Modern and clean facility with registration being a breeze with the aid of Ashlee the manager. I needed a quick response and it was simple and fast. Highly recommend.

Clean, safe, and convenient. Also, the staff is so helpful. Chrys always goes out of her way to say hello and ask if I need anything. She told me about the app to use for payment info and, today, Chrys helped me wrap some furniture in the main office. She couldve just sold me the stretch wrap, but she went out of her way to help me and load the cart.Great place to go if you have storage needs.

We have had our unit for a couple months and this company has been amazing. Super clean and friendly. My husband and I went in recently to see about downsizing our unit and Tameka was extremely helpful. Although the day we inquired they did not have the smaller unit we wanted, she remembered us and was able to reserve the next one that became available. She was extremely nice and very helpful, I plan on keeping business with this company for awhile!

I can not say enough about the exceptional customer service that was provided to me by Nicole! She has given me peace of mind regarding my stressful move from another state. I recently rented a space at your Lexington, SC facility expecting to be there for a long time. Chrys Thompson was my manager. My 45 year old son, father of 3, died suddenly of a heart attack. I had only been there one month when this tragedy struck. For personal reasons I had to move back from where I had just moved from. This was exhausting and difficult. Chrys was with me every step of the way. She could not have been more supportive, professional and mostly kind which I needed so much at the time. I had a refund coming to me which she took care of with the same thorough kindness.We live in a world where people many times do not go the extra mile to show they care, that is not the case here. I really enjoyed the friendly service of Tameka today when I stopped by CubeSmart to check out the storage cube I reserved online....thank you so much for hiring good people like her who really enjoy what they do......she truly paints a great picture of the owner through her personality!!!!!

The facility was nice and clean. Setup was easy and good. However when I moved out 2 days before my bill was due and called on the day it drafted out of my account to close out...I was told I wouldn’t get any of my money back for an entire month of no usage. So I decided to leave my lock on the door for the remainder of the month just in case. I received an email from the staff asking when I’d be by to get my lock and so they can close my account. I’m disappointed that they tried to push me out so they could get someone into the unit to also charge them for it. Just seems sketch. Next time I’ll look for a unit that hopefully prorates. At least up until a certain amount of days after the new month starts.

We had a great experience with this business. The storage facility is very clean and safe. They provide moving carts and hand trucks to make your move as easy as possible. The office employees are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

If you need a storage unit look no further. The customer service that I have received from the manager and staff has been beyond amazing!! You don’t find many people that go above and beyond for you these days but this staff will bend over backwards for you. I feel my belongings are safe and well taken care of. Very clean and well taken care of. Once I find a house it will be time to move out but I can’t imagine not having the staff in my life so I think I’ll get a smaller unit just to store my seasonal decorations. Thank you Angelisa and your staff for going above the call of duty and treating your customers like family instead of just someone renting a unit.

Great facility. Ive never rented a storage unit that provided you with hand trucks and carts to move your stuff with. Very clean, and polite, professional staff. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will most certainly go to them.

This place is not only a great place to store your belongings but the people that work there take customer service to another level. I went there this week to take some Christmas decorations out of storage with my two month old strapped on and Iwas struggling to figure out the passcode to get in. An employee named Angelisa not only came over and helped me find my code, but she then proceeded to get a dolly for me, helped me unlock my unit, and helped me push my things to my car. I honestly would have probably abandoned my mission if it werent for her, so five stars and thanks for helping make sure my family had Christmas decorations this year!
