I hate having to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy! I call ahead of time to make sure the prescription is ready. Their phone system gives me the digital run around. Then I damn near scratch my car trying to go through the narrowly constructed drive thru. Then I have to sit there and wait another 7 minutes or so while I watch 3-4 people help the same single customer at the counter as if punching numbers and letters into a computer then pulling a labeled bag out of a labeled box is a four person job. Having to deal with faulty systems and below average customer service makes me want to cross 8 Mile and choose a new pharmacy.
I love coming to this Rite Aid I go out of my way to come here just for the stellar customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but Rick at the front counter was AMAZING and made my shopping experience fantastic! Honestly all of the staff is amazing and I wish I could name them all in the review but it would be way to long. I will continue to shop here and I encourage everyone else to do the same!!!!
Attempted to return some items WITH a receipt and the cashier insisted that I swipe the card that was used. I explained that I used Google Pay contactless payment (which uses a virtual card number for security purposes) and she still insisted that I swipe the card. She called back to the manager who told her to refund me cash. She said that the register would not allow that so the manager told her to process the refund to a gift card. I asked the cashier if she could attempt the transaction again so that I could show her that there is a contactless option on the pinpad screen. She refused, stating again, that the card (which is virtual) had to be swiped. I called customer service (800-RITE-AID) and they confirmed that 1) my card did not need to be swiped for a return if I had the receipt - it should automatically go back to the card once the receipt was scanned; 2) the return should have been completed using the same form of payment - even if it was contactless; 3) I could have been refunded cash. The cashier had an attitude and was combative from the moment she approached the register. I rarely shop at Rite-Aid so I certainly wont be going back, especially to this location.
Always have been greeted at the door and staff is very helpful.
Yeah I went there on March 14 and it was like 9:40 -9:45 and the doors were closed and on here it says that the store closes at 10:00? Yeah thats a problem.
Be advised another store trying to claim there is a law about wearing a mask. Your store policy does not count as law. Was told to leave but an elderly male without a mask was allowed entry.
