Such an amazing and friendly staff at this pharmacy! The pharmacist/owner Hannah, and her partner Sal were both very helpful in answering my questions. They go out of their way for their patients and you can tell they care. I’m happy I switched over to Merriman Drugs as my regular pharmacy moving forward. Great experience and I highly recommend coming here! You won’t find service like this elsewhere

Really great family owned pharmacy! Outstanding care and compassion from all the staff - including both pharmacists Sal and Hannah. They treat everyone like family. Very helpful in every way possible. It’s so nice to call a pharmacy and someone answers the phone! They are the best!!!

Never thought I would describe a drug store as friendly. I first came here to get a vaccination and am moving my prescriptions over here. All the staff is friendly and accommodating. And they listen. I’d highly recommend anyone in the Livonia area to support local, especially since the service is better than your typical CVS/Rite aid anyway.Thanks guys

I came here for my COVID-19 vaccination and Hannah, one of the pharmacists and owner, was really nice and compassionate. She had the form filled out and the shot was pretty quick! She came out and talked to myself and another customer, very knowledgeable about vaccines, and very kind. I recommend going here!

This pharmacy used to be the best pharmacy in the area. That was until it was bought by different people. I have never had to deal with such an unhelpful pharmacy. There is no follow through from the pharmacist, thats even after telling a customer that shes taking care of the issue. The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful when it comes to customers. Not only that, the pharmacist is rude to the staff working there as well. I will never do business with this pharmacy again!!My insurance issue was resolved if you would have looked into it further. As previously stated, very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Used to shop here but no more, bought by people who dont care about anything but themselves, very rude, moved things around so even they cant find it,not like its been for what, 50 years!

My boyfriend and I have gone to this pharmacy for years and they’ve always had our prescriptions and they were extremely friendly. My mom even used they pharmacy when I was a little kid. We moved downriver and we would still make the 40 minute drive to fill our scripts because they were that good. Recently they have changed owners and we have had to worse experiences with them. Some of the employees and even the owner have been extremely rude and unprofessional. We used to be able to call them to make sure they had what we needed in stock before we made the long drive. When we called them last time and they asked me “if you live downriver why are you coming to this pharmacy?” I couldn’t believe they would say that to a loyal customer. That was the final straw for us. We have never had an issue with this pharmacy and were extremely disappointed. A 10 plus year relationship with Merriman Drugs is now ruined and we will never go back to this establishment.

Very nice owners and employees and quick on filling Prescriptions

I choose this pharmacy because I trust the pharmacist and owner. I have known her for many years. She is a helpful and caring pharmacist.

Very disappointed that they got rid of Mark after he’d been there for several years. He’s a great pharmacist. The new pharmacist tries switching people to more expensive scripts, like brand names instead of generics. We stopped going there. Not the same as under the previous owner.

Wonderful real hometown old school drug store with the best new fashioned pharmacy service (with old fashion values). Faster and more personal than any chain pharmacy. They now also ship to your home which is great for folks who are not as mobile. There is no replacing the personal service of a real neighborhood drug store that knows who you are.2020 UpdateRecent change of ownership. I am no longer a regular customer.

The lady who works the evening shift at the lottery booth seems to have an attitude and her facial expression tells it all. She seems to be perturbed by silly things. She wears a glasses, her job is to be nice and friendly to customers regardless, her personality sucks . The lady with the accent is very nice and friendly. Very poor customer service from her!!! Give her less hours...

Why would anyone go to CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid when they can go here? The people are wonderful and very helpful with any questions you may have concerning your prescriptions.
