Even though we could not arrive until fifteen minutes before closing, they told us to come on in, and they would take a look. Turns out the phone just needed a deep clean. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Extremely unprofessional attitude and cracked my phone screen and said I brought it in already cracked. I explained my phone was not cracked. In fact when i dropped my phone off the lady i handed it to never asked for any of my info. When i came back in to pick it up she couldn’t find my phone. I am extremely pist and will never go back to this place. Dishonest and horrible attitude

I went into this store with a charging issue on iPhone 11 The guy looked at it took it in the back and within a few minutes brought it back working perfectly . He could have easily made some pretended repair and charged me and I still would have left happy . An honest And knowledgeable person. Rare in this business. I had to have my glass screen protector replaced as I dropped my phone. Since I had purchased the original protector there, they installed a new one for $10.00. That is a great price and it was replaced immediately. Such good service and a great price!

Their service was amazing! They said they would get someone to look at it the next day and they called me a few hours later instead. They told me what was wrong, how much it would cost, and how much the cost of the same laptop was. When I decided not to fix it, they said there was no charge. They were also incredibly nice and kind.

They are honest and act with integrity. If they can’t fix something, they tell you. If they think it’s less expensive to go to the OEM, Apple in my case, they tell you. My iPhone XR had the tip of the lightning charger broke off and stuck in it- I couldnt fit my charger in- apparently this is somewhat of a common problem. She expeditiously took my device and fished out the little guard, Im back in business. Heres the cool part- she didnt charge me, even after I insisted. It turns out that the computer that I brought over to get fixed really could not be fixed to the quality that I needed for my son to be able to game. Let me say this: I know next to nothing about computers, hard drives, and RAM. They knew that, and still did not try to sell me something I didn’t need or wouldn’t be able to use (and they probably could have). I appreciate honesty and people treating me with integrity. I would absolutely bring something here to see if it could get fixed because they have proven themselves knowledgable and trustworthy to me.

This place rocks. I went in thinking I was going to have an expensive repair on the charging port of my iPhone but it just needed a good air blown cleaning. They didn’t charge me anything. They could have charged for a repair but didn’t. Definitely earned my business!

My iPhone accidentally made its way into the pool for a brief stint. Got it out dried it off seemed to be ok. Then..... wouldn’t charge. Took it to CPR and they took it to the back room and fixed it in under 3 minutes. Not sure what magic they did but no problems since. Awesome service!

My neighbor referred me to CPR cell phone repair in Little Elm. They were glowing about how fast they changed their batteries and cleaned up the mess both phones were in. So, I drove up the 4 miles and left it there on Sat. Afternoon and the counter tech Zee said it would be a couple of hours. So I gave him my wife’s cell number to text when it was ready. Only took an hour.Compared to a Apple in The Willow Bend Mall in Sept/2018, I had to leave it there for 4 days! Apple has since closed that store location and AT&T doesn’t change batteries. CPR to my rescue. Thank you, I’m alive again.

Ive been to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Little Elm several times w/ several phones. First of all they know what theyre doing. AND they never try to up-sell on products or services. I came in saying I probably want to upgrade this phone and was told you probably dont need to do that. Then I said well a new battery? and was told again PROBABLY not. I eventually bought a new charger and even that was NOT a hard sell. Ive had phones serviced by both the young lady who works there as well as Zee and they are remarkable. They were spot on about what the problem was. Honest as well as competent. I wont go anywhere else.

I had a dead battery that was no longer able to charge my iPhone 6S Plus. I did not want to pay another grand for a phone so I set up an appointment with CPR. I brought it in and an hour later it was fixed. No problem. I cost under $100 which is way better than coughing up another grand for an upgrade. I’m not interested in doing that so CPR was a life saver for me.

We were extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the turn around time and quality of the work. We had taken our iPhone in to Apple to get the screen repaired and they told us they had to replace the phone and we should buy another one. We knew that the phone had no internal issues so we immediately left Apple and came to CPR to see what they could do. Not only were they able to fix the screen like new but we were set up with a case and screen protector all for the same price it would have costed to have Apple repair the screen. We will definitely recommend CPR and it will be our first stop if we have any other issues with our other phones.

CPR fixed my 11 year old daughter’s phone screen perfectly & quickly.What’s more important is when she went in to pay (with her Christmas money) she did not count her change & ended up overpaying.Later on, we received a phone call notifying us that they have the difference & would like to return it. It’s not often that a business/employee is so quick to return money! CPR’s honesty & professionalism has definitely won our business and we’ll be referring them to anyone who needs a phone repair.

These guys are awesome! The first time I came in here with my laptop they got it working again, and it was a lot faster than before. Before they cleared anything or did anything to it the tech called me and went over all options that could be done. Today, I brought in my iPhone 8 Plus due to the phone not charging properly. I thought I needed a new charger port, but the guy at the front brought it in the back to try cleaning out the charging port and it worked! He even gave me tips on how to clean it, and told me if it happens again feel free to bring it back in. He could have easily told me that I needed a new charger port, and just cleaned it. Totally grateful for their honesty, and I will always recommend them!
