My boyfriend brought his 2010 challenger in due to a ticking noise near his engine and the car was having trouble running. We took it down there and they called about 2 and a half weeks after we brought the car in and told us it was ready to be picked up. When we got there we turned the car on and the ticking noise was still very loud but the car would run. The owner told us the ticking noise would be normal in a car like his with the mileage he has. They charged him 600 dollars and the next day the check engine light came on and the car begun turning off on its own. So now my boyfriend is out of his car again, and 600 bucks he paid the shop to “fix the problem”. I do not recommend this place. Terrible service to just waste money on.

Other shops always try to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of things I cant afford and dont need. I will now know that if Clint says the car needs it, it really needs it! I have asked Clint to look over two of my older vehicles to see what they needed to put them in excellent working order. I can honestly say Clint came through for me. The work was done at different times so I didnt have to break the bank, both cars now operate the way they were meant to run.I also have a newer truck that doesnt have a lot of miles on it. I needed an oil change and filter as well as a tire rotation and tire balance, the truck handles like a brand new vehicle and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks Clint!!!

The staff are always willing to go the extra mile in servicing my vehicles. Very knowledgeable about both diesel (my truck) and gas motors (my wifes car, she hates the smell of diesel fuel. I still love her though!) They can do everything from oil changes to motor replacements, and you just simply never have to worry whether it was done right.

This is an honest christian business. The prices are a little high but thats because they use only top quality NAPA parts. They did a fine job with my car and are very efficient.

BEWARE! Sneaky business practices, unfair pricing, poor business ethics! If you choose to try this shop, make sure you get a WRITTEN QUOTE before any work is done. Expect that they will find things to do that dont need to be done based on the budget you give them upfront. Red flag!! I was charged $638 for an oil change and tune-up on a van and was lectured for an hour by the owner before the price was reduced.

Great group of guys. Looked over and serviced my wifes car, as well as my jet ski. Clint and his worker are an honest group of guys who get the job done the right way which is rare these days. Early this year, my truck lost spark. I went about replacing the basics with no result. I even sent my ECU out to be inspected/repaired if needed, but still nothing. Thats where Mr.Reid and his team came in. He performed a full diagnostics on the ignition system, ruling out every component which left the ECM as suspect. He did mention off the bat that places that offer to test/repair ECMs dont always know their stuff. So we installed a used ECM and low & behold the truck fired right up. Bottom line, Rapture Auto knows there stuff. I received exceptional communication and their diagnostic fee was more than fair. Thank you Rapture Auto.
