Worst customer service ever from manager Mr Mason. He needs to be reprimanded and sent back to customer service training. I have been with T-Mobile 20 yrs and today I felt like taking my business elsewhere. In line 30 mins for a simple ask just to replace my phone screen protector which a year ago I was advised oh yeah buy this and you can replace it anytime it breaks unlimited times I finally dropped my phone a few weeks ago went back to the store and guess what they no longer carry S20 screen protectors at the stores so customers that were told what I was told good luck better just buy S21 so what now oh customers have to call customer service so I did and guess what this customer got the run around customer service said I had to pay for a replacement if I get one through them. Heck naw was my response so escalated to cst serv manager who quickly said oh yeah I will mail you one and credit you $20 great right? Wrong until fast forward today when I go back to the Little Elm Frisco store where Mr manager said well he wouldn’t put that replacement either on his phone why? Because I did not get the glass fiber phone screen protector mailed to me I got a cheaper paper looking version so now what?? Mr manager says not his job to make this right its my job to call cst serv back all he can do is dial back and let me talk so he does then says well its a 2 he hold will you wait? Heck ya might as well is what I am thinking because I have nothing better to do. The lady behind me then asks if he can help her while I wait for 2hrs not sure if she was being funny but he jumps to help her I grab my fake screen protector and tell mr manager I would be back in 2 hrs will be in my car for 2hrs he says “you got it” really?? I said keep the phone on hold for me I will be back. Please note he did not once ask my name or phone number. In the meantime I dial 611 and its a 45 min wait and I request a call back and in less than 10 mins I get a call. Yes I sure escalated really not once did he apologize for the inconvenience whoever owns this store please review your cameras. I will be emailing the CEO next. Thank you.
I’ve been to this store a couple of times and everyone has been super helpful in the past. Today I was transferring a line over from Sprint and a really knowledgeable employee by the name of Alejandro was a huge help in doing that. He calmly walked me through the process, gave me a breakdown of all of my options, and wouldn’t leave me alone until he made sure everything was working perfectly. I’ll definitely be recommending people and coming back myself soon.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Went to get a phone after mine died. When I got there one guy was helping and flirting with this girl so I went went to the guy sitting behind the counter. He told me that their system was down but come back in an hour to an hour and a half. That was at 4:47pm. He told me dont worry they do not close until 7pm. I came back at 5:57pm. When I got there I was told by the guy that was flirting with the girl the first time I came, that they were closed. I pointed to the guy behind the counter and said he told me to come back in an hour to an hour and a half. I was told I could come back tomorrow. I went to the store in the colony where I received service. I will never go back to the store off 423 and El Dorado.
I am so sorry if this sounds racist but I did not get the employees name. The asian man 😬 was super great and knowledgeable. I had read stats on the iphone 11 vs 11 pro but he really laid it out for me and made me understand it. He was very sweet and was managing everything alone phenomenally. Just had to give him some recognition 😊
I went to the store to get a new phone. The store was clean and had everything I was looking for. The employees helped me decide on a phone and got me started on a plan that best suited me. So far so good, the internet is fast, and the prices were affordable. Looking forward to going back!
Convenient location. Close to our neighborhood. The service agent was very knowledgeable of services. She offered me different phones even though I was just in to pay my bill. I like the different options available for service and I will be back.

Recently transferred to this service from AT&T and bought a new phone. So far there are no problems. The staff were very helpful and helped me transfer photos and contacts from my old device to the new one as well.
My experience at the store was pretty good, I cant complain the prices on the phones, and the service is great especially when there merge with T-Mobile.They have good customer service both ladies were really attentive with my husband and I.We will definitely be coming back.
Metro has decent service, but this location is terrible. Its never open, even though the hours on the door say it should be. When I was trying to start a new plan, there was a not on the door saying be back in 5 min. After 10 min of waiting, I went to another location, got everything done, and passed this one on the way home. The note was still on the door.
Gave 5 stars because I just had the worst service at the Eldorado MetroPCS store location. The guy there helped me with my phone and service.
The girl with the birth mark on her neck is very rude. Every time I come in there she seems always depressed and never smiles. She makes me feel very unconformable each time I come in. I am switching service providers thanks to her.
Went in today to drop a line on my plan the girl was rude and told me she could not remove my line and try going somewhere else . This girl rolled her eyes then turned around started doing something else. Metro needs to hire customer friendly employees
Small girl and guy were very helpul and kind, gave me a great deal on my phone and the network is so much better then sprint, I can actually get phone calls now!
This isnt a MetroPCS corporate store. Its an authorized dealer... a franchise. Marginally helpful for basic issues, but you need a serious issue resolved take it to one of the two nearby MetroPCS Corporate stores.

Low cost cell phone service. Data was a lot faster when I first switched a couple of months ago, now data is slower. Like from 70mbps to sometimes down to 1Mbps or it doesnt work at all. If I drop LTE to 4G or 3G or E my internet doesnt work at all. But for $50/month unlimited data I guess I cant complain too much.I just traveled about 1,800 miles last week, my first time going outside DFW with MetroPCS and I got service in 99.999% of the area that I had with AT&T and paid a lot more with them. I now get service at work in Frisco where AT&T didnt but in some places where AT&T had full LTE signal I only get one bar or occasionally no signal with Metro.Data is faster then Sprint/Boost which I originally tried before switching to Metro. The fastest I ever connected to on Sprint/Boost in the DFW metroplex was 0.75mbps yes 0 point 75mbps. That was when I could even get the data to work, tried multiple handsets over a weeks time. I have gotten up to 70Mbps with Metro.The customer service at this location was decent the one time I used it to setup my service on my iPhone.
