I went to the dealership to buy a new ford f-150. After looking at it and being ready to purchase, I was told they will not accept the Ford discount for employees. I was told that inventory was low and they could make more money selling it to someone else. I will never go to this dealership again! I went to Towne Ford and bought an f-150 the same day.

Nice friendly and clean dealersip and staff. Vehicles are in short supply but I just couldnt pay sticker price for a new vehicle. Bought elsewhere.

Brought car in for a few recalls they replaced the battery junction box but needed to order the transmission control module. The manager failed to take my contact info so when part finally came in I was contacted through Facebook messenger! Very unprofessional! Meanwhile time went by I call to have Tcm finally replaced and new recall checked on. To be told that they already replaced my recalls and asked me if I’m a certified mechanic because I don’t know what I’m talking about. I have never been brought to tears by a place of business but I was today

I don’t usually write reviews for car dealerships but I had to for this one I drove all the way from Buffalo almost a 45 minute drive to an hour to get there to look at a 2011 Suzuki grand vitra that has super low miles I like it and I was training and my 2014 Volkswagen TDI that still have payments on it when I first got there I went through all the PaperWorks and everything and he said I was approved the same day and he said I had to put only 500 down on it so I didn’t have the 500 at the time so I put $100 deposit on it and I get paid Friday and I was going to pay the rest and pick it up Friday so if Friday comes I call them up and now they say that the bank not going for that price and I will have to put down half the cost of the vehicle and so they told me To give them a few hours so they can see about working with another bank to get me approved so he never called me back that day I end up calling them back and he say yeah it’s not going to work so I ask for my deposit back and the car sales guy named Ian said I will have to drive all the way back out there to pick up my money and I ask him like I’m pretty sure you could just send it back to my card or send me a checkThen when I asked to speak to his manager he was like hold on He will ask the manager and it’s been about two weeks now so finally I receive my hundred dollar deposit so I highly highly recommend you not goHere for a car because they will take your deposit and try to refuse to send it back Until you want to speak to a manager

This place is a joke of a business. Took advantange of a female. Quarter panels rusted rocker panels rusted, front fender is rusted, rear differential leaking. Unibody has tons of rust. I asked them if they did the inspection on vehicle and they wont tell me. Had I been able to be there she would have never bought this vehicle. Everyone make sure you check the vehicles out 100% before buying from them they have the mentality if you dont see it they wont tell you..... Within a year this vehicle is going to be completely rusted out.

This was my first purchase from Howell Motors. My previous Explorer was on its last legs, so it was important to move quickly, and without surprises. Pat was great from the start. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and no pressure. He got me a great deal on a new Explorer on the lot, and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

The staff at Howell Motors is very professional, courteous and efficient. Most importantly, they are not pushy salesmen. Pat & Phil made my new purchase as easy as possible. It was a very pleasurable experience, from picking out the vehicle I wanted to signing all the paperwork to driving off the lot. Pat took the time to show me how all the new gadgets worked and answered all my questions. He even got some spray to clean up the visor and hood that had a little bit of dirt on it. I purchased my 14 Scion FRS two years ago from a Toyota dealer, and only recently moved to the area. I was worried about finding a new mechanic that I could trust with my car. Great sales and service personnel! Traded in my 2010 F350 for a 2016 F350 and Bruce the sales guy made sure everything went smoothly. The finance guy (forgot his name) was extremely good at getting me the lowest finance rate available and did so very quickly. An online car search for a pre-loved vehicle lead us to Howell Motors. This was our first time dealing with Howell Motors but I am sure it will not be our last. I initially had reservations about trading in my car (my baby) for something new. It was well past its expiration date but I was really dreading the lot vulture high pressure car shopping experience that I have had elsewhere. I am very happy to say that this was far from my experience here. Patrick helped ease me through this transition and made the whole process much less scary. He had that calm, no pressure, we are here for you kind of attitude which really made the experience though still a bit scary quite enjoyable. Philip Penepent also assisted us with the financing side of the purchase which allowed us to finalize the deal. All team players! Purchased a used vehicle 4/19/16 they told me it would be ready the 21st (thursday) at 230 I drove all the way there from buffalo (45 minutes away) on Thursday to pick it up and was told that it wouldnt be ready till the following Monday. So Picked it up last Monday and now I have to fine time in my busy schedule and take it back because the brakes and passenger window screech (not squeak, screech like nails on a chalkboard playing through a megaphone... very annoyed for paying 13,990.... buyer beware!!!!!!!
