Despite being overwhelmed with orders and customers AND working with restrictions due to the virus, all staff were helpful and moved quickly to get me what i needed. They all deserve recognition for helping me today! One staff member was working past her clock out time to help her team members. It meant a lot to me and i felt compelled to take the time to give this particular location and its team members major appreciation! I absolutely admired the teamwork and if they felt stressed i couldn’t tell but i know i would be. So big Thank you to them !!!!!

I really, really love all of the products from a salon centric. I just to spend up to 1000 dollars on products for my salon everything two weeks. I dont get it anymore because of the employees from there. Every time I go back and get anything they have an attitude so bad that I just get couple of stuff and leave. What is so funny is if I call they are very nice, but if I go there they are so mean. I will give them no stars, but to leave the review I have to give them one star Thanks.

Updated 12/14/18...Love the store, but 1 employee, Marta, thinks shes funny, but comes off as rude, sarcastic and unprofessional! You laugh, but you really want to tell her about herself. Its always her who has this display, she was on 9 today. I agree with most...I LOVE the store and the simple fact is the short lady is rude (with thin hair). The taller lady with the curly hair is very nice, very pleasant. Im strong enough not to let them stop me from getting my great products, so, as the Bible says, pray for em and for me to keep my mouth.

I really enjoy the main lady who work nights her. She is always so helpful even when i ask silly questions. GREAT STAFF

I no longer will go to the Livonia location. The workers there are nothing but rude. One exception is a taller lady with curly hair the other 2 shorter, heavier ladies are rude and push you out the door if its a half hour before closing. Dont bother asking a question because they get frustrated if they have to stop chatting to help you! I did try to go one last time and the store was closed for remodeling.

Back at my favourite salon supply store once again.

I went in earlier today to get a trimmer and also inquired about a pair of shears. I mentioned that I may have seen the shears in the catalog and the shorter, heavier set woman with blonde hair who was checking me out, replies with. i dont know, i just work here. What kind of answer is that? Then when i also told her that I lost my store card and i would like to know how to get another one. She rang me up and tells me to ask about it next time i come in because there is a line of people behind me that she has to get to. I couldnt believe the rude customer service. I honestly dont even think this woman is qualified to be working in the hair industry period with her lack of knowledge. Unfortunately, I will go out of my way to not go to this location anymore and go to another one.
