Friendly staff which goes out of their way to make you feel welcome

The Manager is friendly and sociable. The store is well organized and clean. They wipe things down often and are great at answering questions.

Requires facemasks to enter. Visit Fun Unlimited in the same mall instead, they dont violate your liberties.

Its hard to find stores where you walk in and genuinely feel welcome. I go in this particular store at least once a week if I can, and everytime I go the employees are always super helpful and awesome to have conversations with. Theyre friendly and generous when it comes to helping me find what Im looking for, even if it isnt their store. Definitely the most welcoming store in Logan. Keep up the great work everyone.

Ashleys customer service is Steak Sauce (A1). Seriously amazing. I could not have had a better experience. She treated me like family. Looked up the best deals on my account. And then she made sure I had everything I needed. So glad I came in and dealt with her today. Ill be back forever.

They used to give more for trade-ins and now they give you an insultingly small amount, even for recent releases in great condition. I dont usually go in unless Im shopping for hardware but the games Ive bought havent given me any issues. This is my favorite GameStop. Havent been here in some time, but the customer service over the years has been pretty good.

Employees are phenomenal! The prices for some things is a must have. Funko pops are a little expensive but overall this is an amazing store I go here all the time. Whenever I go to the mall its a must to stop by here

Encountered a stupid policy here that was not about to bend to reason. Not surprised GameStop is struggling financially.Ordered a sale game online to pick up in store. Went in that same night to pick it up on the off chance they had it in stock and just hadnt sent me my notification for pickup.My time was tight, and I didnt see the game on the shelf where it should have been. The employees were busy, too, so I decided to leave for the errand I had to get to, figuring they must have had to ship it in from off site.A week later still no sign of the pickup notification.When I realized it I checked spam on the off chance that the purchase notification made it to me but the pickup notification didnt. Sure enough, there it was in spam from the day of my order.Went in next time I was in the area to see if they still had it waiting for me even though the notification said theyd only he it for 24 hours.They had it in the drawer. Sweet.But at checkout, they tried to charge me literally double what Id agreed to pay when I ordered it online.I pointed out the error, even pointing to the sticker on the game case showing the price I ordered it at.They wouldnt bend, saying it was policy that if the game was picked up after the sale is over it is sold for full price. Even if it isnt my fault that I didnt know it was available for pickup during the sale.Im not normally one to complain, but this really made me mad. I walked, and dont plan on returning.

We went in to trade our WiiU for a switch. We got in and out quickly. We were pleased with there customer service.

I hadnt been to GameStop in years but I thought I needed something for my gaming headset and I thought that they for sure would have it. Not only did they not have it, I spent 10 minutes trying to find it by myself because no one was there to help. Good reminder why I hadnt been there in years and why I wont be going back for many years to come.

They allowed me to order my Nintendo Switch bundle through them at the store. It worked very well, and Im super happy that I didnt have to stand in line all night to get it. Great service every time I visit!

This is a great Game Stop location.

They a good company. The employees are nice a useful. But I wish they can tell us when shipments for a game console or games coming to there store. But I like to get games from them.

Every time I come to this Gamestop, always leave happy. This is one of the few Gamestop where they actually care about their customer base. Ive never been disappointed, they are very knowledgeable every time I have a question. Great place to visit always.

Good pre-owned games for a great price!

Out of all the gamestops in Utah, this one is decent. The variety of games is good. The service was a little slow. Everytime I go the employees are busy, and this makes it to where I stand there for a good 5 min to ask a question that they can awnser in 1-10 words... Compared to some other gamestops, the employees are fairly nice.

This is the second time Ive gone in for something, and both times, the service has been abysimal. Today, I picked my movies, and handed the cases to the girl (with earbuds in her ears- was she even listening?). She set the cases on the counter and told the young man in the back something. He was sitting on the floor eating. The young woman put her earbuds back in and continued to price/tag incoming movies, completely ignoring me. I waited 10 minutes for service to purchase my movies. And then walked out because apparently, my business was unwanted.

Very friendly employees who from my experiences really know their stuff compared to other Gamestops. Always a good stop when visiting the mall.

Keep your eye out for deals and hopefully some esports stuff will be coming to the shops. Tournaments and getting the gaming community together.

Horrible customer experience for me. Called about my preorder (cod ww2) said oh ya were doing a release at 10:01 pm. This was at 5pm, Im like sweet. Throw on some clothes at there quoted release time, driver over, only to find out store closed. What a waste of time. Do not tell people your doing a release at a certain time then be closed 15 mins after your epic release as the employer said. Quite bullcrap. Thanks gamestop, should have preordered elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE! They are a great company for teenagers and children, but very unorganized. Do not expect professionalism from them. I tried to order a Wii U from a advertisement I saw from them. It got cancelled twice before I forced the order to complete by re-sending an email to their customer service. After which, I received a very vague email from an automated response. Saying my order had been processed. That was it. I had no idea if they had any in stock. I had no clue if my order would be shipped the next day or even if I would ever get it. I joked with a friend who I saw his review (Kellen Whetstone) and it says the same thing as mine. I thought, well his was a special occasion, I can trust Gamestop to work this time. My order is different, I thought. Save yourself some time, GO ELSEWHERE, do not order anything online. I even went into their store and the gentleman was very kind but could not look up my order because it was a Gamestop Warehouse order... So back on my quest to find when and if I was the owner of a new console, I called their customer service I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR. So I thought maybe they were just busy that day. I called the next day early. I WAS ON HOLD AGAIN FOR 30 minutes. I am sorry if you are a kid who likes to buy used games, but from a professional standpoint Gamestop will leave you high and dry. Do not order anything online and if you do expect the lowest quality of customer service. I never got to talk to anyone about my order, I am about customer service. The employees at Walmart were more helpful thank these goofs at Gamestop. Which is saying something, you would expect better from a gaming store, vs Walmart. I will never shop here again and recommend everyone to do the same.

Excellent service the Manager Dee Dee makes the whole experience fun. She is the best Gamestop employee I have ever dealt with. I moved to logan from Pennsylvania and she really made the gamestops back there look bad. I would only ever buy from logan gamestop. She makes the store alive.
