Horrible customer service, i walked in and neither of the employees greeted me when i got their attention i told them i had a broken phone (i just wanted to buy a new phone) they told me they couldn’t do anything for me, i’m unsure how a phone store can’t just sell me a phone but that’s fine i went over to 7 mile and Haggerty and they were more than happy to help
Unfortunately every time I come into this location the service seems to deplete. I called in recently for assistance and was told to use Google well I did and it led me to the store on 7 mile and middlebelt and the service was superb I will only take my business here from now. on shame on you for treating your customers this way!
Went into the store about 2 weeks for help with my iPhone 12 Pro Max glitching. Was greeted by the employees and they seemed to be polite when approached. Store was very clean and sanitation for Covid protection was everywhere and we were able to social distance unlike a lot of places. The manager helped me. I believe her name was Terri she was polite, patient lol and very knowledgeable about a lot of my question and if she was unsure about anything she double checked instead of beat around the bush and just give me any answer to get me out her face lol like a lot customer service people do. Definitely was a positive experience and ask for Terri when u go there!!!

False hours on maps. Posted hours are until 7pm, not 8pm. Doesnt matter though. Arrived at 6:50pm to purchase a case for my new phone and the door was locked with no one visible from windows. Voice-mail when I called the store number. As I was talking to customer service, I watched 2 young men come up and knock on the door and an associate came out to open the door. I can only assume that she told the lads that she was closed because they left right away. All just before 7pm. Never going to this store.

I went in there to upgrade my cell phone for work. Curtis was helpful, as always, and had me in and out of there in no time. He was very knowledgeable with the technology, set me up with the phone, and put me on a great cell phone plan that fit my needs. This is the store I always go to and that is because Curtis always takes fantastic care of my friends/family and I. I highly recommend Curtis! 5 stars!

The employees need to be taught customer service. The one girl Ceve barely talked or helped us I could’ve done all this stuff myself instead of wasting my time in this store. That was some bs. Left the store with my issue not resolved after 2 hours
Just had a great experience with Steve. I upgraded to Att Tv, added internet service added a tablet to my plan and reviewed my phone plan to make sure I have the best available. Still saved money! He is always helpful and courteous. Makes it worth the drive every time.
I hate going to get new phones and would much rather wander and buy things on my own than speak to employees. Ceve was a huge help and made the entire process of getting a new phone fantastic, easy and quick. I would go back to this location in a heartbeat. Thanks, guys.

I am not actually an AT&T customer but had an issue involving some property damage from one of their contracted installers (installing for my neighbor) and had called multiple customer phone numbers and been transferred numerous times and no one knew where to send me or how to get me help and I was getting increasingly frustrated. I reached out to this nearby physical location out of desperation and the manager Tiffany was phenomenal. She didn’t know how to get me help either but she did not stop reaching out to people until she got me connected with the right personnel (which no one else would do) She spent a lot of time texting me from her personal number and working on my problem after hours, and I have no doubt I would still be stuck if I hadn’t found her. It’s winter now so my issue likely can’t be fixed until spring but at least the ball is moving, I can’t thank her enough! She is the epitome of what customer service should look like.
Above and beyond service!! We came in with a fried iphone, and they patiently helped us get our new phone transferred and our previous data restored!! They helped us SO much!! Absolutely great staff!
Excellent service from my advisor AJ. They had exactly the phone I wanted and found a plan to fit my budget within minutes. And had zero hassles porting my number over from another carrier. They had me in, set up, and ready to go within a half hour.
This store always has different policies. I feel bad for 2 workers that are nice but the rest need to improve on their people skills

Ricky the salesperson who helped us was totally knowledgeable, upbeat, pleasant etc. Porting 3 phone lines, upgrading service, buying a new phone, and getting the best value were seamless. Our transactions took us past closing time, and yet the staff remained pleasant and professional.
Waited an hour for service, not very friendly or helpful and then after all the wait, their credit card machine was down and we couldn’t buy our merchandise ... left very frustrated. Disappointed since I had good service in the past.

This location screwed up my initial paperwork leading to two trade in phones being basically stolen. I signed up thinking I would get $300 in store credit, and a $300 prepaid Visa card per phone turned in. I got $300 in store credit for one phone, no cards, and no in store credit for the second phone. Here it is, a year later, and nothing. Ive tried and tried. Its just time to walk away.

