Went to pick up my car from being repaired after my accident and I noticed multiple screws were left off that bolt the bumper back in place. I believe the young man who helped me was named Zach. He stayed after they closed and personally made sure everything was done right and I was satisfied. Rare to find people who go above and beyond. Appreciate the service and willingness to help. Joe and his staff are amazing to work with at Bill Brown, they do very good body work and I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else. Ive brought multiple mustangs to them over the years and theyve treated my car like it was their own returning the car looking brand new and clean inside and out. Ive been to other dealer body shops in downriver and this place is by far the best to work with. They are honest people and each time Ive been there they have gone above and beyond to help me.Great customer service comes from great management that cares and they have treated me like I was more than just a customer and that level of service is hard to find these days. They work on my truck and now I have small spots of touch up paint on my truck and they say they did no it . Go figure

Did a great job repairing scratches on my quarter panel. Had to be.painted and blended. Also touched up stone chips on the hood and rubbed it out. Looks great! Excellent work and customer service!

Truly amazing work! Alex was great through the whole process. I needed 12k worth of work done on my F150 and Progressive tried telling me it was 4K. Alex wasn’t having it and fought them the whole way for me. I got it back looking as good as the day I drove it off the lot new!

The work looked great at first, but now the paint is flaking off the bumper in multiple spots. Not sure if they didnt prep it correctly, but I can run my finger over a few spots and watch the paint fall off.

They set the bar high and based on my experiences, there is not a body shop out there that can beat them. When your vehicle has to go to the Body Shop, you usually are not having a good day. Every time I had to bring a vehicle here, I was truly amazed by their outstanding customer service and quality of work. Best experience, awesome staff. From the front desk employees to the adjuster, Justin. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Frequent messages/texts regarding the status of the repair and my truck was done as promised; on time. The best part of is Bill Brown Auto Collision is they offer a FREE curtious vehicle rental. My insurance did not cover rental (despite the accident not being my fault) yet Bill Brown gave me an almost brant new fusion to use while my 2017 F150 was being repaired. Albeit, I couldn’t wait for my truck again, but definitely a free “rental” is beyond customer satisfaction. My truck was returned spotless inside and out! Great service and job Bill Brown and Justin, hats off!!

Got worked done fast. The work was quality and no issues so far. I got windshield replaced there.

They were very kind. Was hit the car was still drivable so they offered to order the part so I did not have to leave my car. Not many places are that thoughtful.
