I’m happy with my visit, and I will definitely return here. Staff provided exceptional customer service. I was assisted by Elizabeth. She was kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and they were a lot.The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that the company should have better deals for long term costumers, and not only new.
Staff was welcoming and kind. I was assisted by Shannon, she was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She helped me make sure all my stuff transferred and taught me a few things about my new phone before I left. Fun and friendly atmosphere, will definitely return to this store.

If you need ANYTHING to do with T-Mobile/sprint (yes they still service Sprint customers), do not hesitate to stop in this store. Shannon and her crew are experts in their craft and they are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Go get a new case, charger or screen protector, upgrade your phone or add a line, you won’t regret it.

Have gone here more than once during open hours only to find out that the store is locked up for some reason. A business should always be operational during their listed open hours. Very poor service

The store manager will be able to do her job better by walking around the store and helping more people. There will be more people behind computers to move the line and get the job finished faster creating a faster and more reliable work environment for there customers. Debbie is the manager and is very smart and my family and I are very loyal to Debbie and Shannon! They provide a friendly business and awesome staff. With Sprint reliable network with joining forces with T-Mobile to bring us 5G in mid 2019.
The manager was very rude and acted like she just didnt want to help, if you want an attitude and someone slamming things on their desk when you ask a question then go here. Also if they offer you any kind of promotion ITS A LIE !!!

People of Logansport and surround areas. You have better choices! You ever wonder why you never have service? Tired of hearing they are working on towers? Do you really know what you signing up for?This store is beyond sad and need a complete overhaul. The store is already short staffed and it would be better if they just shut down. If you must want Sprint, why I have no idea in the greater Logansport area, save yourself the headache and go to Lafayette where they are properly trained in both cellular and ethical behaviors.Sprint, the company, does not even know their future. Do you want to sign a lease agreement on that? Will it be Sprint? Will it be T-Mobile? Will it just be shut down and leave you in the dark? If you like poor customer service and questionable ethical behaviors, then by all means, do not think twice about this. If you are like most people and care about what you really sign up for and your money stay away from this Logansport store!
I love going to this Sprint store.. Then staff ate all very professional and easy to deal with. I will never go to a diffetent store. 5🌟 all around.
No longer a repair shop!!!!!! Sprint: change the website & what your operators are telling ppl. Dont waste your time if you need to get your phone looked at for insurance. Either go to Indy or mail in. Dont waste a trip to Logansport like we did.

Took 5 days of service on the phone just to unlock my phone unbelievable and we went to the store and they told us to call they couldnt even do it at the store terrible
The employees at our local store are fantastic helpful folks. However, my opinion of Sprint itself is not as favorable.
I was deceived from the start. Got a tablet was going to be costing around 40$ a month. First Bill was over a 100$ saying that I did not have a Sprint phone so I was being charged 50$ for not having one a month. The ladys at the store delayed in contacting me so I would have the tablet over14 days. Needless to say after 40 or more Bill collected calls they say I owe them over 275$ for 19 days with a tablet.. And Im sure it will keep going up. What a scam
The Manager was rude to an elderly gentleman infront of us. Then treated us horribly. Ive never seen such disrespect from a manager in my life. I wouldnt be suprised if people leave Sprint due to this woman. Sprint needs to adjust her attitude and put her through customer service classes.
I switched to sprint in June to join my husbands plan and chose for them to buy out my current plan...well needless to say it is the middle of August and it still hasnt happened...I have been in to the store and called the store several times and they blame it all on a former emoloyee and swear they are taking care of it...well the bill was all messed up so I called the 1-888 number or whatever it is and they told me there is no record on my account where they are trying to buy out my former plan....I have called 4 times in the past 3 days to speak with a manager and she has yet to return my phone call so I can get this figured out...horrible horrible service at the Logansport location. They are useless and I am about ready to say heck with it all and stick with my former plan since obviously it is still active...

The store opens at noon. Tried calling around 12:05 and no answer. Tried a couple of times all the way to 12:40 and still no answer!

Terrible. Too few employees and too many customers. They need a bigger store and more staff. Takes forever to get anything done and staff was rude when we tried to call. And thats if they will even answer the phone.