Manager is arrogant. When my husband or myself asked a question he acted like we were bothering him. He Definately should not be in Customer Service. Most of the employees in the store had no idea what they were doing. Quite of bit of incorrect information.On a positive note, there was one employee (Steven Lewis) that really made an effort to try to win us over. I believe he saw how unhappy we were with the other individuals we dealt with and did everything he possibly do to give us good customer service.
First off let me say that all of my electronics run off the at&t network and none of my stuff NEVER works. If I could rate you a 0 I would. Haven’t been with you all long, just a few months. The entire process of me recently purchasing a few apple watches went really well. It was the process of activating them once I was home that was horrid. The WiFi was slow in store. Figures. After returning home from the store and checking my new bill I noticed that a iPad and a new phone was added to my account instead of the two watches. I called back and spoke with Sam, Shana is the young lady who helped me. Sam advised me that it was a simple system glitch and to give it a few days to correct itself. This all happened on a Sunday afternoon. The following Saturday morning, I checked my bill again this time it said I had a Apple iPad and the phone on the account was suspended/stolen. I had to reactivate my cellar service on my watch yet again as I had issue the whole week and thought nothing of it. I called up to the store, Joshua answered the phone telling me I had to come in with any account concerns and also no manager would be in to assist me for the remainder of the day. I’m livid! How many times do I have to come into the place for a problem that the store obviously needed to correct. After speaking with him I drove to a closer store near me. The Livonia store near Laurel Park Mall, I’ll be posting this exact post on there review page as well. While being there I spoke with Manager Bre. Bre was rude and basically accused me of reporting my own watch stolen using the exact words of “The only person that can report anything on your account is the person(s) with the account pin and account holders name. Now I have the watch in hand. So I’m just wondering why I would report it stolen if I’d been wearing it faithfully. Of course she sent me on my way with no help. Told me to call 611. At this point I don’t even want the watches. I called back up to this location and talk to Shana this time. Sam ironically no longer worked with the company. Shana explained to me that she didn’t know what was going on and no manger would be in until Monday morning and that if I wanted to return the watches it’ll be a restocking fee. I’m really livid now because I just paid activation fees and it’s you guys that’s messing up my account. She said she would make sure she called on Monday. I called customer service who went above and beyond by the way. I wish I remembered her name who took care of everything. The customer service rep told me that the watch that was reported stolen was a watch that was returned by a previous customer and that the store didn’t do the restock process correctly. The watch was blacklisted. And the previous owner reported it stolen because it keep appearing on her bill. The mei for both watches were also wrong which is why it was showing up as a iPad and iPhone. Shana did call back on Monday but of course with no help. She said she didn’t know what was going on but at this point they’d take the watches back and waive the restocking fee or I could come in and they try helping. Wow after I tried getting help the whole weekend. Thanks for nothing.
The customer service at this store is very disappointing. Ive been an AT&T customer for years, have all the services they offer, and they seem less than interested in keeping my business. Very unfortunate.
I have been a customer with AT&T over 6 years. I have always been happy up until this last time I went in to get my phone looked at. The person serving me did a test by calling the store phone because I was having an issue with static and the line going dead mid conversation. He calls the store, says hello then hangs up and tells me my phone is fine and if I wanted a new phone I need to get the money to buy a new one. Even though I had a warranty and insurance on my phone. I also told him my phone has been getting really hot when charging and he told me it doesnt matter unless it catches on fire. Quite dissapointed.
Not very happy, had my mom pick up my phone since I was at work and she brought the new phone to me. Later that evening I called the number to accept the terms of service and activate my new phone with its new sim card. Keep in mind This was an upgrade NOT an entirely new account. I called the number went through the whole thing and phone still did not activate. Talked to customer service and it still did not activate. Called another support line and it still would not activate, turns out I had to use my old sim card to even function my new phone because there was an error on the store end where something didnt get taken care of properly before the store closed. So I wasted 3 hours of my night trying to set up a phone because someone at this store didnt do their job.

Extremely slow service... AT&T employees in store does not seem to care much about waiting customers..... Most of them are chatting among themselves... Look else where for a better customer experience.. No wonder why people choose Verizon over AT&T....
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Its really pathetic that I was denied service over the phone without the individual even letting me come into the store to check my account to see if she could pull a bill from 2016 when the Westland store told me they would try bc they were able to see bills dating back to 2016. I was 5 minutes away😡I was met with nothing but excuses essentially telling me Im SOL and not to bother coming in bc she isnt going to waste her time trying to see if its possible. PLEASE PULL THE CALL!!!I ended up going to Westland after. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes bc Shauna and Jac actually PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SIMPLY TRIED TO HELP! Sure enough they were able to get me the bill from 2016 easily!My goodness. Ill never do business with this store because your representatives are HORRIBLE.
Sure changed my mind about this store. No one human EVER answers when you call the store number. I have been an AT&T customer for years, even back when it was Cingulair. I have been waiting on an iPhone 6 Plus that I ordered back in September when they came out, I still have not received it. It is not mid November!!!!!!!! WTF????? They make you use a credit card to pay the tax portion ($51) before they will ship it. Furthermore I was told in store when I ordered it the charge would only be $41. Makes no sense. Why can I not pay cash in the store like I always do? I do not like using credit cards. I go online to check my order status and it was cancelled. I now know why people go to Verizon and other places now, they do not get jerked around like this. How is it they never have the phone in stock either???? People were very friendly there when I have gone in but I am thinking very unknowledgeable at this point.

I have been misquoted many times and when I come in to question the differences they just go Whoops, someone made a mistake. And dont correct anything leaving my bill well higher than expected. Today I came in to swap my screen protector and yhe guy just slapped it on trapping a ton of dust and other debris under it. Absolutely worthless....

Poor customer service consider other options before going here. The warranty center really has no point except to divert people with problems away from the Att store and potential new customers. As I sat in the warranty center I watched 3 people come in the representative told each of them the same thing. Looked at the charging port and said yup looks like you have a bent pin cant do anything for you. What a joke. In my case they opted to agree something was wrong with my phone internally after about 30 seconds of diagnostics. Lol. Ok fine. I need a replacement phone. Oh but wait they dont carry that phone in stock. You have to call an order it. So att why dont you do this. Instead of having people drive all around town to resolve phone issues simply do this. Put a kiosk in your regular att store where people can simply come in and order a replacement phone. So I dont have to drive 40 minutes away for nothing and receive bad customer service. Seriously who hires these people they should all at least take a customer service training class.
