I love my furniture! I’m confident it is high quality and I feel really good about the price. They even delivered it to my home. The delivery guys were great!

We have had a great experience shopping at U And I Furniture in Logan, Utah. They have a huge selection of rocker-recliner chairs and we have now purchased five of them from there to use in our home. They are always very helpful as we make our selections and the prices are really good for the quality of furniture.

Great place got my mattress from them. Got pillows a little later been sleeping like a baby. This is where you go if you want quality. The pillows I got were the malouf. Nathens always happy to help. You can find some unique stuff there. And quality.

I have to amend my previous review. And I wont sit here and trash a family run business. But Im disappointed. I dont make good money at all. So it was a stretch to even go buy a new recliner. But it was something I needed. And we wanted to buy local as well. So I found one on sale here that I really liked. I didnt have it home 2 days when the wood under one of the arm rests shattered when I leaned on it. The other one did the same thing about a week later. I called the store just to let them know what happened and check my options. After it was insinuated I put my entire 230 pounds on the arm rests to break them, I was told that they would look at trying to repair the armrests. But there was no exchanges or refunds. I read the receipt and that reflected exactly what I was told. This truly is a case of buyer beware. If youre not 100% certain that its a solid piece of furniture, you may want to think twice or find a place where you have more options if something isnt right or youre not happy.

I work in an assisted living facility. We bought a desk and bookshelf for the office from U&I just as COVID-19 was hitting. When the shipment came in, they not only stored the furniture for us until we made plans for safe delivery into our building, but they delivered following strict social distancing procedures per our specific request. As they were finishing up the delivery, I asked about a drawer on the desk that wasn’t functioning properly, and they took the time to adjust it to work perfectly. Wonderful service and beautiful furniture!

They easily had the best prices on couches and beds in the valley. When we compared at other local stores or even online, most were close to double in price. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!

Fantastic prices and stellar customer service!My siblings and I decided to surprise our mom with a new recliner as an early Christmas gift. We did a bit of online shopping and started to get nervous about our budget. Checked out a couple of other furniture stores in the cities we live in to really get a sense of what is on the market right now. It was kind of depressing both from a style standpoint and a budget standpoint.Over Thanksgiving a couple of us snuck into U&I (mom lives in Logan) and were very pleased with the huge recliner selection and terrific prices. Nate, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out and paid for a chair, crossing our fingers that mom would like it.A couple of days later when we happened to be strolling around downtown and we stepped into U&I under the ruse of recliner shopping for a brother. When we realized that mom preferred a different chair than the one we bought, Bryce, another salesman discreetly helped us pay the difference while Nate chatted with us and distracted mom.We snuck the chair into her house the next day for our family Christmas party and our mom was both surprised and very pleased with her new chair. U&I helped us pull off a fun gift experience and did it at a price that even budget online retailers couldnt touch!

It is a nice place to shop when you have only one furniture store in your town. The selection is limited to the size of the store. The prices are average to above average. Shopped for a stove, then washer and dryer. Then carpeting for the whole house. But had to pay for the carpets to be installed. Probably 10 years ago in Preston, Id.

Customer service was excellent. They didnt pressure me to buy anything, even told me to wait because they had more shipments coming in in the next month or so. They werent pushy, but were helpful and polite. The furniture wasnt anything super impressive though, and seemed to be average-overly priced.

We purchased living room furniture, and it was a very pleasant experience. We did not feel pressured, we felt the price of what we got was extremely competitive with other stores, the delivery boys were friendly, efficient, and very competent. Overall a very pleasant experience, and when in need of furniture in the future we will definitely see what they have. No complaints.

We recently needed several theater chairs, but they only had three in stock. We ended up ordering 4 more in a custom color and leather. These guys have been amazing to work with, and will continue to be our go to for our furniture needs.

We have recently purchased on separate occasions a dining room set, a couch and a TV from U & I Furniture in Logan, Utah. Each time, the salesmen took time to talk to us about our needs and wants, showed us options in the store and well as showed us options that they could get for us. They listened to our needs and concerns and helped us to find the right item for the best price. They were great at talking to us as well as letting us have time alone to discuss what would work best for our family. Each of the products we have purchased has worked really well in our home. We ordered our counter height dining room table with 6 chairs and our sectional from them last weekend! We have been building our new house and are going to be closing on April 1st! we are scheduled to have our table and chairs delivered April 4th and couldn’t be anymore excited!! Our sectional, the blc Spartacus haze, we had to order in but I’m hopeful that it’ll be in and delivered sooner rather than later (fingers crossed) I’ll update my review once I have both items we purchased ☺️ Nate was an amazing sales person and didn’t pressure us at all nor did he hover like other places did! They have quality furniture for THE BEST price in the valley! I’d 100% recommend them ☺️EDIT: we finally got our couch 7 weeks later! We were originally told it would take 4 weeks when we first purchased it, however, the deal we purchased it for is what made the wait worth it! We bought it for a little over $2,000. We would have easily paid $6,000 at other major retailers. Just keep in mind that when ordering in anything it will take 1-2 months to come in! So if you are in a hurry to get your furniture, I would highly suggest to try and purchase something that is on the floor so it doesn’t have to be ordered in.

