If youre looking for a game that you havent seen for a while and eBay is charging an arm and a leg for it, Disc replay is the place to come to find it again at a much more reasonable price. Disc replay sells everything from the super Nintendo all the way up to the current generation. In addition to games they also sell electronics so if your TV broke you can easily find one that somebody had turned in for a replacement. The staff there are knowledgeable and efficient as well as the store itself is nice and clean and inviting.

Today I went in to sell some games, I waited 10 minutes and the 3 people working did not even acknowledge me. Unprofessional and horrible experience. I wont be coming back to this location

Buffoon level employees and terrible slow customer service. Once in a while you might find something decent at a good price where they lowballed someone insanely bad and then underpriced the item themselves. Otherwise expect mostly garbage tier inventory full of undesirable games filling shelves.

Absolutely love these guys! Every time I go in there, which is normally to sell something (I find they give the best actual cash credit for systems and games), I end up sharing a good laugh, whether with the clerks or another customer! Everything is reasonably priced and the customer service is top notch! Definitely my go to place for anything video game related! Thanks guys!

I attempted to trade my Apple watches here. They were understanding busy earlier in the day. They took the watches and informed me they would call me in 1-1.5 hours. At around the 4 hour mark I attempted to call to a busy signal a few times. I figured no big deal I will head in and see what they have to offer.I arrive to the store and hop in the sell line. I was second in line and someone was actively helping the gentleman. When they completed his transaction they took him to the front. I move to the front the line. No one acknowledged me. My husband strolled over to look at records. A gentleman came over and asked if he needed assistance. He said I was just browsing while my husband waited. He did not acknowledge me as he walked by. I stood there and watched as they labeled and test equipment for no visible patrons. Two gentleman rung out a few customers in the front. There were many instances in the 25 minutes I stood waiting where no other patrons were at the registers. Customers around me were taken to the front for a transaction. No one greet me. Finally I walked over to the front registers to ask for help. The cashier walked away without acknowledging me. My husband then audibly asked about our watches. The cashier then responded he could help me and explain the watch prices and any issues they had. I decided to take them elsewhere since their price was lower than other offers. I am not upset about the price they offered. I am bother at the lack of customer service and courtesy. Needless to say I don’t feel this store would go out it’s way to help me. Definitely won’t be returning.

Not terrible, but not great either. A great selection to choose from, but not well organized. Sadly service is pretty slow too. But every company has their staffing issues. Ill return, but maybe inna while from now.

Ridiculously extensive variety of games for just about any Console, alphabetized meticulously on shelves. Extensive variety of DVDs, Blu-ray‘s… With original sleeves! Unique, rare, hard to find Funko Pops. I always drop in just to see what’s new.

Ive been in here a couple times and each time has been great. I recently came in and picked up an N64. I took a home and had some problems. Brought it back the next day and they helped me figure out the issues. I think his name was Devon, he was very cool and patient.

Disc Replay is my new favorite place to buy/trade games or even consoles!I gave them 3 games and they gave me a solid $20. I straight to GameStop to sell rest of my games because Disc Replay was over stocked with the other games I had to sell but cut back to GameStop I go there and they give me $25 for like 5 of my games and those games were high rated games. I give Disc Replay a whopping 4 star! 😁

Great inventory. Thats the key behind the 4 star rating. Really great inventory. The staff is friendly enough but not overly helpful and theyre all behind the counter - nobody on the floor. Still, you can find what youre looking for and theres a large selection. Prices are fair, but not as low as you can find on the internet.

My husband and I like this location! We honestly like the roseville location a little more and perhaps even the Troy location more as well, but they have great stock. Ive been able to find things at this location I never thought I would see in real life. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase those though because the lines were too long for checkout or assistance. We felt a little claustrophobic at a certain point with all the foot traffic. My husband and I are going to try a different day, see if theyre less busy.

I always find hidden gyms here. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Ive probably been in here every other day for the last year looking for retro games and systems and never had a bad experience.

If youre into retro gaming and computers, drop everything and get over there.Im solidly impressed with this store. Ive been to other locations, and while they had their merit, this is the one you need to checkout. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The store gets a variety of retro tech all the time. Where else can you buy a Commodore 64 and a monitor, an Atari 2600, an intellivsion, a sega genisys, nintendo 64/ snes / nes / 32, saturn, intellision, atari 800, commodore Vic 20 games with warranties. Im noticing that the store is getting more packed with people and inventory, so check back often because things disappear and appear quickly.The prices are less than eBays and you can test it all right there. No more Untested auctions. Ive spent hundreds of dollars at disc replay, easily. They have retro games going all the way back. I even seen a Odyssey video game system in there. Boxed.It gets busy on the weekend (deservedly so) so I suggest going their during the week.Please never close. Gamestop, watch out. (Or they just may buy all the locations :P )

Its ok but if youre a xbox fan and Nintendo it perfect for youThey dont have a lot of ps4 games.

The store is incredible with its variety of games. There are a few things I dont like though. The classic Nintendo and Sega games are locked behind a glass jar which is annoying. And my number one least favorite thing is how Ive bought two systems and had to return both of them due to faulty tech. If Disc Replay tested the systems before selling them I would give this place 5 stars.

My favorite game store, cause lets be honest game stop doesnt even try anymore......This was my original review at a five star rating, Ive had three different bundles in the last year a Dreamcast bundle a Nintendo Wii bundle and the bundle shown in the picture the bundle shown in the picture they offered me $20 in store credit 19 something in cash. I watched the employee he didnt even look up the games, when I asked for the games back he said seriously? I already put them into inventory, what ever the hell that means, when he gave my games back he kept 4 of the most valuable games I had to go from the car back into the store and ask the manager for my other four games back he took responsibility for nothing seeing how he said he just got there and he apologized because they were understaffed. This was the third straw for me Ill never be returning Ive spent lots and lots of money here and treated in numerous times but in the last year they did seem like they dont care much for trade in, I understand they cant offer you the exact amount but 10% of value is a joke

Unbelievable local gem for people who love movies or video games. DVDs $3.33, buy three get three free. Thousands of titles, loosely alphabetized. They buy used DVDs, games, consoles, records and electronics. A fun place to serendipitously rediscover films you had forgotten about. They give a discount to veterans. I wish I had discovered Disc Replay years ago!

Very cool used game and movie store with a huge selection of both. They also have a large selection of collectible Pops and trading cards. They offer very competitive pricing on buying used electronics such as gaming consoles.

Very nice store, but extremely overcrowded for a pandemic there was at least 10 people in line while I was there, people playing with their masks because they apparently dont know any better. Disc replay is not limiting the amount of peoples coming in and out of their store.

Had good helpful staff. Found a couple games I was looking for.

Prices seem a little high to me but my 14 year old son loves the store. He has autism. He will visit the counter several times to ask questions. The staff has always been pleasant with him.
