Jimmy and his staff are top notch. My normal mechjc for 10 years closed down and we were stuck trying to find a good trust worthy mechanic shop. Jimmy had my car towed to his shop and diagnostic was done within a few hours. Car was picked up on Tuesday and was ready Wednesday, new battery, new alternator and wheel bearings both sides. I have found my new mechanic.By the way we never met, just phone conversations. The wife picked up the car and she was happy with his cluster service and personality. HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE.

My family has been coming here since it was Hondaville in the 90s! I have an 08 Honda CR-V that Jimmy and crew have kept running smoothly from oil changes to brakes to CV joint, etc.Today, Im having an A/C Recharge and struts replaced. Their price for both services done here is the average price of struts alone at most places (at least $100+ cheaper).Being a female with an older car, its easy for mechanics to try to take advantage of you. I still do my due diligence before car repairs, but Autoville has always been honest with fair pricing (sometimes below average pricing!) with any service needed.Services are preformed in a very timely manner. Oil changes and emissions done within minutes. However, if you need parts for your service, its best to call in advance so they can order them. Theyve always had the part the following day when Ive called ahead. I drop off in the morning and its ready for me by the end of the day.Its definitely worth calling them if you need any type of car repair!

I was lucky to have found this place. They have integrity that I think is rare with auto shops. They had the opportunity to claim the alternator as the problem which I assumed at first. Most places would have done the alternator and battery after learning its just the battery. Then I was not charged a storage fee while I left town for a week. Jimmy, the owner didnt even ask for any deposit or payment until after I returned. It was clear that the Jmmy cares about his customers and his reputation as a business. I wish I had arrived back when they were open so I could have thanked him in person.I highly recommend this place.

Had my alternator replaced. Quick diagnosis, fast work. A radiator hose was left disconnected. Took it back and Jimmy apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a free oil change. How do I love my mechanic? Let me count the ways. Jimmy, the owner, is everything you can want in a mechanic. We have older cars 2007 and 2005 and they break (tiny things) all the time. He just fixes it for cheap, and his work is perfect. True, no weekends, but this is how he has kept the best mechanics for over 20 years.

My starter was going faulty on my car, so read some auto repair shop reviews for my area and saw Autoville is the highest rated. But I wanted to compare prices and called 6 shops nearby. Autovilles quoted price was in the middle of the price range.I could have gone with the cheap mechanic, but its true that you generally get what you pay for, or the highest quote, which proves you dont always get what you pay for. The highest quote was way more than the others, so crossed them off the list. I received the lowest quote while the mechanic was literally wrestling with a heavy car part. He told me to call him tomorrow to see when he could fit me in. His lack of professionalism got him crossed off the list.Autoville was different. The owner told me hed check the starter price and call me back, which he did. Unlike the other two shops, he was informative, courteous, and professional, so he got the job. Autoville only uses top quality parts built to last. Quality parts cost more, of course, and mechanics who quote the lowest prices almost always use the cheapest parts.Not the case with Autoville. The brand of starter they installed has the lowest return rate for defective parts of all manufacturers in America. It was well worth paying a little more for a starter designed to last and the peace of mind that comes with it.I found my new auto repair shop today and will be recommending Autoville to others in the future.

I enjoy taking our vehicle to get an oil change through Acceptance.I like how I can just sit in my car and get the oil change. Makes it easier when you have little ones. They check your windshield fluid and antifreeze as well. If youre low they fill you up.

This place is so far from my house but I’ll travel here because the service is so amazing and the quote they gave me was $750 less than a chain auto store. The reason it was so much cheaper was because I didn’t need all of that work done! Being a single mom and having a reliable auto repair shop that you know won’t rip you off is PRICELESS!!!

First time customer, horrible experience. I called on Tuesday and discussed the type of repair I needed for my vehicle. I was told that Thursday or Friday would be better days to bring my vehicle. We settled on Friday. Today, I took my vehicle to Autoville and was told that it would be Monday before the repairs can be done. Needless to say, I did not leave my vehicle with Autoville. I do not recommend Autoville to anyone.

Went in had a catylic converter installed on Qx56. Took a month to fix. Picked up drove 188 miles Now my Engine is blown. Not going to sue. Just going to deal with my own people.... TERRIBLE

I am 71 yrs old and I have Never seen a shop like this! They figure out the problem FAST and get it corrected SOON and charge LESS than anyone else!Just one example: I paid Nissan auto-nation $125 to diagnose my brake problem and they totally missed it! Assuming it was an over-active anti-lock system, I had to suffer the most horrible braking performance for several more months before I happened to try Autoville. They quickly spotted the cause and had it all fixed in a couple hours at a reasonable price. It is such a joy to drive a normal car! ... THANK GOD FOR THESE MEN!
