Went to the logansport store to pay my phone. bill looked up to see what time they opened it said 10 am pulled up at 10am nobody was here waited 20min before the employee showed up then he sat in his car for over 15 min jamming out to music while Im missing work not a happy customer... Will be looking for other service...

Store at 12th and Market the guy there was most rude 1st he hung up on me refusing to answer my questions. So i went down there and he wouldnt even listen to me told me to get out. He sold the phone to me but now its get lost.

Bought comcast prepaid modem. Was 110$ and was all scratched up. Took it back and was told they all look like that. Dont waste your money.

AWFUL. Dont get this phone service. I was told if I bought an LG Tribute for $180 (they sell them at Walmart for $80) that I would get 6 months free service. Its been 1 month since then & about two weeks ago I was informed that I would be billed for my service. Apparently Im being billed because I didnt keep my old number & that was the only way you could get the 6 months free...however, they didnt tell me this when I was purchasing, they waited until after I bought the phone to tell me. They false advertised & lied to get new customers. Now Im out $180 &cant afford to have service for this phone. Do yourself a favor & go to AT&T.Worst shopping experience.

Not at all a good service to get especially if you are in the back of Hardees making sandwiches I am glad Hardees has WiFi otherwise I wouldnt of been able to play music in the back because I was only getting 1 bar and my service wasnt working at all and they say that they have the best service nope sorry I dont think so I only had boost for 2 months and I hated it yes I was able to get an iPhone for $25 but the service sucked I am switching to Att when I get paid again

They rip off the customers. For example a customer passed them off and instead applying their payment to their account they applied it to someone elses. They encourage their staff to scam customers. Its owned by a shady trash pawn shop in Lafayette.

I strongly would never recommend going here for anything. The Boost Mobile store in Logansport is literally a joke. They ordered a part for my phone on the 18th, here it is almost 2 weeks later. I got tired of waiting for my phone to be fixed as well as being tired of their lame excuses so had my phone fixed by someone else, went to get my money back and was told....no refunds....I wasnt told of this up front when I paid in full. No way in hell will they ever get my business again and as a promise to them.....Ill let people know how they treat customers!

I went to get a replacement with my upgrade, they offered me The Lg tribute which was a lesser quality phone than the phone I currently have and the told me it was 110.99$ when its 40$ at Wal-Mart.
