Went looking for a particular height stool and Boom!💥 there they were.So nice when the local store has what you had in the minds eye as fitting the room perfect.

They have a great options and friendly employees. We found the exact couch we were looking for and got a dining room table with chairs. So far the quality is great and we are very happy with our purchases! They also have financial support although their prices are very affordable!

We just bought a couch here so I cannot say anything about the actual products sold here. The salesman was super friendly and helpful to us when we were trying to decide which couch to get. The price was good compared to other bigger stores, I hope the quality is just as good!!

This store is so fun! Everything is very clean and organized and the atmosphere is super relaxing. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely not recommend 8th and main, not only was the delivery a little late then quoted, but it was damaged in the process. :)) I paid for this bed frame over 1K just for it to be damaged, and then not here back from 8th and Main with some solutions or at least confirmation on something currently being done. I’m desperate not knowing who else I can contact regarding this issue. I know stuff happens sometimes, but what gets me furious is not knowing what are my options or what’s going on. (if they by chance see this and they definitely will know who I am, I will update my post with hopefully a solution) :)

The store is nicely laid but it’s kind of hard to track employees down for questions.

We ordered a sectional that took a couple of months to build. It showed up in the wrong color/material. Instead of refunding our money, the owner offered a great deal on a different sectional . Turns out, it would not fit into the basement we planned to have it. They worked with us AGAIN to get us a different furniture set. They delivered it on Christmas eve! Great folks to do business with. Very trustworthy! They offer good products, honest opinions and great customer service. 5 stars!

Bought our couch here and it has been an awesome couch. It cleans up amazingly especially with having kids! Like, I cant believe how easy it is to wipe a little stain away! For reference, we bought a material one and Im so glad we did with having kids! Also, they have really cute boutique clothes for a reasonable price! Love this store!

This is the BEST place in town to buy local furniture, the workers are so friendly and helpful and the owner has the best prices, you can’t beat his prices! My husband and I have bought 3 couches, 3 kitchen bar table chairs, a rug, an entertainment center, and a book case from 8th and main and will continue to go back and buy more!! I love this store! They have the cutest clothes, and home decor and furniture! You get super cute boutique clothing thats the same as in other boutiques for way less cost! Also they have real plus size clothes, they dont say plus size and then consider sizes 12-14 plus size! Theyre the best, amd so friendly and nice!

I have never had a bad experience with this place. Every sales associate and every piece of furniture I have purchased have all been top of the line. I am almost out of things to replace in my house since purchasing everything from these guys. I have custom ordered things and they got here just when they said ( covid pushed 1 item out a few days longer but what hasnt covid screwed up). They take the time to explain the difference in the furniture so you know why its better quality. They ask questions about my house and life so they know which type of furniture my chaotic house needs to last through the years. Im always just so impressed with this store everytime I go there. Not to mention its hands down the best price and quality for the money you will find from here to SLC. Im all about getting the best deal and I do my homework and these guys win 10 out of 10 times.

Super disappointed, heard they had awesome stuff at great prices, which they did but the customer service was HORRIBLE! We came on New Year’s Day. We showed up shortly after 5, business hours were listed to close at 7. We stood waiting to get a price on a table for 15-20 minutes and finally someone answered our question. They then didn’t offer to help us, the gentleman was short with us, answered our question and immediately walked away, didn’t bother to see if we had other questions or to see if we wanted to make a purchase. They shut off most of the lights and locked the doors and it appeared they were closing. We were ready to purchase a dining table, coffee table and a couch set but I guess they didn’t want our business as we felt pressured to leave. Sad I gave them a try! We will take our business elsewhere.

Great prices and great furniture!

Carpet guy was supposed to come and measure today. He called an hour before he was supposed to be here and cancelled. He said he might could come Wednesday but he didnt know. He also said he had no idea what carpet we chose so it could be 6 weeks before he could lay it. How could he not know? We picked the carpet when we made the appointment in the store! He was very arrogant and didnt really care. My time obviously doesnt matter because I took time off work to meet him. Well be taking our business elsewhere.

Purchased a couple things from here, my wife and I bought a king size bed when we got married and it fell apart in a year, but they wouldnt warranty it because we didnt buy our bed frame from them.We also bought a purchased a couch from them and the left side recliner stopped working within a week, and when I called about it they transferred me 2 times and left me on hold for 15 minutes.2 stars- because my wife likes their clothing options.