I ordered a sectional and they told me 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks later they hadnt even ordered it even though I had made a payment. It is now 3 1/2 months later and every time I call about it they say they dont get up dates and the delivery date has changed 3 times

10 years ago we bought our couch and love seat there. At that time the biggest factor was cost for us. They have held up amazingly well and still look new even after being in a home with young boys. As went to add an addition to our home we started looking for furniture again. After looking all over the the best product, service and price was at U and I! We even called back after showing my spouse the receipt because it turned out to be less than we anticipated. It is a great company with wonderful furniture and extremely competitive prices.

I got a bed here as a wedding gift and it was great quality. The employees were very helpful and had it ready when we got there and loaded it up very quickly which I appreciated because we were in a hurry.

Better service and prices other places. Delivery guys left our furniture on the porch knowing my wife was 40 weeks pregnant. They were told to come back out right away to put it inside....2 hours later with the furniture still on our porch we went to the store because Nate was too busy to call us back. Asked them to make it right and they said they could either come out now to put the furniture inside or pick it up and refund us. Those where the only options. Told them to pick it up and now we have brand new La Z Boys for less money from a store north of town.

NOPE!!!!!, Felt on edge from the moment I walked in. And really just wanted to browse until something hit me as perfect for my new home. Unfortunately, I felt like I was being Watched very closely the whole time I was in store. Prices are close to par with rest of valley, however, I noticed that some Specific items are severely marked up in price versus competitors.

I was buying a new bed for the first time. I thought that they were a good place to get it from. But the mattress and box spring turned out to be cheaply made and I spent a good amount of money on it. The mattress is very light so the springs in it are completely worthless. Theres absolutely no support, none. I know the old lady never asked me if I wanted soft, firm ECT. But not even into a year with this worthless mattress Im tossing it. With all of the back problems I have had this mattress is making my back worse. Im thinking about a sleep number bed now. Never buy from this rag tag store!

Personable staff, not pushy and willing to take the time for human interaction, that in my opinion is very lacking in most of the bigger box/chain stores. There is alot to be said for a family owned and operated business! We went in to purchase a couch and loveseat a month before. We found something we liked but when came back in it was gone! They would have ordered exactly what we wanted but as we looked around at the great selection and peices we found an awesome couch & loveseat set that we loved. It was more than we planned on spending but they gave us such a screaming good deal that we couldnt pass them up! And threw in a 150.00 dollar rug that we were much in need of anyway. (they were running a special at the time). Ill continue to come here for our furniture and hone decorating needs... Highly recommended.

I bought one of there latex by Restonic beds and I have to say that it was by far the best value in the valley. As I shopped around I found out that some stores sell used or even damaged beds that have no warranty. The bed is very comfy! Great service

We bought a Broyhill sleeper couch along with a love seat and 3 queen mattresses. In the 10 months that we owned the couch, it ripped twice just from sitting on it. It was only used for 5 of those months.The owners of the store would not stand by their product and neither would Broyhill. We are ready to spend another couple of thousand dollars in furnishing our home and we will not go back to U & I.

We ordered a dining room set from this company. It took them several days to place the order after they already had our money. They showed up with the furniture and unpacked it from boxes and assembled it in our drive way, leaving foam all over the driveway. They left dark brown finger prints over half the furniture. The table had a dent in the leg which I originally looked past to avoid a hassle. The first time we used the chairs the leg of the chair broke off. When I called the company to ask for a store credit towards a higher quality set they only offered me a replacement of the poor quality chair. I argued why would I want a replacement, when I know it was a poor product. They denied me an exchange and said that the dent on the table was not covered either since it had been past a 30 day period.If a company sells a product that turns out to be of terrible quality, they should take upon themselves to resolve the situation.

Excellent people, to work with.

I bought a sofa that was all reclining. Two of which were electric. I called them when one of the recliners went out. They sent a truck out and two younger boys came and looked at it. They thought it was the cord to the one side and took it with them and said they would order another. Two weeks went by never heard back. I went in to store told them what happened. Again they sent two different workers out. They felt that it was the moter. They took all my information again, and said that it would be a couple of weeks. Never heard from them again. I tried calling a couple of times, the lady said that she didnt know much about any of that, and I would have to wait and talk to one of the managers. Needless to say I gave up. Still have my Broken recliner.
