We came into this location because our normal location is temporarily closed to due renovations. Leo made our experience so much better than expected. My grandmother was looking to upgrade her phone and Leo went through the current options available. After my grandmother chose the phone she wanted, he went over the differences in her current phone and the new one, and went over all pricing differences on her bill. He was extremely helpful and friendly and I recommend asking him for help when coming to this location. We didnt feel rushed or that we were taking up to much time and will definitely be back in the future. Better experience than Ive had from most other locations.

This was by far my BEST EXPERIENCE at TMobile. Leo was so helpful and knowledgeable with every question we had. He gave us more information on our plan and helped me save $9 dollars a month on my Netflix because now with Tmobile We get it for FREE. and he helped find a phone I love and transferred all of my stuff to my New phone. Leo was AMAZING! I had a huge issue with my phone and I thought I lost everything, but Leo helped me so much. He took care of me and helped me put everything back in order. He took his time with me while also making the process pain free and didn’t take up much of my day. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I am very disappointed I always come to this store and deal with Leo great guy and super knowledge able with my questions I recently have stopped visiting this store because it is only staffed with one worker at all times which is mainly leo when I go. How can you only have one staff member there when the line is out the door. I don’t know the lady that works there but she is the manager I have witnessed her leave her shift in the middle of prime times when people are waiting to be taken care of that’s unacceptable. I would really like to start coming back to this location but I don’t have time to wait 45 minutes for an employee to finally talk to me because it’s so understaffed and the manager don’t give a dam your business won’t be able to keep its doors open this way. I give a lot of credit to Leo he is very patient when working alone and does his best to make sure everyone is being taken care of I wish they could find 3 more Leo’s to work at this location and your store would be smooth sailing!

She really knows her stuff. I was confident with the switch from both Verizon and Sprint phones to my merged business account. I was also appreciative in her knowledge educating me about Wi-Fi calling and roaming needing to be turned on at the same time when traveling abroad. Highly recommended. They are a legacy Sprint store so converting from Sprint to T-Mobile is easier here.

I have been with sprint for a while and never had any issues until I went to cancel my service. The employee made me feel like I was all set and everything was taken care of/payed off. Several weeks later I get an email saying they are sending a bill to collections if I don’t pay it in 7 days... When I went back to the store to see what was going on he told me I owe for this month, which why would they be sending something to collections then?.. I explained to him that I canceled my service several weeks ago. He tells me that you cannot cancel service in store and that’s why I am still getting billed. So I left frustrated at the employees for not telling me I had to call to cancel. Then today I call customer care and he tells me that the bill I had owed still was not from This month but a previous one... and that you CAN cancel service in store..I am so angry and I don’t know what to do about this situation but the employees here don’t know what they are talking about and have mislead me every time. When I came to pay everything off and cancel they should have given me that bill that was never taking care of...Why am I getting so many different answers?I feel like I am being scammed but don’t know what to do about. Customer care said they will send me my bill through mail so I can look at what they say I owe them.

Every time I go there I am warmly greeted with a smile. They always help me out with everything I need and are so respectful. This is the only sprint store I go to and I drive 30 minutes every time I need assistance because they always take great care of me.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SPRINT STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! the moment i walked through the door the staff was EXTREMELY kind with smiles all around. Poor customer service. Manager tried giving me an excuse why my NEW defective phone couldnt be exchanged in store for one that worked properly. Went to the Sprint in Novi and had absolutely no problem.

I used to have a different wireless services for years and years, I never thought about switching until the day I stepped in this store, they went all the way up and beyond for me, helped me out with switching to sprint, transferred all my data from my old 5 lines to the new ones, I have 1 stable bill for every month. great people, honest, beautiful team work and amazing customer services.I preferred this store to many people of my friends and family, and they absolutely loved being there.

I walked in to this Sprint store to get an issue with my device resolved. The guy I spoke to took my phone out of my hand without even asking me and then went into the back room with it, coming back a few minutes later asking me if I bought the phone from that store. When I told him that I bought it online and not from a Sprint store, he said I must have bought a phone that wasnt a Sprint phone and that was my problem. After explaining to him that I had service, and calls and data all worked fine, he told me he couldnt help me because I didnt buy the phone from his store. Worst experience Ive ever had with any customer service.

