Chuck the Manager is OUTSTANDING, he provided me free of charge, a no longer available Craftsman wall mounted control console for my 25 plus year old 1/2 hp garage door opener, mine had failed and I had exhuasted all my options in trying to find a replacement. They no longer produce this style because manufacturers have all gone the way of wireless Bluetooth technology, he is forward thinking enough and collect old equipment that he has replaced with newer systems on the job for just the reason that took me to his shop, thank you Chuck. Running a business with 8 commercial garage doors, we run in to a lot of issues. Chuck the Service Manager at Raynor comes to my rescue every time! He is always helpful, he remembers me and my Center and knows exactly how to correct the issues immediately. He always works me in to their busy schedule. Cindy in the office is also a pleasure to work with. It is so nice to have a team of people always doing whats best for my business.

I went to Lowe’s looking for Torsion springs and was directed to this location, Chuck helped me out on spring calculations and provided additional info to identify the proper torsion springs. Provided quotes as well as replacement cost for garage door. Chuck is super helpful!

First time a spring broke on my garage door, So I googled some repair places, I called this so called business B&D garage repair he said he could come out in a hour, he did the guy was talking really fast so I didnt feel comfortable letting him do the job. I gave him a $30 deposit and he left the springs to come back the next day to repair. Long story short I knew it had to be a place in my neighborhood and I recalled seeing a place across the street from Checkers. I drove by at 5am. the next day to get the name so I could call them later that morning while I was at work and Boy am I glad I did. Chuck was so nice and very informative he answered all of my questions he even offered to come by and do the repair while I was at work (wow) I didnt know people still did business like that. I gave this guy a with the so called garage repair a $50 bill so he owes me $20 he hasnt returned my calls to come pick up his springs and give me my change. I will let my friends and family know about Raynor. Thanks

Called this company yesterday for an estimate. They told me no problem we have to come out to look at the job on site. Told me they would be here between 8 and 10 am. At 940 someone called and said whats the problem. I said nothing I need an estimate. The tech said oh no problem it will only be $29 for us to come out. Why didnt you mention that in the original call? Glad I waited around for nothing.

Helped me trouble shoot my garage door issue over the phone. Saved me the expense of a service call and part replacement. Honest and reliable company. Will use Raynor Overhead Door for garage door service in the future.

Very Very good product the doors and openers are top notch, repair guys are very good at what they do. But they are very busy and it can take days to get them out. But worth the wait..
