Awesome Metro by T-Mobile, the staff is great they are always friendly and do their best to help. Even when you go in and there are a few people in front of you they offer you sodas and popcorn to make the wait more pleasant. I definitely recommend this Metro by T-Mobile because you can tell they try to go above and beyond.

Dillon and Oscar provided AMAZING customer service! I came in on my lunch break in a hurry with a busted phone and needed a new one with no hassles - I only had 30 min. They gave me a great deal BOGO phones and got me out of there in 25 minutes! This is my fav store now!

Go to the one on 400 North they are way more helpful this one told oh well your screen wont stay on you just got the phone your stuck with it basically the other store took care of me and got me set up with a new phone.

Called ahead to see if they had an LG Stylo 3. They said they had a few of them and would hold one. I drove to Logan to get it, and they sold them all. Couldnt order one. Didnt have any answers or an apology.

Dont try buying a I phone here. I have been wanting for over a month now, and still no I phone. They told me it would be in the next week well before Christmas. Apparently they are a cell phone store that adverties on there store front that they sale phones but have no way of ever getting your phone to you. Very disappointing.😠

Jacob and Joshua are really helpful and try to get you the best deals available. The only problem is that the phones are priced Double to what they are actually worth, and they have no techs to look at your device if a problem were to come up.

Charge unnecessary tax,activation fees among other things. Go to the one on 400 N they are honest about everything up front and are very helpful.