If you have to go into this store dont deal with Thomas! He has lied to my father (a 75 year old man) on multiple occasions, just trying to sell him a new expensive phone. My father was having a hard time turning on his phone (an IPhone 4), so he went to this Sprint store. Thomas told him it was no longer working, wouldnt turn on and he needed a new phone. He tried talking my dad (a retired 75 year old man on a fixed income)into the new I Phone 6! Thank goodness my dad called me first. I even tried talking to Thomas on the phone, explaining to him that my dad had no use for an I phone 6, he needs a simple phone make phone calls with. Thomas wouldnt even listen to me. I told my dad to get his phone and leave the store. I took his broken I phone 4 to the canton store and they were able to turn the phone on and operate it, just fine. I did end up getting my dad a new easy to use phone from the Canton store anyway, because my dad had a hard time operating the I phone 4. But at the end of the day, Thomas from Livonia tried taking advantage of my poor father just to sell an expensive phone! I never take the time to write reviews, but I am so disgusted with Thomass sales techniques (or lack there of) that I had to let other people know. I didnt even want to give this store 1 star, but I had to.

The salesmen were very helpful when we purchasing 8 phones but very rude when we decided to return them. Sprints service sucked and we could only get 3G so we went back to TMobile. I even had an issue with an item(Bluetooth Speaker) that I purchased had to give them Hell to fix my issue!! Initially excited about my experience but quickly became disappointed!!

I wanted to do was pay my mothers telephone bill. I have the account passcodes and my son is on her account. However to pay the exact amount, for security reasons she is required to be in the store and have her Drivers License. That would not be an issue is she did not live in VA. This is extremely inefficient when trying to pay a bill SMH

Ive been here a few times to make a payment, but continued to favor my usual store. However, I went recently and Hadeer, the store manager as well as Christian, one of the representatives were really nice. They both gave me exceptional customer service, but Hadeer went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer and that this store would now be my new favorite! Wow this manager is a joke. His name is Hadeer, and he literally just screamed at me on the phone because i asked him his name. The most unprofessional human being I’ve ever been involved with in business and should be fired and not allowed to work with people. This store is a joke and so is sprint in general don’t waste your money or energy on this JOKE of a store being ran by an even bigger joke!

FYI this is not a corporate store. Im gonna start with I have been to this store in the past with decent service, however I will NEVER return. I had bought a Samsung S8+ refurbished at sprint online, I went in to this location to have it activated. The store was unable to activate the device. They told me it was a stolen device and they then tried to get me to buy a phone from them that I did not want. They also proceeded to question why I would ever buy a used phone. Not that it is any of their business. I went to a corporate sprint store, it was activated within 15mins. My daughter now has an awesome phone, that looks & works like a brand new $900 phone, for less than 1/2 the price.

Out of my whole time of being a sprint customers this location by far is the best store ever. The customers services is outstanding, they get the job done, and extremely nice and friendly.

Absolutely will NOT EVER recommend going to this store. The manager, Hadeer is just as bad as his employees, I just spend over an hour on the phone with Sprint with them trying to undo the mess they created at that store. Once he (Hadeer) realizes he is out of lies, he just avoids your calls. I would ONLY recommend going to a corporate store or calling Sprint directly. They had all phone lines linked to the wrong phones, still charging me for lines I do not have. They just fix things around to make sure they look good, no care for the customer whatsoever. I did give him the benefit of the doubt the first round, however, we are past that point now. AVOID THIS STORE.

The funny part was I went in for billing question and one guys took my phone to the back and said he did some kind of software update and If I get a call to give him all 5s. I have no idea what Linda is talking about. I absolutely love this store with my WHOLE heart. I have been coming here for years. Hadeer and his team are amazing and they will do whatever they have to do to get the JOB done. I am a witness to that. I remember Nick from before Hadeer started managing this store. And to be honest, I was ready to switch to T-mobile. But I came in to cancel and Hadeer is the one who made me stay. He changed my plan, upgraded me and saved me over $70 a month. Who can beat that? I love this store and I love this team! Go team Hadeer!!!!!!!!!

I was in the area and needed to have phone transferred. I blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. I live in Ann Arbor and work in Redford so this place is a bit out of the way for me. But I will be going back next time I need anything for my phones.
