Won’t be back here! the sign says curbside on weekends! Yet the lady won’t let people in! I spend to much money with this company not to be able to go into a the store! Was in FLORDIA store not one issue! Plus lady kept locking the door like I was a criminal going to break in! NEVER GOING BACK! Don’t see the stores in Michigan not going bankrupt if this is the way guest are treated!

Needs better nail stock

I needed a product from them, and was in route coming to them about 5 minutes before them closing, called them to let them know I was coming they gave me grace, and I was able to get my product, always nice and helpful

Nice place. If you blink you will miss it because its in this plaza that sits back of the street. I just wish they had longer hours.

Its a shame that skin color determines who gets followed around store and who receives service.

Store rep was very friendly and gave good product recommendations for what I wanted to do.

My mother has a license for hairdressing and we went here one morning to pick up beauty products for one of my mothers friends. Although the store is small, it has a decent selection of a variety of beauty supplies. Theres not much appeal, though--it looks identical to the average beauty supply store without much decoration, plus it was a little run-down and there was one safety concern I noted (shopping carts were blocking an emergency exit in the back).There was probably only one employee in the store at the time (and we were also the only customers being served at the time as well), but she did a grand job of helping us look for stuff to buy. Her attitude and impression is one not to look past at--shes very charming.

There were probably 3 or 4 women in the store doing nothing but unboxing items, even though the store was dead. We asked one woman if two different products were in stock in the back of the store, being that there was none stocked up front. The woman we asked checked for approx. 5 secs before shortly stating there wasnt any of the product we were looking for (even though they clearly had just gotten a shipment of a lot of items that it took multiple workers to do, that 1 or 2 people could typically handle in such a tiny store) We asked a different woman to show us toner, and she proceeded to lead us to hair color- not toners. All throughout the visit we werent asked if we needed assistance, the workers kept lugging boxes right night to us as if we were in their way. Very uncomfortable. They should focus more on friendly and helpful customer service, and not so much stocking things that theyll probably just claim they are out of anyway, based on laziness to actually look.

Licensed cosmologists, nail techs and estheticians are able to shop here for products used in their professions.

Never have the products I need, always out of stock . Staff is rude and unhelpful. I have started ordering on the website so Im not wasting my time making multiple trips for products I need.
