Great store and staff. They are open even though there is construction. Fairly simple to get in there. Just call store for instructions.

What a wonderful experience at this location! Anise went above & beyond to help us pick out supplies & paint for a home project. Me & my spouse came in so confused & unsure of what to purchase for the painting crew. We wanted to pick out colors, finishes, & supplies for the paint crew to save money & to not have any misunderstandings with the painters. Anise advised us professionally & with genuine care & concern for our budget & project needs. Leaving tonight so grateful for her knowledge & patience 💜🙏

The staff here is awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Also extremely professional, I saw first hand when the extremely rude customer ahead of me in line was ripping their heads of because the store was out of stock in something. They really know their stuff and it shows! Ill be going here for all my painting needs going forward.

I had a great experience at the Livonia Sherman-Williams paint store on Schoolcraft on the North side of the road between Merriman and Middlebelt. I spent nearly an hour today going over and discussing color options with the manager Tanner. He was both very knowledgeable and helpful. His expertise in both paint and color combination was exactly what my home remodel needed.

Great job nice staff they custom mixed my paint I wasnt sure exactly I contractor ran out of paint so I went in there and he had me bring a picture of the lid to ensure that I got the exact color match they were very nice and knowledgeable the colors I picked wear light gray and dark gray for the trim heres a picture

After I bought my paint, the employee forgot to give me the rest of the stuff that I bought and the next day I had to return and get the rest of the paint I paid. Anyway, I guess we all make mistakes. But costumer service is always great at this store

I had such a awesome experience here. I have been here once a long time ago. Chad helped me from the moment of picking paint colors to bringing out the product to my car. Helping me decide how to do my project and what product is best for that. He made me feel very welcome. Staff was all nice and friendly.

The features of the paint used in my bathroom (often high humidity area) against mold / mildew. It works better that anything previously tried. Why mess around?

Im not horrible at painting, but I know absolutely nothing about paint. I came in with a color sample, wanting matching paint for my cabinets. I could not have had better help finding the paint I needed.

The customer service at this Sherwin-Williams was excellent, they offered recommendation and explained the differences in the paint.

The salesman was very helpful. He dropped what he was doing to answer my questions, but didnt hover. I will be back here again.

I thought I was going to get professional service of howto paint a door to look like wood . it turns out they were no difference than home depot associates dont know nothing about anything .

Well the employee tried to be helpful, but he didnt know the brick product that had been recommended by my painter. So when I asked about the other product, he looked at me like I was an alien. Needless to say I left her frustrated.