I don’t live near Logan but often go there to visit family. While visiting, I always visit the boutique part of 8th & main and I loooove it! They have great sales and I can always find the cutest things!

September 30, 2020Terrible business to work with. Originally when we went to the store they were nice and kind of helpful but now that they have gotten our money nobody knows where my table set is and it is a week overdue from when it was supposed to get here and every time I call they just tell me itll be here the next day. I tried to call today for 4 hours and nobody answered and it just went to an un-set up voicemail. Extremely frustrated & disappointed. Wish I had bought our table set from Fischer Homes.October 1, 2020JUST RECEIVED A CALL THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY TABLE TODAY & ARE REFUNDING ME SO NOW I HAVE A DINING ROOM WITH NO TABLE & IVE WAITED ALL THIS TIME FOR NOTHING. WHY DID YOU CALL SAYING YOU ARENT DELIVERING MY TABLE? IM NOT RECEIVING FREE DELIVERY IM RECEIVING NOTHING.JUST SO WE ARE CLEAR, RYAN TOLD US UPON US ASKING HOW LONG THE TABLE WOULD TAKE THAT IT WOULD TAKE 1 WEEK! Drove all the way out from Salt Lake City to buy a couch that was for such an amazing deal. They have a pretty good selection for amazing prices. Found things heat for a much lower price than at rc Willys. People were great and helpful. Would come again!

Our couch is now 1.5 months from being ordered and still not here. We were told at the beginning of the month and had to physically go into the store to ask about the status which resulted in us hearing it will be another two weeks. We are moving and need the couch, and yet we are waiting for it to come because of the “fabrics we chose”. It’s not our fault we chose fabrics you had offered in your store. I would suggest letting your customers know when their items will be late.Also tried calling them 10 minutes after visiting the store with 4 workers standing around the counter only to call them 5 times with no answer.Very high hopes and very let down.

Lacking customer service in a big way!!! Walked in today to find 6 bar stools. Walked past the service/checkout counter where several men sat and stood talking... Went back to the barstools, wandered around for about 5-10 minutes. Did not see anything I liked, didnt see anyone that looked approachable, not one person said Hello, Welcome, can I help you? . They completely ignored me... So I wandered back out, right past the same people standing around the desk... Wont be back.. Good Luck staying in business!!

BEST FURNITURE STORE EVER!

Very pleased with the quality of kitchen table and chairs. . . . But it is best to only purchase what they have on the floor, if you have to wait for something to be shipped you will be waiting for awhile. It has been 45 days since our purchase and we are still waiting for 3 more kitchen chairs to show up.Emily or Zack if you are reading this please feel free to give me a call and let me know where those chairs are. Always had a pleasant experience here. We are purchasing a new home, so naturally new furniture comes with that. The staff here, top notch. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a good experience. The only issue is that they dont have a ton of items to choose from.. Specifically for couches.I continue to go back because of how well we are treated, but we usually dont leave with anything.

I called today and they said it will be at least another two weeks. If there was an option for 2.5 stars, I think that would be about right. If you want the cheapest possible furniture around... buy it here. It is already put together which is nice, but you also run the risk that whatever you bought was left outside on display in the rain, snow, freezing whatever. Literally yesterday there was a *leather couch out on their lawn covered with frost.They do have some cute stuff, but it is cheap. It is what it is.

Poor customer service. We ordered furniture more than 3 months ago and it still hasnt shown up. When you call the store they give you a different reason every time on why its going to be another 2 weeks for it to be delivered. The lady who answers the phone is always rude and condescending. This is no way to run a business! I will never purchase furniture from 8th & Main again and I wouldnt advise anyone else to either.

I went in to find a dresser and they were very helpful helping me find what I was looking for and in my price range. They gave me the option to have it delevered or I could pick it up. when I chose to pick it up myself they loaded it all up for me. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Pretty good prices and good inventory. Not great service. We stood around for about 10 minutes trying to find who we needed to speak with to buy a couch. We scheduled a delivery for a couple days later. On that day they showed up 45 minutes early while we werent home and then left. They didnt leave a voicemail or anything. When I called in they told me I wasnt there and that they would bring it by later when they could. The couch was eventually delivered at 6:30 p.m. I would shop there again but with low expectations on their customer service.

