Altech is a wonderful family business in Livonia. They offered patience and knowledge when helping me pick out a new garage door. Friendly people who care about their company. I would not hesitate to contact them for a new, reasonably-priced door.

This company is family owned and very capitalist and selfish. They do not care for their employees how they make it seem and if you come to them for a pay raise or any other concern they will say you are “bitching” about it or “they don’t want to hear your emotions.” They pay $15 with no clear way or system in place to advance and make more. They scam their customers. Two remotes come in a box but they will tell their techs to hide one and take back to shop for keeps to resell for more. Very corrupt and unfair. Do not recommend if you plan to be treated like a decent being with feelings.
