I had switched from Verizon to att&t and hated the poor customer service. It took two days to get it switched back to Verizon and the employees were kind, helpful, courteous, and patient.

We always come back to this location because Haseeb is very accommodating and goes above and beyond. Far better than corporate store. The only improvement I could see happening is more staff. He was alone with people coming in and out quite often. Regardless, great service.

I have been waiting since January to get my Switcher promo rebate. Associate at the store has contacted the district manager few times to corrected it but still no updates. I had to go visit at the store in person several times to get a follow up since calls are not going directly to stores but answered by customer service. Because inefficiency of that manager from Verizon, I have been very disappointed for all the causes.

The people at this store are what make it great. John M, III is an exceptional service solutions rep. I visited the store early in the day, he welcomed me and gave me some options to consider. I came back later in the day with my family to get a new phone and switch phones on another line. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Both him and his manager stayed until after closing (by about 45 min!) to make sure everything was completed and we were satisfied with the phones. Great place to go in for help, you wont be disappointed!

Haseeb was awesome! We came in a little after 5pm and he was supposed to leave at 5pm. He helped my fiancé and I get set up with new phones that we ordered. He didn’t seem upset at all that he had to stay past 7pm to help us for almost 2 hours. Great customer service!

Was dreading going through the process of getting a new phone and mostly having to transfer all of my info to the new phone. However with new technology (at least to me) the whole process was completely seamless and I was out of there quicker than I expected! Big shout-out to my sales rep, Zee, who was very professional and guided me through the process. Even while juggling more than one customer at the same time, Zee did not neglect anyone and still maintained professionalism.

HASEEB was very helpful. I came in with a broken phone and he gave me every option available to get a new one. He called me as soon as my new ordered phone arrived and transferred every single thing that was on my old phone onto my new one. I had a very pleasant experience getting my new phone.

Syed is a very caring person who takes time to explain everything and resolve your issues. In a day where customer service rarely exists with any company, it is very nice to know there are people that care. Verizon is lucky to have Syed.

I came into the Verizon store in Little Elm lost, dazed, and confused. My old phone was completely shattered and I was not able to set up an iPhone 6s that my daughter had given me.John M. Greeted me promptly and put me at ease, assuring me he would get me connected to the world again! He was so polite and kind I left the store extremely happy! I accidentally reset my phone on Friday. I visited a Verizon Store, and was told it was locked out and Google would unlock it in 2-5 days.I needed my phone for work on Monday.So I was in agony for 2days. My husband suggested I try the Little Elm store on Sunday, as he had a good experiment there before. I am so happy I listened to him. John M. was the most helpful and patient guy ever. He sent all the time needed to get my phone up and working.I really appreciated all he did to help me. I wish I could give him 10 stars, he truly deserve them. Great service and friendly and informative

Although they had trouble with their system for my business upgrade, Zephaniah (Zee) was amazing. He was the nicest, most respectful, and most caring Verizon representative that I have ever had. The Verizon system sucks...but he made it less painful. He tried to get every possible discount for me! I give HIM 10 stars. He is a very valuable employee and represents your store very well. Now....PLEASE work on your system or process... i arrived at around 11am, and left at 8:30pm. I did leave for lunch... leaving my phone there being worked on, then left from 3pm-6pm for another appt, but still had over 2 hours to wait for phone to be done.I wished your system and process works as well as Zee.

We have several phones on our account along with a couple of ipads, so our monthly bill is huge. We went into this store and Chelsea was able to sit down with us and work on getting our monthly bill way down and showed us several things we could do to help our services be better at the same time. We have went back to her another time for other issues and she has just been awesome to work with and we would recommend her and this store over any other one in our area. Super helpful! Not sure who posts the 5-star reviews, but cant be actual customers. Went here over Black Friday, was first one in the store, but it took 3 hours to setup 2 new lines and transfer account over from AT&T. Then, they forgot to mention that in order to get the AutoPay discount, it had to be a debit card, and in order to receive the MasterCard, I was supposed to submit a rebate request online on Verizons website. This was a potential one-time $400 and recurring $20/month (for autopay and paperless) mistake on their end. I will never go to Russell Cellular. Also, sent multiple emails with no response. Go to an ACTUAL VERIZON STORE.

If there was 10 stars Id totally give 10 . The manager Syed here is the best!! I mean that he did so much for us and his customer service is out standing . He even had employees call him while on his day off for an issue we was having and he walked them thru on the phone how to fix the problem. Amazing guy. Truly a+ service....

I don’t appreciate being lied to which is the reason I’m leaving this review. Came in to upgrade and wanted the iPhone 11 128gb in purple. I was told by an employee that there is no purple iPhone in that gb, unless I wanted the 64gb. I settled for a black iPhone 11 128gb. Come to find out after I left and did some research, the iPhone 11 128 gb DOES come in purple after all. I don’t appreciate being lied to just for someone to make a sale. I wish I would have been told the truth so I could have visited another store or had it ordered. Must have been a slow night.Also, I spent nearly 3 hours just trying to upgrade..apparently according to a Verizon customer service rep that I was on the phone with while in the store, we were given false information about using device dollars after my transaction had been started. The customer service rep said that He should have known and apparently didn’t want to refund the phone and re-do the transaction and that’s why he lied about how the device dollars are used. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so maybe the employees didn’t know how the device dollar credit worked, but according to the Verizon rep on the phone, they all go through the same training. I really wanted to leave a good review, but my experience here was exhausting.

In the frisco area this has GOT to be the best Verizon store. Syed and his team will not only take really good care of you and provide you with the best customer service and also make sure you get the right phone for your needs. Most definitely have gained a customer for life.

I had the most pleasant experience at Verizon this afternoon. I am a senior and have to use a rollator to help me walk. The nicest young man, John McCasland III, met me at the door and helped me in. He introduced himself, asked what brought me in today, and how could he help me. He listened attentively to my problems; reiterated my concerns, then offered options. He graciously took the time to show me how to operate not only the charging device, but also how to navigate my phone to conserve battery charges. This assistance was HUGE for me, a tech dinosaur.Verizon, you definitely have an asset in this young man. I will definitely be bringing my business to him. Thank you, John, for making this a stress free visit.

I cannot express what a dishonest horrible experience we had at this store. We were certainly lied to by Syed. You will be told one thing in the store to get the sale with a smile..... then beware when you get your bill it will be shocking! We had to ask over and over for paper receipts.... and contracts which we did not get. We were given incomplete info as well to say the least.I have never dealt with any company before that just stands there and lies to customers! What a shame for the Verizon name! Verizon is losing customers with people like this representating them!I wud suggest to anyone seeking Verizon service to go on down Eldorado where there are two more corporate stores close to Costco.
