Terrible service: I love cricket wireless but not this particular store. They hate Apple and will try to sell you anything other than that. They insisted on people entering the store wear a mask, but then the manager removed her mask several times while we were there, then one of our phone holders within our group plan was trying to pay our bill and she was told only the main person on the account could pay it and they had to bring ID. I called headquarters and they said that is just not true and apologized for our inconvenience. Never going to that store again!!!!!

Bought new phones and the woman working was so worried about leaving she would not transfer our old phone info to our new phones.She threw a fit about wearing masks so we bought some, then she kept removing hers in the store. Very unprofessional and she could stop with the “sweetheart and hun” talk because I’m not buying it. Rude service!!!

We went in there to get a new phone cause my wifes phone went for a swim. the lady behind the counter filling in for someone was awesome. she made it easy to get a new phone and answered all my questions perfectly to where they made sense. very pleased awesome job

Its hard to rate the store itself. The staff are amazing but the Cricket Wireless system seems to make everything so difficult! If they have to call tech support for something above and beyond basic stuff, it is all overseas and takes FOREVER. But again, the staff in store are great!!

Great service, fast assistance starting new service. Its a bit pricey compared to other carriers but its very fast data in more places.

There is one woman who is working every time I go in for something I need help with she either lies or doesnt do her job properly. Just got a new phone not even 24 hours ago and she didnt complete the transfer to the new phone. I cant download my apps .when she was having trouble with the transfer she actually started going thru my personal pictures one at a time to transfer them without asking. Not professional at all. I will be going back in and hopefully someone else will be working. She seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. will up star rating once I can deal with someone who can truly help me.

It says open but the door be locked with a note be back it opens at 10am when I tried walking in the store to pay my monthly bill it was a little passed 11am but the doors were locked -.- forcing me to leave and come back later on.
