Repaired vehicle, came back same issue. Held car over 9 days, didnt touch it. Say they will call & never do, took money and said no refund. Ask for 1min of their time will not give you, all cars there over 1 month not repaired. Horrible Service. Just respect my time, if you dont have time just say it like that. Then I wouldnt show up. I was driving through GA (I95), my Check Engine light came on, I told my buddy what happened and he advised me to go to Prestige. The shop was a little busy, but that’s understandable, the better you are, the busier you are, Long Story Short, I found out from Prestige that my Fan wasn’t working, and because of that malfunction, I could have pulled over a Rest Area, Take A Nap, and Wake Up with a BLOWN ENGINE, again, thank you Prestige, without you guys I wouldn’t be able to see my kids in NY, + thanks for Not Ripping Me Off, i do appreciate that

This is honestly the worst place I have ever been for auto care. I took my car in because it was shaking when I stopped so they said I needed brakes. I had it done got the car back and the same day it was still doing the same thing. I called and the wife was very rude to me she eventually put her husband on the phone and he told me there was nothing further that they could do for me and it is my problem. All in all $578 down the drain. Please do not take your car here. Also the owner never talks to you, it’s like he’s scared to be a man. He hides behind his wife and the phone. Worst and I do mean worst place to go and get your car repaired. Please please do not go there.

My 2015 Honda CRV have a problem with the started, went to another shop and couldnt find the part in a week. So I went to Prestige and the owner and Sasho did a awesome job. Honest guys, great work. We use them for all personal and business vehicle repairs and maintenance. Reeza and Amanda and the crew are so nice. I had a running light busted on a Honda Pilot that the dealership wanted $380 to replace. Prestige quoted $165, then only charged $140 because they got the part cheaper than what they thought it would be and passed the savings on to me. The light is still great.

This guy just added some bs repair on my bills and make me pay for his incompetence..He is not an honest mechanic..

Guy name is riza (shop owner). Would stay away from there if I was you. Been around cars my whole life and can promise this is the worse place to take you’re car unless you just a cheapskate and would cost you more in long run. Cars worked on here place get the minimum work preformed and rigged beyond explanations. Some cars never even get worked done. Some cars never leave. Shop owner don’t pay employees and has cops called on constantly. His a lier a thief and a scammer. Wish you guys best of luck just wanted to warm you.

Second time letting him work on my car. First time I felt as if everything went as planed no problems. Second time worst problems with him. Told me he would fix everything for 900 then told me he would fix it and work with me on a payment arrangement. When time came for me to pay he keep adding to what he told me he would fix everything for. I came to make my final payment and “someone eased my file”, so when he put everything back in there he went with the price of everything so really he wasted my time cuz he knew I was going to go somewhere else for a lower price. And now I’m trying to pick up my car and he giving me the run around he told me Monday the part would come in then and it would be ready. Tuesday I went up there he tells me my car not going to be ready till Wednesday I asked if he could stay open till I get off 7:30 because of his inconvenience and he told me he would leave my key under the mat. Wednesday come he calls me leaves a voicemail say “ call me back “ I get off at 7 call back no answer I didn’t go up there to see if he left my car cuz I’m not wasting my gas for a 3rd time. I called back Thursday and he telling me I have to buy another part cuz I the process of him fixing my car he could break something I told him to put it all back together and I’m coming to get it I’m done with the run around and I’m car. He has had my car for 2 months now.

Shady business.......owner not man enough to to talk to you after he tricks you with your money. He put his wife on the phone and dont answer.

Resa is a very honest, competent, and service-oriented owner of an independent repair shop. He will not push services that are not needed and works with you to be safe. I trust him completely for all of my auto needs.

Great shop. Any problem you got, they can fix it. Also price matched on some occasions to other shops and offered many solutions. Honest and knowledgable about the work being done. Been bringing all the cars to them for over a decade. Worth the 25 minute drive out. Riza is the man.

I recently had a car accident due to the brakes not working after they applied the brakes.. the brakes before them applying new AutoZone ones were manufacturer’s brakes.. Im at PepBoys now and they are addressing the issue that shld have been done already..I just spoke with the owner and what can I expect? The business is a reflection of him.. Lack of professionalism with taking accountability of what part his mechanic played.. He also put blame on the brakes I bought to him although they were quality brakes from AutoZone, brand new and overall I wouldn’t suggest going to this small business.. I’d rate this a D- auto shop.. smh..Overall I loss soo much money and almost seriously hurt someone in a car accident trying to support a small business..

Prestige Auto shop is a cheat, fraud and dishonest. They overcharged and billed me with &4200 instead of $2400 which was agreed on for an engine replacement (used). Resa, the mechanic is very dishonest. Please dont go there. I wish I could give them a zero review.

Rude when I called because he couldnt hear me good. Tried calling from a different phone and he sounded bothered I called and he was with a customer when I had been trying to call him all day we talked earlier he said he was moving a car then when we got disconnected and called back he said hed call me back he was with a customer..I was there first I fee like I should of been taken care of. I wont give my service to people that are rude.

Overpriced, $334 for a water pump gasket and thermostat, which didnt fix the problem, now wanted to charge $59 more for a thermostat housing which may fix the issue, didnt want to pay more to fix the original issue they didnt find the first time, so he didnt want to do the repair, wants me to sign a waiver so he is not responsible, not signing it, he is fully responsible for his incompetent repairs
