Dont go near here during Christmas. They spend the entire time answering phone calls and cant be bothered ringing anything up at the cash register. Any other time of year, they are very helpful.

My experience was terrible at this store. I went in to buy MLB The Show and was tricked into Pre-ordering MK11. They told me if I pre-ordered the game would come with a Scorpion mask. Then I waited in line last night and didn’t get one. They said only a few were sent. I could have gotten the game for free at my place of work but pre-ordered just for the mask. Why did you use that mask to get pre-sales from your customers if you weren’t going to deliver on the product? I advise everyone to pre-order elsewhere going forward so you don’t have deal with the liars at this store and end up without your product.

The store is always up to date, but its prices are higher than everywhere else, and you get so little for selling to them.

Few good people..biggest issue during a midnight release I was in my way up there to get my game to find out that they closed the store 20 mins after 11 pm...so I couldnt get my game because they didnt want to stay open for an extra 10 mins for me to get there...Also watch your receipts when pre ordering games...they have messed up by doubling my pre orders