Very disappointed, Very Poor Customer Service! After purchasing a sectional and matching ottoman several months ago, we initially received the sectional that was pretty banged up and had a tear in the fabric. We were promised the ottoman would arrive within 4-6 weeks at the latest. After 6 weeks, I decided to call for an update only to find out they had lost the order. I promptly provided them with a photograph of the sectional and information on the first order so they could do a re-order. After another 4 weeks (and not hearing anything from them), I finally called back and asked for an update to which I was told, “Hopefully it is on the next truck.” This happened again and again for an additional 2 months. Finally, I was told it had arrived and when my husband and I went to pick it up, it was the wrong one. After several more weeks, the correct one finally came in. The owner (Todd) was very apologetic and his son offered us a gift card for the hassle. When we went in to pick up the correct ottoman, Todd told us to get the gift card from his son the next time we came in. After I returned I was then told by Todd that “they dont give out gift cards, but they will give me a ‘good deal’ if I want to buy something.” Obviously I was confused and shocked by the manipulation to try to get me to buy something else after spending months trying to get the correct piece. Instead of trying to fix a situation caused by their lack of procedure and management, they were only concerned with getting me to purchase more furniture.

Absolutely love 8th & Main. They have bent over backwards to make sure I’m satisfied multiple times! They have great selection, amazing prices and a couple years later, I’m still so happy about furniture I’ve purchased from them. If they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they often have the ability to order from manufacturers. You’ll save $100s compared to ordering from places like Overstock and Wayfair. Incredible business.

Do not take your kids in this store. The manager or owner doesn’t appreciate it and will make you feel stupid while you are looking through a magazine trying to find a bedroom set to order. I felt like my kids were very respectful of the store so I was disappointed by the comments that were made to me. I will not be shopping here again.

Giving it at least 3 stars because the the assistant working the boutique was very nice and helpful and the clothes were reasonably priced. As for the rest of the store I felt helpless. Understaffed and although the furniture is priced well it isn’t the best quality.

I have a suggestion if you are working there I think you should have a nametag so you can distinguish yourself from customers. Overall a grate store

I ordered 2 dressers on Black Friday. I was told they would arrive before Christmas. Fast forward to APRIL and I finally got them. But thats not the worst of it. I called so many times and was told it would just be a couple more weeks. I finally went in and talked to the owner. He was super nice and told me the product was on back order and he would personally call me as soon as they arrived. I never heard back. Early April, I call and ask for a refund. The worker apologizes that the dressers never came, and told me to come on in for my refund. I go into the store. A different worker brings me to the back and there are my dressers. Theyve been there for a MONTH. He says he most assuredly called me about them. IF they called, they most certainly didnt leave a message nor kept trying. He then tells me that local delivery will be $40. Im very irritated and I have been more than patient. I ask if they can throw in the delivery for free, given what a fiasco this has been. The owner was so rude and said they were doing their best and would not offer free delivery. He basically said, What do you want from me? Uh, how about not waiting 4 months with horrible and inaccurate communication? And how about letting me know my dressers arrived A MONTH AGO?! And how about meeting my MASSIVE patience with kindness?! Well, I got the dressers home without their help because Im not giving them another dime. And guess what? They lost a lot more than $40 on a delivery bc I will NEVER shop there again and IM REALLY GOOD AT SHOPPING.

The owner worked with us on the price and was very nice. He gave us lots of Twizzleberry 20% off cards. I wish the flooring department was as good as the furniture side.

If you buy something here that is not in stock, make sure you either withhold payment until it arrives or get in writing a guaranteed delivery date. Id also suggest following up to make sure the order gets placed. The staff here is TERRIBLE at following through on promises related to ordered items in our experience.

I went to almost every furniture store in the valley shopping for a new couch. I thought the quality for the price was best at 8th and Main. Cute stuff that wont break the budget. I found something that worked there, but when I got it home, I realized it had a few blemishes that would be worsening problems as the couch aged. I took pictures of the issue and went into the store completely uncertain of the outcome - the couch was bought, paid for, and in my home for nearly a week before I discovered the problem. They told me they would exchange it, no questions asked. I wasnt able to find anything I liked better, so I had to wait while a straight across replacement shipped from across the country, but that hasnt been too huge an issue. Everyone Ive worked with every time Ive been in the store (and by now, its half a dozen times) has been SUPER helpful, kind, and straight-up. I get the new new-couch delivered tomorrow and they are even bringing it to me and taking the old back free of charge. AND they hooked us up with a treat at a local drink shop for our troubles. 8th and Main has won my loyalty and Ill start future furniture hunts there.
