Warning to those considering Boost....pick another carrier. I was a Virgin Mobile customer happy with my service when Boost took over...Long story short bought a new phone in July 2020 and then decided to go to another carrier that was less expensive. After multiple conversations with Boost they refused to unlock my fully paid for phone so that I could go to another carrier. Very poor on their policy and downright greedy. Just say no to Boost.

The owner himself is great to deal with. The staff however is crooked. They wanted to charge me $35 for a 5g upgraded SIM card plus $25 activation fee. I called and ultimately drove to Ogden for a $10 5g service SIM card (all 3 Ogden locations same deal) Then informed to call customer service to have them activate new 5g SIM card for free. Logan store is a straight up hustle. Phone upgrades 25 to 50 dollars more in Logan as well. Save yourself the money. Take a drive to Ogden. Logan gets no more of my money!

Have used boost for 3 years and have absolutely no complaints at all with them as a company. Every phone provider I have ever had I have always changed my service provider because I had an issue of some sort. Not Boost! So long as they keep doin what they do they way have for me I will never need a new phone provider.

Boost has great price for all inclusive plan. Works from southern utah all the way to northern Utah. Never have had a problem. And I need my phone for work. Thank you!

Im sure the service isnt bad but the Logan Utah Boost mobile is so frustrating to work with, they hardly ever pick up the phone and when they do its hard to get them to answer a simple question. When they say they are open the store is closed. Its very hard to get anything done with them its almost not worth it. I had an appointment to get a new phone set up and they didnt even show up, late to work and everything. They are very unprofessional and I would appreciate it if they didnt waste my time.

Boost has been a very poor provider for me. I get loads of dead zones, and often I get full data and cell reception and I cant use any data with my unlimited plan. I choosing some other provider because of my experience.

Boost Mobile in Logan Utah, like most businesses dedicated to selling cell phone service, this company promises 4 lines for 100.dls.Then they take out and take technicalities and to have access to this promotion you have to pay more than 200.00 Dollars.In the end they sell the phones that they say are freeIf one changes, activation, taxes etc, etc.On tv there are some tel. In person areObsolete.Thank you for giving your opinion.
