BEST CON ARTISTS IN TOWN!Always ask for the fine print before they try to trick you into some subscription you actually don’t need!Positive things first: I would have missed out on a great phone deal, had it not been for the trainee agent Shaun. Thank you Shaun for helping me land the perfect port-in deal!After Shaun directed me to a store manager Rivaan, to finalize this purchase, things started to get sour. At first, he tried to sound like there is no such deal! (You aren’t paying me from your pocket, it’s a published Verizon deal for port-in customers)Although hesitant, he completed the purchase after checking with other store employees and told me about an Apple Watch deal, if I purchase it along with phone the same day! When I said I’d be interested, his hospitality surged and he began treating me like a very valuable customer (that was the first red flag, I should have realized that something doesn’t add up here. He even waived off the tax on the watch, I was left guessing that he might have a huge incentive for selling watch plans)What I didn’t know was that I was not being shown the complete picture. Close to a week after enrollment in the watch plan, speaking to Verizon customer care (after 40 min. wait) I realized this watch plan would have never made sense to me in the first place! I returned the watch within a week, but still I was charged a $50 restocking fee (for no fault of mine, watch in brand new condition with all packaging)I think this is a cheap trick of theirs - trap people into plans by sugarcoating plan info and hide crucial bits of info from them, then earn $50 for every restocking. An effortless 50!I am sure that returning the watch was not well received by the store guys - when my first bill arrived, I realized that these guys recorded my port-in as a normal port-in + device purchase, without the deal (which is a David-Goliath difference). After a couple of calls to Verizon (and wait time on each of them close to 1 hr), I was finally told that the store guys had not registered this purchase through that deal I was promised and hence the confusion, and that they would apply device credits as per the deal from next billing cycle.Just because they lost their commissions on watch purchase, they decided to make my life difficult! (In reality I lost $50 for “restocking” which is just assembling things back into the box!!!) plus, all those wasted hours trying to reach a Verizon customer care agent (plus these 15 mins writing this review)!Not the kind of purchasing experience I was looking for! Quite surprising that Verizon/TCC fails to check the quality of service provided by their franchises.If you wish to purchase any plan from here, always ask for a fine print or check on Verizon website before confirming purchase! That would save you a lot of headache and frustration!

Had a poor experience with a return at this store. I recommend you go directly to a Verizon retail store instead.

Switched from Sprint to Verizon today and Thomas helped us. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process and Thomas! Went in to get sound notification working for my text. The guy said he couldnt fix it after looking at it for a minute. Then he told me my phone had a virus which is why it isnt working and proceeded to try to sell me a new phone and supposedly a better plan. Went to a corporate verizon store in westland mall and fixed it in 5 minutes. Didnt try to sell me a phone or new plan.

Great experience here! Thomas was very helpful- he set me up with everything I needed and identified that I was on a higher priced plan than I needed to be. He saved me money and got me upgraded devices! Highly recommend

Very awkward experience. The two employees, a man and a woman, argued over who could help me when I walked in. I wouldve walked right back out if I wasnt so desperate for the phone case I needed. Be professional, guys. Dont make customers uncomfortable.

Came in here to return something and the lady with braids was very rude to me. They only treat you well when youre willing to spend money, not when you want to return a small item after spending over $1,000.

I could not have asked for better customer service at this Verizon store. I had a problem with my Samsung phone and Thomas, the assistant manager worked very hard to help solve my problem. I feel the Verizon associated mislead me when I purchased a new Iphone intended to be a Christmas gift and not to be activated until then. After the purchase was completed unbeknownst at the time the phone it was replacing was deactivated. Once the old iPhone was deactivated the new phone had to be put into use and the opportunity for the Christmas surprise was all done. The Verizon associate told me he had 20 years experience so he shouldve known this would happen and taken the necessary steps to make sure the old phone stayed active until the new phone was turned on. Very disappointed with my experience at this particular Verizon location and the associate that helped me.

There were bumps in the road every step of the way (from outside sources, not at all their fault) but the employee Thomas was my HERO. I normally do my Verizon business at the location in Plymouth, my neighbor told me I was missing out by not coming here and said it would be worth it for the further drive.Boy I’ll tell ya, my neighbor was not wrong!The manager Mike went above and beyond in helping me with my phone and my account.He set me up with a better, cheaper plan that gave me more data and a brand new phone without my bill going up by much! ($6)Mike also helped me with transferring my contacts and photos and setting up my email.I couldn’t be more happier. This place is the best Verizon store I have ever visited and I have had Verizon for 18 years.I would definitely recommend coming to this location for the most professional and extraordinary customer service.Thank you Mike for everything!
