Stay away from this store! Ordered a phone and when I come to pick it up they tell me they cant sell me the phone without activating it. They say no metro store will sell the phone without connecting it. Stay away from this one for sure. They lie

Girls here are amazing and very very helpful!

The girl who works there is awesome she is super polite and super attentive. But the ZTE Max Pro is the worst phone ever I cant get my money back because Ive talked for over an hour on it which I use my phone every night to talk to my boyfriend so of course I talked over an hour a day on it. The phone loses sound on the alarms text messaging and calls so you dont hear your phone when you need to. The speaker also goes out so you cant hear anything going on on your phone when you need it to all around a crappy ass phone and I need my money back

Very rude, unprofessional. Told me to go to a different Metro instead of trying to help me figure out what was wrong with the phone. Also told me I couldnt pay my bill here, which I dont understand. I used to pay my bill here every month, never going back to a place with bad customer service.
