Its always clean, they always are willing to bake pizza slices for me @ night, and staff are cool.

There are two gentlemen that normally work the afternoon shift. And while the store may be clean and neat the employees are rude. Both gentlemen are very short and snippy when you ask them a question. They rush you through your selection and purchase. When you say I want one hot dog, they respond 2 for $3, okay you want two. No I want one. The usual response is I was trying to save you money. They will not place any lottery bets w/o a slip. I asked the gentleman is the lottery machine still taking bets. His response was do you have a slip ready? I handed him the slip it was completed correctly but the machine wouldnt take it. So he decides to key in the information. I hand it over the $20 bill and he says do you have a debit card. I said yes I do. He asks if I will use my debit card to pay. He says he is at the end of his shift and he does not want to make change. I say no I took money out the machine for this. He accepts the money and gives me the ticket. It is incorrect. When I point out to him that the ticket is incorrect and that he should check the bed slip. We both checked the bed slip and its wrong he did not key in the information correctly. He tells me he cant cancel it and he expects me to pay for an incorrect ticket. I tell him Im not paying for a ticket that I did not ask for, the information is wrong. He throws my money back at me and said heres your money back.The quality of the service at this 7-eleven has gone down over these past 12 months. The woman that works the morning shift even if shes having a bad day at least she attempts to be friendly. The afternoon shift and the midnight shift are just really really rude. They have lost me as a customer. I will never spend my money where I am treated poorly.

Hands down, the best 7-Eleven!! They always take such great care of the customers!! AJ made sure I had my rewards, & he always has the coffee hot & fresh!!! Great people, great store!!

Best 7-11 around this area. Coffee is always fresh, workers are friendly. Unless they are swapped 99% of the time the store is clean, stocked, and has a all variety of merchandise for a convience store. They even jave fresh bananas 2 for $1.

Clean store, or friendly service

There must be a difference with the customer service staff between morning and night shift. I usually go to this store between 8:15-830pm and the person I believe is a manager needs to take a customer service class. Anytime a couple of kids come on there to BUY his nose is snarled up as if he has an attitude as well as he rushes them. Even with adults he is very snappy and rude. The store itself is well clean and maintained. I def. believe someone needs to do a secret shop on the “night manager”. He has poor customer service!!!

Employees arent required to wear face masks at this location. Have witnessed more than one customer entering without wearing theirs as well and still being served. Do NOT shop here if you respect public safety

The weeknight guy consistently puts up signs saying something is wrong for a couple hours each night. I would recommend just going somewhere else instead of going here and checking if locked the door or no .

I was having a bad day when I came in for a blueberry coffee, but there wasnt any made up. The staff here is so nice, they quickly made a pot up for me when I asked. You guys are awesome. Thanks for making my day. :3

Employees dont wear masks or gloves, coughing into their hands, especially when handling food. This place is poorly ran and does not seem to realize we are in a pandemic.

This is a nice 711.The staff is nice and very friendly.And the guy with the turban...he is the best.The store is organized and very clean.

Guys during that day are awesome. DO NOT GO LATE AT NIGHT. He will over charge you even when you show him the right price he just plays dumb. He will also mess up your food order. I order 2 taco Toquitos and he gave me chicken. He is the rudest person.

Nothing is ever frozen for a slurpee, every now and then one or two will work but that’s about it and that’s if you’re lucky. Biggest disappointment for a 7-eleven.

Get place fast service and friendly customer service. One of the workers goes by the name tipsy I think that is his nickname is one of friendly nicest person you will ever meet.

Love this store am a daily visitor there and all employees are great with customers and the store is always neat and stocked.

Rude employee dont use their napkins or you will be asked to pay average 10 cents a napkin I guess this is only with the evening or night. So if you need a napkin with your stuff and dont want to pay go during the day

They are very friendly~ they get to know their customers~ Even on a first name basis ~ They have a Clean store! ~ Very well stocked~ Always polite and if there is something you want, if possible they will Try to get it for you

Theres not much to rate about this location besides the Slurpie machines are defrosting half the time I visit. I love their griller items, when theyre availible, half the time. The store is always clean and fairly priced, especially compared to any gas station. The staff is friendly and quick to serve.

Awful business that never puts the customer first. Had bought a 6 pack of angry orchard late one evening and when we got home really lized each bottle was covered in some disgusting pink residue that was extremely difficult to wash off of our hands. Didnt feel safe drinking it not knowing what the substance was so took it back to the store and politely asked for them to exchange for a different 6 pack to which they adamantly refused and even started yelling at me and not allowing me to speak at all.Quite honestly an exchange would have been nice but I would have been satisfied simply being treated like a human being with decency instead of the manner in which they reacted. Totally unacceptable. This is the 7-11 at 7 mile and inkster in Redford across from the hungry howies. Do yourself a favor and do not go there as they have unpleasant employees and do not care about their customers as before this I frequented this store probably 4-5 times per week. Now I drive an extra half mile just to ensure this place doesnt get my business.
