I used to take my entire fleet to express tires! charlie was always helpful, honest, and extremely quick!My recent expirence has me taking my busienss elsewhere!i arrived on a saturday at 8:50, the sign displays they open at 9. 9:05, someone finally unlocks the gate. another 15 minutes go by before i am helped. After paying 200$ for (4) tires. The rude manager then tells me i need to pay more to dispose of the tires. buyers beware, these used tires hardly have much tread left!

If i could give 0 stars i would. When I got there after calling the man he did not have the correct size tire that he said he did over the phone. Also while putting temporary used tire on he brakes two lug nuts and one lug nut with the bolt in it. I will never go back and recommend no one else does if they care about there car.

Hey Yall check it out, Im from the Atl and patronize mini new and used tire services over the years, but Ive been dealing with this establishment for only a little while, and every time I need tires for My vehicle, they always have what I need available, best customer service and best of all excellent prices and their willing to work a good deal compared to the competition, So people Go check them out, I bet You wont go away disappointed.

Granted I did purchase a used tire but it should have had more tire tread. It looked a bit rotted and there was a cable broke on the sidewall. If it was daylight and not right before closing time, theres no way i would have allowed that to go on my car.

The place was fine at first and the staff is nice and respectful but the owner is the worst. I feel like he treats black woman a certain way, I no longer go there. He gets way too comfortableShould respect EVERYBODY .

My buddy hit some debris in the middle of the night. It tore the sidewall in 14 places. Understandably, he was quite stressed. We found this place the next morning seeking to match tire brand/tread wear/pattern. We walked in and the staff accommodated us well. Their quote was even more accommodating. The tire plus mounting and balancing cost him only 60 bucks! Generally places charge 60 dollars for just installation. We will be coming here again. My friend expected to pay 200+ for his ordeal based on quotes from other shops and the guys at Express Tires Loganville really came through. Also, their hours are great. They were open till 8 pm on Saturday. Most tire places are closed by midday on the weekend. This is great for people who get an unexpected flat on the weekend. Definitely recommend this place.

Bad experience! I brought an used tire for $35 (+ $5 for old tire disposal). They ask me to pay in cash or using an app to exchange cash. I didn’t have cash or the app, so they bill me $48 for processing my debit card because of “taxes”. This is very dishonest business practice. Not sure if they are reporting all their sales, encouraging cash only transactions looks sketchy to say the least. I felt disrespected and robbed. Tax in Georgia is 7%, so I should had pay $42.80, not $48. I can’t recommend this place and I would never come back.

Awful place the owner is the worst. I bought four tires from here. I came back because one of the tires went bad and I am informed him which tire I was told went bad. He proceeds to start yelling at me telling me telling me I was wrong and didn’t fix my tire. I left and went to Tire Dock
