The young girl working here was very rude and unhelpful with my mother. I called up to the store to get clarification, and I can see her rudeness and seem to have expected the customer to understand the history and background of how phone services should work. Very rude and condescending. I will never recommend this location to anyone simply because of her unhelpful essentials.

Really fast and knowledgeable service! The gentleman that helped me made it super easy to get set up with a reasonably priced phone, and the quality of the coverage is fantastic. Metro PCS has improved their coverage remarkably, since they first started out. I am relieved to have finally ended my fifteen-year, very ugly marriage to that big expensive carrier (you know who Im talking about). Im saving nearly $600/year, and Im amazed at how great the network is. Thank you Metro PCS!

Used to love this store until recently they hired some new girl. I went to get my nephew a new phone and told her several times I DID NOT WANT insurance and DID NOT WANT to pay for it. After I left looking at the receipt she charged me for the insurance anyways. That is a monthly charge I stated several times I DID NOT WANT. I wont be returning.

You can collect points by buying their stuff or just simply paying your bill there. You earn points to get discounted stuff or FREE stuff. Staff is really helpful and nice. They have better offers than anyone else in the metro area. Great selection of phones and cases. I wouldnt go any where else foe any reason.

Always treated like a friend that gets a to good to be true deal on any/all phones, Bluetooth devices, SD cards, accessories in general. The owner continuously goes out of his way to run out to the warehouse (company stock exclusively, no retail customers allowed) for all phone cases I have for 5 different phones through out the passed 4 years give or take. The owner is an amazing customer relations guy that is down to earth and will do whatever it takes to give you a price or an awesome deal. You will be satisfied with a good feeling and excitment!!!
