Huge thanks to Maurice at University Tire!! I wish I could give 6 stars! I was stranded on side of road with dead battery and State Farm left me high and dry. Happened to be near University Tire and even though it was near closing time, Maurice was kind enough to assist me in getting up and running and on my way. Since Kauffman Tire sold out to a lesser brand, I had been driving all the way to Butler Tire. My son had an awesome experience at University Tire-Loganville so I thought I would try them. I submitted a quote request at 6:30AM and had a response back shortly after they opened, QUICK. Prices were competitive with TireRack so no need to haggle. They ordered the tires that morning and received/installed them that afternoon- Installation was perfect. You can’t get a quote online like all the other tire shops around. They make you give all your info to get back with you on a (quote). It’s been a week since I have requested a quote on a set of tires. I’ve even sent a return email asking when I was going to get my quote and still haven’t received my quote. Horrible customer service especially in a world where everything is going online due to Covid

These guys are great! When Maxie Price dropped the ball and wouldnt fix my truck, all it took was a phone call to these guys. They went to the dealership and picked up my truck. They had it diagnosed within an hour and fixed by the end of the business day. I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly an honest service

They “tested” my alternator and battery. Quoted me a 586 dollar fix for a new alternator and battery. Everyone including the mechanic was extremely rude. They also charged me for getting it checked. I went to the dealership I bought the car from they tested everything and said all I needed was a battery.

My wifes battery was completely dead and we are both old (its not like in the old days where I would have just snatched that dead battery and run up to the parts store) and I am not really capable of doing that stuff anymore. We get our mechanical stuff and tires done up at UT so I gave them a call. They checked and called right back to get directions to our home. They brought out a new battery and installed it for me for not much extra.This is a great auto store and if you live anywhere around here give this place a try. I am sure you will like them.

I took my van to the dealership for repairs, not only did they over charge me, they didnt even fix the problem! My daughter’s car had a tire losing air and another unknown issue that I was hoping would not be very expensive to fix. I am a single woman so going into an unfamiliar repair shop is a bit intimidating, and always lurking in the back of mind is the potential of being overcharged. So, I checked online reviews and after reading University Tire’s many great reviews, I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad I did!As soon as I walked in Kenneth greeted me, and was extremely warm and friendly throughout the entire in-processing of my car. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease that what he was explaining to me was genuine. He promised to call with an update, which he did, to explain what the mechanic found and my options. Never did I feel pressured or as if I was being “over sold”. After I told him what I wanted to do, I called back a couple times to ask more questions, and I never felt like I was being a bother. Additionally, I realized right around the time they close that I had left my debit card in the car, and Josh waited for me to get there before closing for the day!Bottom line - I had a fantastic experience with Kenneth and Josh at University Tires - and since I found them by others taking the time to submit a review, I felt it would only be right to return the favor and help others who are also searching for a honest repair shop with great customer service!

I highly recommend the folks at University Tires Loganville. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide excellent customer services. Unlike other repair shops they always give you a straight answer and you can trust them to provide you with the best options.

This place is the Chick-fil-A of Tire Shops. Fast service. Fair prices. When I walked in they offered my children juice boxes. They also have a little children’s corner with books and a changing table in the restroom.

These people are only about sales. If they are not selling something...they dont care about you. Told me they rotated my tires. They did not. I have been washing those rims for two years. I know the placement. I will not be using there services again.

I went in this particular shop today on a whim because my tire light came on. I was worried about having a flat tire so I parked, went inside, and was greeted by friendly gentleman (drives a cream colored GMC truck). I explained my issue and asked if they would check my tires. He said, “Absolutely” and told me to drive around to the second bay to get taken care of. I drove around the building and a nice guy named Thomas checked the pressure in all my tires and put more air in them. He also told me the appropriate PSI for my tires. I really appreciated their kind and courteous service.

First class Sevice from Brian K. Today with tire rotation and balance. Brian clean the inside of my rims, took great precautions with my f 250 on the rack and gave me a final review of his observations upon completion. I must say all of the counter guys were very professional and a pleasure to do business will. Continue service after the sale of tires makes the difference in todays markets. Thank you!

My wife had a flat tire. I called and spoke to Steve who immediately send a truck to air up the tire. Originally he said the cost would be $75. After we spoke and discussed tires for the car, he said that we could have the air-up service for free! He just asked that we would put University Tire at the top of the list when we go to purchase tires.

My boyfriend went here yesterday to get an alignment and balance tires. They told him he couldnt get the alignment unless he got new all ball joints and there wasnt even nothing wrong with them. After balancing the tires they were suppose to patch one of the tires well we wake up this morning with a flat tire. I dont even think put a patch on and still charged him for it. And its not even the whole story cause its nothing but a joke there. Recommend sosabee garage over any these big name companies that have clowns working for them. Long story short. Poor.

I have had some work done on my H2. Maxi Price wanted to charge me $800 for a part and over $2000 to put the part in. They claimed it was very labor intensive and that they would have to take the whole engine apart to get to the part the needed replacing. They also claimed that the 2 grand was a discount and I wouldnt get my truck back for almost a week! So I did some shopping around and headed to University Tires in Loganville the total cost was closer to $500 for the part and the service and I had my truck back that night!!! University Tires is my new number one place to go for anything truck related!!!

Went for an oil change. What seemed like a slow time where I could be in and out turned out to be a 2 hour wait. At one point 3 employees where talking by the front counter while I sat in the waiting area, alone. Not going back.
