My experience isnt with the employees at this specific store in Logansport. This is an experience from metro pcs overall. Since September of 2019 I have been unable to make auto payments or any online payments with metro at all. Their customer service is horrible. I have been having to show up to the physical locations to make payments. Instead of any online payments. A few months after they stopped accepting my card they started a new policy. You have to pay extra for paying in store as opposed to the online which is the flat out price. Im going to be taking legal actions against metro pcs for all of this. It is a scam.

Went and got four new phones got screwed out of $300 my bill was over overcharged call the customer care people they couldnt help me call the store they couldnt help me this been going on 3 weeks now and Ill call each one of these numbers today alone three times be aware of your charges make sure youre checking your receipt before you leave the store be very cautious yes I wouldnt even use the store I go somewhere else

Stopped in to check out plans and rates since I was paying a ton at another carrier. The staff was so helpful and got me a new phone and a truly unlimited plan for under the price I was paying at the other carrier just for service. Definitely going to all my friends and family about this place! Plus the coverage is amazing!

Its hard to find professionalism and expertise in a lot of retail markets these days. I can say that I was really impressed with my entire experience in this store. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Strongly recommend.

Yesterday and today, (Friday and Saturday) cannot get anyone at this store to answer the phone, to answer a simple question about whether they have an item in stock. Customer service tried to call for me yesterday to find out, and Ive been calling today, never have gotten anything but voice mail. I had to double check that this store is even still in business!
