Never answers phone. Misrepresents prices of services. Was promised a card for signing up with att tv, still haven’t received. Was recommended att tv for watching football, come to find out even with additional programming, you can’t watch it with att tv. I specifically mentioned I wanted to view football before I signed up. I thought att was less of a rip off than Verizon. I was wrong.
This is my go to store. Great experience and I will always chose this store for my AT&T needs. Thanks for all your help!

Monica was very helpful and was able to help be with all my questions that I have! She knew what she was talking about! I would recommend that if you need a new line or to switch service come to this store!

AWESOME SERVICE!! I was greeted right as I walked through the door and Gary was THE BEST! He helped me set up my new phone and was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
This AT&T location did a wonderful job for me. I wanted an iPhone SE or 6S. Apple wasnt selling them on their websites and no retailers had new ones. I was facing buying a questionable refurbished one online. But one particular employee here tracked one down for me: brand new and at half the price of refurbished ones online. He even took down my information so he could call me when they had it in. They were so helpful!
I was so excited to get to be a loyalty member at AT&T. Monica Hunter, completely gave us the worst experience ever. After waiting for her for TEN MINUTES, she disrespected us and finally came out of the back, the FIRST thing she stated was, The doors are supposed to be locked, what do you want, Im supposed to be on lunch!? TERRIBLE Customer Service. Thanks to Monica Hunter, she completely turned me away, as well as more loyalty customers, from you guys and that store.

Terrible Experience, Went in looking to find a better deal and hopefully has good of service as we had with Verizon. Gavin, talked with us and I get really good about the new plan and working out 2 new phones into the deal as well. Went against what I typically do and decided to go ahead and buy the new iPhones and switch to AT&T. Since that point, I have had nothing but problems. I got billed twice the amount i was supposed to the first month and here it is 4 months later and I’m still dealing with the iPhones that I traded in and have not even received a credit of cash in return... 4 months later!!Be Advised, they will take advantage of you every way they can.
Customer service was awesome! Came back to ask a few questions and the hours posted here are no longer correct. Their “extended hours” are only until 7. We showed up just before 7 though and they were already closed.

Best service ever! Jacob was awesome in his perseverance in helping with a difficult matter that took several hours, where other reps at other stores weren’t even understanding what the problem was. Definitely recommend Jacob and this stores help! Thanks again!
This is the best AT&T store Ive ever been to. I called ahead to see if someone would be willing to help me install a screen protector and Casey said he could anytime. He installed it like a pro and if I have any problems with my account or devices, Ill certainly be going back there for help.

Terrible experience with Monica Hunter the manager. I wish I could give negative stars, but this negative review will have to suffice. She single handedly gave us the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Thanks to soley her, ATT lost 9 lines that were customers for 16+ years, and any possibility of future generations joining ATT as long as I can help it. Way to go Monica. 3 separate corporate complaints have been filed under her name and I completely expect the local owner, Joe Schwartz to take strong corrective action.
The service was soo slow. They only had one employee working Christmas week and we had to go back twice that week because of a mixup. Each time only one employee and we were there for over two hours each time, in the end not pleased with the product selection or the service so will buy phones elsewhere from now on.
Great store that is always eager to help and provide an excellent customer experience.

You wait with no acknowledgement that they will be with you. They close at 8pm so that means 7:44pm, they suck you into a deal with no customer support And evasive non existent service.
