cooler happier experience. To the owner of Yogurt Zone- you have too much competition to let your store be so lax and disheveled. Establishments that are in your condition do not stay in business

Best Boba Tea in Lewisville! My favorite is Passion Fruit Fusion Green Tea 👌🏼👌🏼 very refreshing with the right amount of sweet.

10/10 experience. Amazing yogurt and boba, found a butterfly by the shop. He walked onto my hand and chilled in my car for a bit. Named him keith.

Great customer service. Very clean. Everything is delicious but my fave is the smoothie with bobas, great for this heat. Highly recommend Yogurt Zone!!!

Not as good as Boba world. Had the mango milk tea with boba. The boba were the only thing good about it but they were oddly shaped.

The yogurt here is SO good! And they have a great selection of toppings and very sweet staff.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. employee only wanted to stand and do nothing. We ask to see the nutrition info on the yogurt to see if they use fake sugar, she gave some weak excuse about it and did bother to every check. the two favors I tried. cookies and cream and dulce de leche tasted like milk fat and sugar.

Its a complete mystery why their rating is so high. Maybe we just went on an off day. This was some of the worst tasting froyo Ive ever had. The flavors taste artificial, even the standard chocolate and vanilla were disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. The coconut flavor was even worse. Toppings, while numerous, included some items like Oreos that were stale. On top of all that, it was over $20 for four small-ish yogurts.Our kids liked it, but theyre kids and also like ketchup on hotdogs. My point is, go somewhere else.

Good Froyo! I have gone here twice after doing an Escape room nearby.

We make this place a weekly date..... Love the froyo and the milk teas even more. The female employee is always welcoming and makes the perfect drinks. Love this place!!!

The yogurt and all the topping options are amazing, and delicious. Their bubble tea is phenomenal. With that alone Id give it 5 stars. However, the customer service is poor. When Ive been in, after school hours, the teenagers never seem to want to be there. They are more interested in spacing out or watching television. When Ive asked them questions, they seem inconvenienced and even reluctant to answer, and its a vague short response. When walking into this place, Id expect a bubbly customer service response, but many times....that is not what you receive. Three stars until I see change.*UPDATE 8-21-18: the customer service seems so much better during after school times. There is often times a very nice young man that is beyond helpful, and Ive also been in prior to this and another young lady is sweet too. Great change of service, thank you Yogurt Zone!

Yogurt is good and the staff is nice but way over priced for what you get. Kids loved it though.

Great Boba and yogurt!

Plenty of low fat yogurt options and a few no sugar added, low fat yogurt options - delicious. Also, the toppings were fresh including fruit, which is also low- calorie. They had unusual teas with various flavorings that could be added.

The staff is always so friendly and nice. I usually go in to get their boba milk teas and they are super delicious. Im never disappointed going here.

Great little place in our neighborhood. I have been sick the past week and unable to really eat solid food, FroYo has been a good substitute. They have healthy topping options and its easy to freeze any leftovers. A little pricey since you pay by weight, but when solid food is off the menu I dont mind paying a little extra!

This place is alright... The flavors are kind of lackluster. The sides are pretty much what youre paying for and they just add a lot of weight. You will end up paying like 7 bucks... Which is not worth.Pro tip... Go to racetrac. They have froyo and it is a flat rate of 3.99 with way better flavors.

Stopped in one time after a soccer game with my child as a treat. The place is very clean and they have many flavors some normal and some unusual flavors. We had great yogurt at a great price...you cant ask for better!

This place is an amazing joint for yogurt, bobba tea and italian soda. They have variety of flavors and quality seems to be really good. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My daughter and i went here a couple of weeks ago. We like mixing the flavors and adding tons of toppings. The girl at the counter was super friendly.

Got a taro milk tea today and it was amazing. Boba was perfectly cooked! Chewy, not mushy or powdery!

I come here exclusively for the boba tea. Their boba pearls are cooked just right - they are not too chewy and they are sweet enough that even without your drink you can still enjoy them. Also the employees here are warm and welcoming.One time, there was a special for Thai tea for a $1. I had ordered it without realizing it was on sale, and the cashier graciously refunded me after I was charged the regular price.I would highly recommend this place!

I love it ... greentea yogurt is my absolute favorite! Waiting for it to come back ... The only thing I would like to see happen is they consider earlier hours 7:00 or 7:30 am ... I would love to have that yummy goodness for breakfast before work at 8

Good spot, get half sweet for sure. They have a few boxes with simple games that are fun while drinking tea or eating frozen yogurt.

Lots of flavors to pick from and lots of toppings to go on your yogurt just have to remember youre paying by the ounce. But I found it all to be very delicious and fresh

At the time of my visit location was not very busy, open for walk-ins and very clean. Personally I think the price per oz is pricy but that might just be me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Their charcoal ice cream and melon ice cream was good! But dont put it in one cone! It will not look as Instagram perfect as u want it to be hahahaha plus the ice cream melted so fast we didnt have a decent photo haha! Price was expected. they have a sitting area at the back which was a life saver for us since it was raining that time!

Its creamy and delicious! Would like to have more flavors, though they have a good mix of tart and sweet flavors.

Good flavors and clean store walked in and they where cleaning where very helpful and suggested a few flavors to try that where great. Thank you for the yummy healthy alternative to shakes or ice cream.
