You should close at the posted time or post the correct time online for people that may have driven a very far distance only to visit your store due to all your other locations closing permanently. Clearly I love your product to have driven these distances.

I swear they have the best tub cream/lotions. I use them now and also when I was pregnant and didnt get a single stretch mark.

Less knowledge about the products they have. Very rude customer service.

Since my wife advocates for cruelty free products, and this is our location to get those products, customer service is always amazing.

The saleswoman who helped me, Xanthe, is amazing. I just ran into the store for a quick pump of lotion for my legs and left with a bag of stuff I can’t wait to try. She was knowledgeable about every singleproduct I walked up to and honestly renewed my love for this brand. They have a range of stuff for everything, it’s affordable, and it all smells so good and actually like what they are meant to be and not an artificial over-the-top version. Looking at the new lines it seems like the company is really paying attention to the times and making ethical and environmentally conscious choices too, which I love. :)

I went here looking for something to help with oily skin, a face wash. They provided me with an AMAZING exfoliator. The employee was extremely kind and personable, super helpful, and chatted with me at checkout. Great person. They also are vegetarian and dont test on animals.

I love The Body Shop and their products are awesome, but this store really stands out! Everyone on their team is amazingly friendly and welcoming especially Taylor. Taylor is knowledgable and patient enough to answer my questions and help me selecting the best products that I would need. Each time I come by, they teach me something, whether its about a product or a way to do my hair. I so appreciate all the time and care they put in the past few years with me. . The complimentary drops of youth definitely helps too! :) Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you Taylor, you are the best.

It has been recently renovated, making the shopping experience feel upscale. However, the staff are down to earth and friendly. No stuffy attitudes here! My husband and son are creatures of habit and this is the only place they like their body wash and lotion to come from. Always Satsuma wash and lotion for hubby and Satsuma wash and Mango lotion for son. I love the coconut myself!Always great service and they have a great loyalty program!

The lady at This Body Shop made me feel super super special. At the Cherry Creek shop I went to they said they couldnt find my body shop card by number and so I couldnt have my birthday gift and I was kind of sad,but here she took the time to found me in the system and completely gave me my birthday gift and wished me happy birthday. My place for all soap stuff and lotions and there makeup. I only us there stuff. No anmial testing and they donate to charity.

So much more natural, but they changed their look and presentation from the old days. Big mistake getting rid of the bergamot lotion.
