I used this shop for a few months while getting work done on my car. Last time I visited I had my breaks changed. Within a week I was involved in an accident my wheel while still attached to the axle came apart up under my car on the highway. There was only one lug nut in the wheel holding it on..I did nothing to the car myself after visiting the shop. Cost me a car and money for accident.**edit . For a solid fact my car has been in your shop several times I leave reviews from a different email and under a different name so as not to be bugged by people wanting me to take down an honest review.

We took our GL550 in for servicing due to a suspension malfunction. Troy was very upfront about the cost and even tried to get our claim approved through our warranty. Although this repair could not be covered we were fine paying full price due to the service and care being provided to our vehicle. After picking up the car, we noticed another issue and Troy did not hesitate to take care of it. I’ve had this vehicle since last year and after using Benztek I will never even return to the MB dealership for anything! Not even an oil change. Troys wife is the sweetest as well and I thank you both so much for covering me in care and love. You all had never met me before I walked into your office yesterday so your instant generosity was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Best place to take your precious MB for repairs and maintenance. Very affordable prices and super friendly service. I would recommend it to everyone.

Took my Audi here from a friend’s recommendation after a poor experience at the dealership. They were very honest with me, saying they’d check out the car and see if it was something they had the manpower to fix. Luckily they did! Highly recommend.

I am several months overdue in leaving this review... I dont live in the area, but I was looking at a used GLK350 near Benztek. I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done, and Troys price was about a third of what the Mercedes dealer wanted. Troy was very thorough, including showing us the potential trouble spots. After owning the car for 6 months now - and just having it serviced by my local dealer - I can say Troy was spot on. I dont usually need to take my cars to independent shops because I have a close family member who is a mechanic, so Im very grateful that the experience at Benztek was so positive.

I was finally referred Troy, a Certified Mercedes Benz mechanic, by one of 12stone Church members!!I can attest to my experience with Benztek Automotive as exceptional in every way.This is a family owned, truly an expert, charges are modest versus the competition of all the dishonest and unexperienced mechanics I met inthe past.Troy and his wife Brenda are simply very nice people.As for repairs, Troy is informative with his recommendation on what needs to be done, as well as very clear on the total cost.
