The service is absolutely amazing. Went out of his way to answer all my questions. Helped transfer my service from my old carrier and saved everything from my old phone to my new phone. Also brought a tablet and he did the same for me as well. Best customer service anywhere !! Im very happy with my purchases the deals and the quality of service.

I love metro its the best place to get a phone people that work there are very nice they take there time to help you with any questions you have a bout a phone they have very good phones there I would not get a phone any other phone place.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My father has page plus and since they merged with this place Ive had nothing but issues!!!! Either Im waiting 30 minuted for them to punch stuff in or today the guy wasnt friendly and stands their like a drill Sargent said system down I cant help you. I asked what about tomorrow? He said maybe if system is up. Idk y my father has them Im switching for him to Verizon. A*******!

Really good phone place to get a phone really nice phone to pick from people that work there are really nice if you need help with a phone or what kind of phone they will help you out if i could i would it 100% star but you cant you can only do five star if you are looking for a good phone go to metro pce they have good phones and good plans to pick from metro pce is bather then boost mobile or cricket all i want to say keep up the good work.

I have just gotten the run-around at this location. I tried to pay my bill; first with credit card but soon found out about the 4% service charge for doing this in the store, so I went home and got the currency; which, I found out that there is a $3 service charge for paying inside the store. I asked, What do I have to do to pay my regular monthly payment? The store clerk tells me to call it in.I looked through my phone and found the myMetro folder and finally, discovered how to pay my bill. None of this was explained in the book or at the store. I was happy to have a phone from this company in the beginning, but now, I have my doubts. However, I am satisfied with having the convenience of paying my bill over the phone.
