Very helpful, friendly, and considerate. Osb is a bit expensive. They also have a good assortment of products available. However, we needed some special order wood siding a while back and one of their salesman was supposed to help us track it down, never heard back from the guy after several texts and emails, so we ended up spending 4,000$ with a competitor, who was more than happy to help us track down the material, mill it, and deliver it for us. If it werent for those issues, 5star. Side note, gentleman at the front desk and phones? Very kind and willing to help, great customer service.

Top notch lumber. Helpful staff. As a homeowner, the ability to send a list of what I need, then go and pick up a neatly built bundle of what I purchased is priceless. They even loaded it onto my trailer.

I called Gutherie Lumber looking for specialty Lumber, they had it in stock. They delivered my material the next day and on time and they did not drop it in my front yard. The driver brought the material to the rear of my driveway for me to easily unload for my project. I’m so well pleased with this company and very friendly staff and driver. I used Guthrie lumber approximately 15 years ago in a previous job. When I began to look at lumber suppliers for my personal major renovation project they are the only people I called. Knowing the quality of materials, their knowledge of what products available. Its hard to find a better quality or prompt service that they provide. They made the process smooth with clean deliveries, (NO CURB SIDE DROPS or BROKE STRAPS) with availability to drop where and when needed. I first contacted Paul who got things started then Bill Hertel worked closely to make my project a success. The project came out great and came in near the original estimate they provided. I worked at Gutherie Lumber about a year ago and the employees are amazing at their jobs, they truly are the best at what they do including Ken the man who takes charge of all the mill work. Also they have such a wide variety of lumber i dont think I can say theres something they dont have here, they even have every tool/equipment to cut lumber to pretty much any size. Over priced lumber and they lack customer service. i paid for my truss, three weeks later they told me they never ordered them. it take them another 3 weeks to order them and they drop them by the street. i had to carry them close to the house. then after two months, salesperson Nicole Kingsbury called me and told me we think we did not charge they right amount. you have to pay about 500 dollars more. then i called her boss and complain and he said he will call me and settle everything by tomorrow. still no call back. i told Nicole i was going to put bad review on here. she said ok. they are thieves, will not recommend them or deal with them. they charge for a bag of cement almost $6 dollars while home depot sell the same bag for $3. Mike the sells person called me on 10/28/2016 and said he is sorry but i said to him, but i told him clearly that i wont accept his apology.
