This store has always been really good, unfortunately this time it was not a good experience. I had to upgrade phone and they had incorrect information in their system. I left and had my upgrade solved with customer service rep. Very good service with 1 800 customer service.
Amazing customer service. The girls are always on point and J is an amazing sales rep. Always treat me kindly and get me on my way with everything I need.
They refuse to due trade ins on phones unless they are in 100% “pristine” condition. T-Mobile customer rep on the phone said they should have taken it my phone and that they understand normal wear and tear is fine. All they expect is no water damage no cracked screens and the phone working. but whatever won’t visit again. My recommendation is don’t go to this or any authorized T-Mobile retailer. Go to actual T-Mobile owned stores.
Im not sure if the employees at this location are badly trained, incompetent or just plain dont care. Although i have a feeling its all three.Went in to look at phones. Was informed about a buy one get one deal. Great. Somehow there was a miscommunication and the wrong phones were ordered. (Seems as tho they dont have much actually in stock. Everything had to be ordered.)I realized the wrong phones were ordered after they were delivered and called into the store since we purchased them there. Was rudely told by a woman to call 611. So we did. Tmobile customer service told us to take the phones to the store. Long story short we got to the store and was once again rudely informed it was our fault and they could not return the phones.The woman who waited on us in store could not have been more apathetic. She kept contradicting her own statements and at one point talked over me when i questioned her. She was so worried about making sure we knew it was our fault the wrong phones were ordered and not the stores fault instead of trying to help find a solution. Horrible customer service.Also. When we purchased the phones they took a copy of my mothers drivers license. They forgot to return it. Took my mother 3 days to remember it was there. When she called they had the audacity to say they noticed it after we just left. They couldnt call? A license is kind of important. If she hadnt remembered would they have kept it? Super unprofessional.Seriously. Find a different retailer.
Lockport branch Justin gave me awesome customer care, the others are also great.
Justin and Amanda helped me switch to a new Stylo 6 and they made sure I had all my information. They set my gmail account straight, helped me change the password, and had me on my way without any issues. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to pay them a visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this store and The manager Amanda is very professional and knowledgeable about what she is doing. The best customer service ever. Nya is very professional and knows what she is talking about when it comes to cell phones.
They always help me with my phone issues and explain everything I have questions on. Just went and had them replace my sim card because it was defective.

I arrange to switch from sprint. Worked out a plan I like the manager told me I needed to get my phone unlocked, which I did, the so called manager has NO clue what he’s doing, customer service at T mobile told me I didn’t need to unlock the phones and pay them off as I did.T mobile Would buy the contract from sprint. Don’t believe a word this guy tells you, he couldn’t manage a lemonade stand.

Kid at the counter screwed up my whole phone plan. Do not go to this location! They have no idea what they are doing. Also act stupid when you come in and ask questions about your plan and have to call for assistance because they dont know what they are doing!
