Helpful employees, not crowded, no long line, nice cashier, new fall collection (nice scents), sales not quite as good as hoped. Didnt purchase as much as in the past before the pandemic. Still love the store though.

Amazing customer service!!! Great selection of products; as well as great sales they usually have. It wasnt crowded either, especially for a Saturday. It was also located close to the entrance doors of the mall. I definitely will be back.

They had everything I needed

Wallflowers are both beautiful and have the most delightful scents. Even for your car. The candles smell amazing. And lasted 4 days. They have body wash, scent balls, lotions and hand sanitizer. I know Im forgetting something. Just love this store and the helpful staff.

My daughter shops here. I went with her and bought hand sanitizer and body creme.

The customer service was definitely lacking. I was not greeted at all upon entering nor was spoken to the whole time I was in the store. The workers were too busy congregating in the middle of the store gossiping. If the sale wasn’t so good I would have just left everything

I went to my local store for the first time since last March- The ladies who work here have always been friendly, helpful, hardworking and professional- I made three different trips, this past weekend, and each one was a great experience- They survived Candle Day in the midst of COVID season. They have a nice set up and full safety measures- I’ve always been able to make exchanges without an issue- They always have a nice selection, keeping in mind that in the past few weeks they’ve had big sales and they can only stock what they have- I wish they could expand and have a larger space as they do carry a lot of product in a small are- Thankful to have a local store and such awesome staff😊

Excellent had what I went for

Though the line was long for candle day, it was very organized and the employees were very nice and patient. They had bags ready for everyone and offered good smelling hand sanitizer to everyone before entering. This was good for business and for safety reasons.

We were looking for a specific product, which we were having trouble locating. The store was empty and there were 5 employees situated in a circle at the center of the store, gossiping. Noone offered to help, noone looked at us, noone looked as if they wanted to be interrupted by customers. We left without finding what we were looking for.

Great staff, took amazing covid precautions and super helpful thoughout my whole experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Smells galore at this place. No way you cant find your fav. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. The place looks great and they are always running specials. If you are not aware about an on going promotion they will tell you at the register. The lady helping me told me I was eligible for 3 free products. Woohoo! I love their vanilla hand soaps and they have a beach lotion I am addicted to. My hands love this stuff and the smell has a little coconut. So even in the winter I can get a little reminder of summer for a few moments. I like their products.

No better lotions then the lotions you find here and Ive tried them all!

It was ok. They put the wallflowers together in the little bag so they could bang against each other. Ive always seem them wrapped in the past so they were more protected. The store wasnt busy, there was no reason for that . Ive had them leak in the past, also a reason this wasnt a good idea.
